Brian was amazing and welcomed us into the store, this was the start of our adventure with Sleep Number into a world of excellent customer service. Blake was the person that helped us with looking for a new bed and I could not have asked for a better experience. He took the to answer all the questions we had and even some that I didnt even think to ask. We found the right bed for our needs and even more benefits that were a pleasant surprise. Thank you so much for taking the time to guide us through this journey, we couldnt have asked for a better experience.

Tell Hymer was a great guy to work with. He was a very personable and informative. At no time did we ever feel pressured into anything. Which is what helped make the sale.

Customer service was incredible. Did not pressure me to select any bed. Ì already knew what kind of bed I wanted, so they pointed me to the beds I selected. Austin helped me throughout the process. This store has a great team.

Paid nearly 12k for a bed at this location because the sales person raved about the all inclusive warranty. We have been having issues with the bed for several months now, they have sent us 4 different parts to install and repair the issue ourselves however none of the parts have all been unsuccessful at correcting the issue. The bed has not been operational for 3 months now. They refuse to send a technician out to repair the problem. They keep referring us to Leggit and Platt as they are the local manufacturer, however they also refuse to help us. We are very disappointed that Sleep Number charges exorbitant prices for a product they refuse to stand behind!

Garrett was very helpful. He asked us the situation we were needing a bed & when we told him it was for a vacation lake house, he didnt try to push the most expensive model. He wasnt pushy when we said we needed to think about it but did f/u with a note in the mail a wk. or 2 later.When we went back to buy the bed he said he would be following up with us on the shipping etc. Appreciate his being thorough but not pushy.

The salesman was great. answered all our questions and kept us informed of best deals. The store was clean and easy to locate in the mall.

The bed adjust on each side to you. No other bed I found can do that. They actually find your sleep issues and give solutions. It is a bit pricey but it is worth it for sure. Ive had a sleep number bed for years, and bought a second one. They will actually last a long time with no holes or soft spots.

Staff was wonderful. We had John as our salesman. He was very educated on what I needed due to my fibro. We love our bed!
