Christina was amazing! We came in at 7:40 with seven of our nine phones not working and she stayed with us for an entire hour and half after closing to help us get everything going. She was so patient and helped us get everything in good working order. We came in a hot mess from a switch not done in store but through a vendor and she put in all the time to fix everything that was wrong or not done. She was the best!

Everything was fantastic! I just had to wait because the store was busy. I was extremely pleased with the service and knowledge of Derek, and that when I called in the regards if the store had a SE 2020 in red & 256. Joe went and checked and put a hold on it without me asking in my first name. I cant say enough good about the Joplin team and the service they give. Thanks!!!!

Excellent store with knowledgeable consultants! Chris was amazing in helping my whole family switch over from Verizon to AT&T as well as hooking us up with an AT&T TV. He is an excellent retail sales consultant. So make sure you ask did him. Chris is very knowledgeable in this field. He is extremely customer friendly and professional. Chris has a positive attitude and cares for his clientele and new customers. He is definitely an awesome employee that needs to be recognized for his hard work and expertise! I recommend this AT&T store and will be sending more clients his way!

These guys went above and beyond with great customer service. Brady, the manager, went out of his way (20 miles) to bring me what I need for my Att service. Taking up his lunch break! We were with AT&T for two years. I didn’t realize a company could be worse than Verizon, but they proved me wrong. Terrible customer service from the whole company. I had to fight with billing more often than not because our monthly bills were never consistently priced and not that we’ve left them, they’re still trying to charge me for two months of service AFTER we disconnected our lines. Now they’re trying to ruin my credit even after admitting they know the bills are from after we switched to US cellular. I don’t even have the same phone number but they are trying to scare me out of $140 because of their incompetence.

Customer service was good. I did spend longer than anticipated, just under 2 hours, to set up a new account with only one line due to a mix up with charging me for the improper phone I selected. Additionally, I was an authorized user on my moms account, but they still wouldnt let me bring my old number to my new plan without her releasing it. So now Im stuck with updating over 15 years worth of a new cell phone number. Would have given 2 stars, but the sales clerk, Joe( I think), was super nice and apologetic about his mix up with my phone.

Horrible! Waited for an hour after our “appointment time”. Then it took 3 hours to set up new phones.. only to leave and when we got home the 1 new phone was not Ported over to the account correctly! 2 days later- still not fixed! Pay up front for tax on a phone that can’t be used and not only can the phone not be used- the line/ phone umber isn’t working- so, paying for phone service on a line that isn’t even working!And- that phone line is for a single mother.Needless to say not happy! Can’t get follow up service to fix the problem! They are all nice before the sale- just no follow up!If no resolution by tomorrow. Just going to take all the Andre phones back!

Ebby, the representative that assisted us, and Brady, store manager, were beyond helpful today! I have had so much difficulty and frustration over the past two weeks since upgrading our six phone lines. Everything that could go wrong did. As a last resort I went into the Joplin store with my 5 trade-ins and one return and left several hours later with everything taken care of. They were kind, helpful, knowledgeable and understanding. A BIG THANK YOU TO EBBY AND BRADY!

On 12/202018 I spent four hours switching my corporate service from Verizon to AT&T. I am still in awe of what just happened. This has been hands-down the worst customer experience I have ever received from a cell phone carrier. I left after speaking with both managers on duty and the sales woman without my voicemail setup. they all claimed that they did not know what the enhanced voice mail service was. I googled it and it is exactly what I need for my business. They did not understand how it worked and were unwilling to call customer service on my behalf. They did not want to waste their time on me because its the holiday season and they are more interested in getting more activations this month. I sold cell phones for 8 years and that is how you get paid. You get paid based on how many activations you get in a month. As in this example, good customer service may limit the amount of activations that you get. I can understand and appreciate that. However, it is now a week later and I still cannot check my voicemail. I spent four and a half hours on the phone today with customer service. They were not able to set up my voicemail because the representative that I dealt with did not type in my federal identification number correctly. I am not able to login to my account so I do not have my account number. I left the store without an account number because they could not give that to me either. I was in a text message conversation with my sales representative the entire 4 hour plus time period that I was on the phone today with AT&T customer service. She refused to give me my account number. She claimed that it was not her fault that I was on hold and that she could not take a few seconds to give me my account number because she was with another customer. She could take a couple seconds to text me but could not give me my account number? Okay, I can deal with that. However, the store is now closed and I still do not have my account number and I cannot check my voicemail. She blew me off while I was on hold with customer service. I am going to cancel my service with AT&T because I cannot check my voicemail. This is silly and it sounds silly coming out of my mouth. However, this is a fact. In addition, I have tried to file a formal complaint with them and there is no avenue to file a complaint. They continue to refer me back to the general manager of that store. So, these fundamental customer service breakdowns continue to happen and no one ever knows about it. I spoke with four people and two of them were supervisors. In the end, I still do not have access to my voicemail. I attached two text messages. I had already been on hold for 50 minutes the first time I text her. I also attached the last text message. After wasting four and a half hours of my time in the store the first time is it not crazy that I have to make a follow-up appointment to set up my voicemail? I dont know Ill let you be the judge.

The people are super nice but my issue was not resolved even after they promised it would be. This has been the worse experience I have ever had with trying to switch a phone. I will say that my experience switching was all online. I should have probably went in store and maybe I would have had a better experience however in would not have gotten the online promotions. In the end tho Im still not getting them so I literally wasted a month of my time and still have no new phone.

By far the best location in the Joplin area, its a corporate location. The staff is more knowledgeable, always friendly, and are able to do some things the other stores arent able to do. The wait time can be long sometimes but its definitely worth the wait.

Jason at the corporate AT&T store on Rangeline across from Academy Sports, helped me resolve my problem with my phone account by providing me with options that I would have never thought of. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything which was much appreciated. He gave me the contact information to be able to get any questions answered should I still have questions after I left the store. On the store survey that I received I misread the rating system and evidently rated the experience at the worst level by mistake. I thought a 1 would be the best and 5 the worst. OOPS !

I called Friday and spoke with a nice woman who said that she would be glad to have me come in and help me. So Monday I went and ended up with Tony. Just my luck. He had no clue or interest in helping me, he was too busy trying to flirt with my under age daughter. And I made it clear I was mom cause he had no clue, by the look on his face, he gave me technical support number and told me to call them. 6th at&t person Ive dealt with and I dont know who was the worst. Im very aggravated over it. Even worse I drove from neosho to joplin just so I could get help. Neosho store really didnt want to do anything and said he couldnt. Its very frustrating. If my phone continues not to receive calls I will be switching to a phone company were I will get calls and help.

We ran into so many issues getting our numbers transferred over to AT&T and this location has the kindest most helpful employees. Ebby and Chase set everything up for us. The general manager Brady did everything he could to help us and get the problems resolved. He even gave us a free phone case for the new phone since we had to deal with all the issues. Made the experience worth it! Definitely will recommend this location to everyone!

I placed a curbside pickup with AT&T this morning. After it said “pickup ready” online, I arrived later in the day at the store. I called the store, following protocol. They said they would be out shortly with my pickup. After 45 minutes nobody came. I called several times and they would not answer the phone. After going into the store and telling somebody about my problem, and talking to this person serval times, service was eventually given. Manager apologized for service which improved the service. Overall, I spent an hour waiting for a ready pickup that I pre paid for. Very disappointed.

Went in to combine phone lines for me and my fiancé, came out with phone lines combined, a Christmas present set up and ready for my little brother, internet cheaper than before, and at&t tv ordered to ship to our house... leaving the store only spent $19 Shane, and Jenna were very kind and helped us with everything we needed! They were funny too which made the experience that much better... we highly recommend Rangeline AT&T for all your tech savvy needs.

The wait time was horrible. The rep was very nice but nobody on location could help him figure out how I could pay off my installment bill. He waited FOREVER to talk to someone at ATT. The person who helped me was very nice but ATT billing headquarters wherever that is was HORRIBLE. I had tried to do the same over phone but the rep on phone who I could barley understand dropped my call after over and HOUR and did Not call be back. So I went to local ATT store to try to finish what I started only to spend 2 hours there. PAINFUL!!!! Made me think about looking at other cellular providers. It is always difficult to talk with ANY ATT customer support on phone

My old windows phone didn’t want to corporate so I just got my contacts moved but Nathan told me about the google picture deal where I could transfer my pictures then download them to my phone. The salesman lied to me twice, even after I called him out and looked him in the eyes. He would only sell me the elite plan. Im sure he gets a bonus. He talked down to my wife and myself. We bought elsewhere. We still stayed with AT&T, only because we have been with them over 20years. For those who remember Cingular. This used to be the be the most knowledgeable store around, its the only company store. Even Samsclub, using third party vendor, is more knowledgeable and willing to help. Your milage may vary.

I went and purchased wireless internet Saturday. I was told I should get my equipment Monday but I got it Tuesday. Not a big deal but I was also told I would be able to set it up as soon as I got it and customer service told me I had to wait 24 hours before I could activate it. So not only did I have to wait a extra day for the equipment to arrive I had to wait three days before I can activate it. Rob was the one that sold me the router and every time I tried to call him because he said he was going to try and fix the problem he was either “at lunch”, “in the back” or just plain out didn’t answer. Very rude to lie to your customers.

Extremely helpful and courteous people. Went in to put some money on the previous wifes prepaid phone but didnt know how to do it. Was walked through about how to do this and also had my own phone plan examined to see if they could save me some money. In to out was about 10 to 15 minutes which was a very acceptable amount of time to me. While AT&T may not be the cheapest, The service and phone selection is hard to beat. You get what you pay for. Buy cheap, get cheap. Pay a little more, get a whole lot more.

The service was no good ask to talk to the manager Trevor when I called in he was there when I walked in I told him I needed to talk to him. He said I had to talk to the sales associate first. And he disappeared when my name came up. Went into the back room. I asked to talk to him. They said he was busy. And he did not come out of the back room until I was in my car and leaving and I still did not get none thing figured out that I needed to cuz a sales associate could not figure out what was going on in my account. Trevor at the Joplin store does not need to be a manager.

Ive had to go in-store a LOT lately and most of the employees Ive worked with are friendly and awesome. I particularly recommend Lisa - shes knowledgeable about the products and services AT&T offers and is efficient at her job.My sole complaint would be the long wait times to get with a representative. I work weird hours and would like to be able to come by and get things taken care of on my lunch break, but there always seems to be a 20+ minute wait at any given time.

I went to this location to se about mobile plans. I am needing to switch from Verizon because of poor reception. There were three employees working. I walked several times past one employee who was chatting with a friend. I continue to circle the store hoping to get some assistance. I should not have to ask. One employee finished helping a customer. I made eye contact with him. He then walked toward the door and opened it for a customer. He then began helping that customer. I understand not being able to help right away because you are helping someone, but you could say tell that customer you welcome and you will be with them shortly. I finally decided to leave. The employee opened the door for me, said not one word. It’s too bad, as they just lost my service. Never will I go here again. I will try to Webb City store. So sad.
