Christmas shopping for my daughter a new phone at the Verizon store on south rang line Joplin... without going into great detail, left agitated from the kid working in there, took some Advil, then drove to the Verizon store at the Flying J... MUCH better shopping experience! Good service, good pricing, people knew what they were doing... was in and outta there in no time flat! Be going back when I need another phone! Save yourself a headache and time and go there!
