They were able to get me in same-day, the staff was friendly and helpful, and their frame selection was amazing. Even better, my lenses were ready in 3 days! Great service, quick turn-around, great experience.

The worse eye center IV ever been to. Dont go there. The doctor Gardner was very rude to me and the eye glasses selection was the worse. I had to pick a purple pair and I didnt even get them back. I was told I didnt have to make a appointment because it was a walk in center so my grandson took the day off to get my eyes and when we got there the doctor refused to do it. . Dont not go there.

Literally not one thing wrong or disappointing in any way. Every employee is polite, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Service is perfect. Oh, there was one thing- I would like to have seen as wide a variety in the larger frames that fit my fat face better as the little, average sized frames. I pretty much had to pick a staid black pair from the mens selection. But it was still so good of an experience that I didnt mind too much. I would absolutely recommend to 90% of Americans.

I was made to pay a $50 upgrade for progressive lenses when I did not require an add. Distance was wrong in my left or dominant eye. They only made an adjustment to the frame when I brought them in and refused to test the lens or follow up. They refused to refund and let me speak with Dr. Gardner. I suffered for a year before finally getting relief at Americas Best. I spoke with the very unprofessional office manager, Sheila, who screamed at me and hung up. This was a horrible experience. Please, spend your time and money elsewhere.

The people where nice but i spent a lot of money on my frames waited a mount for them to come in then they lasted a month, melted when i went swimming one day went in to get some under the warranty and it was a pain in my a$$ bc they no longer sold the frames that i got there maybe a mounts ago finally got it figured out waited another month with no glasses and i never even got the text (or call) that they where in i had to call them. not happy with any of that and on top of that my boyfriend of 5 years has been going there for the past year or so and has been threw 4-6 pairs of glasses because they just seem to break they are all very cheaply made. smh.

This was my first time being at a optometrist. And it was a very pleasant experience. They were patient with me because I was genuinely clueless. They dont just treat you like a number. They were kind, fun, and everyone was relaxed.My Mom has been to all the local eye doctors in the area and she swears by this one. I can agree. Best price, lovely staff, and they are thorough!100% recommend.

The doctor was very thorough. The staff was attentive and professional. My glasses were of very good quality and quite affordable. My only complaint is that I had to wait nearly two weeks to get them. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

Its been 2 years since I was there but Im do to go back for new glasses and will give an up to date review after I get new glasses.But as for what their service was like 2 years ago... the staff was fantastic, the good Dr. was very thorough in his exam and explanation on the condition of my eyes, and the eyewear was a great fit and compliment to my boo-tiful face. This has been a nightmare since I walked in the door. Sheila is awful, but she runs the office. The front office staff in general is cordial, but cold. They clearly do not care about maintaining their business, or theyd have been much more helpful early on. Long story short, theyre so bad, I had to order from Warby Parker since they screwed my glasses up so bad, leaving me with migraines. Theyre not at all accommodating. Dr. Gardener is sufficient. Hes going to need to replace the Karen running his office before Id ever recommend them to anyone.

I brought some glasses in for repair, all the ladies that helped me where awesome! Tracy and Sheila are two names I remember. They always do quality work and they do it fast! I wont go anywhere else. ~Rob

They worked me in the day I needed to get glasses. And stayed late to get me the glasses cut and saved me another 40 min drive. 10/10 would recommend. Amazing staff.

Dr. Gardner and his team had me in and out within an hour with new glasses and contacts. The staff are fast-moving and personable. I felt right at home. Affordable for cash payers as well! This office is very well deserving of a great reputation and repeat business.

4 States Vision Express had my glasses ready in 2 days! The Optometrist there has experience in multiple eye surgery cases - if vision correction was previously done, no problem to operate at a later time on correcting cataracts I was assured whereas other Optometrists dont have that extra experience! The staff is friendly, helpful in choosing appropriate frames for glasses and ensuring a great fit. Plus, future adjusting of eyewear is included!

Dr. Gardner and his staff were very professional, personable and helpful! They took the time to discuss questions and were also great with our kids during their check ups! I was impressed and appreciative. I highly recommend Dr. Gardner.

They state they offer walk in appointmens but they are never available for walkins ... question why do you offer walkins if I can never walk in for a appointment !

Friendly staff, very clean atmosphere, I liked that the Dr. Wiped down the equipment before the exam and he was very detailed through the exam as to what he was doing. Answered all questions we had and was friendly, made you feel comfortable. I have recommended a few people now and will continue too.

What a great experience! Dr. Gardner to the rescue. My son cannot see at all without glasses. When he lost his glasses, Dr. Gardner came through for us in a pinch. We were able to get a new pair quickly. Did I mention it was super affordable, too? I could tell Dr. Gardner really cared about his patients and was passionate about vision care! I would highly recommend his office to anyone.

I have a very squirmy and very dramatic 7 year old who got glitter stuck in her eye, Dr. Gardener did so good getting the glitter out and was so very patient with her. He let her know everything he was going to do and answered all her questions. Our whole family sees Dr. Gardner and we love him!

Not very good for business having one employee manage everything up front on her own, was in today and was absolutely disgusted that the office manager remained in her office and left the only other employee that I could see to do everything which resulted in me and my other party waiting a ridiculously long time to be helped. Will never return again. Hire more people of youre that busy, I counted 7 people total with one employee.I want to apologize to this eye care business as I have posted this review on the wrong eye care business. Friendly staff and great looking environment. Not a fan of their return policy, however. I wrongly assumed (from being a longtime LensCrafters customer) I could return my glasses within the month for a full refund if I wasn’t satisfied with them- (in my case, it was within 2 hours).The restocking fee was generously waived without me asking, but I was told by Dr. Gardner to take my business elsewhere and was handed my prescriptions. I understand any frustration there might have been about the lenses wasted and the time spent cutting them, but telling me to take my business elsewhere left me shocked. The main profit must come from out-of-pocket patients if an owner is okay with losing out on an insurance claim, and now all future ones from me and my husband- for that matter. I always had a great experience here until today.

Make sure you ask the cost after glasses were made was over $200 told me there sale was 59 didnt discuss price till after and told me no refunds and no exchange
