Nice selection an staff..Be handy if they had public restrooms!

This place is amazing from the time you call for an appointment until you are released from care. They got me an appointment relatively quickly. I never waited more than 30 minutes past my appointment time to see the doctor which is rare. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. I have seen Dr. Sherrod and he is by far the friendliest and best eye surgeon I have seen. I highly recommend this place

Husbands appointment was at 3:30. We arrived early from an hour drive. It’s 4:27 pm he still has not been called in YET!!!

Didnt get called in until one and a half hours past my friends appointment, then was back in surgery over an hour and a half. Its RIDICULOUS and Ill be sure neverto go back.

The Doctor was good but the front desk staff were very rude and short with me. They made me an appt without asking me first if it would work for me and when i tried to reschedule they made me feel like i was inconveniencing them. Then i tried to ask then a quick question and the women argued with me about why i was making the appt in the first place. Very unfriendly unprofessional bunch of people.😡

I was apprehensive prior to having cataract surgery in both eyes. Need not worry. The whole process was seamless, well orchestrated with no pain whatsoever. Dr. Brown and his staff are to be commended.

Dr Sherrod is very professional and friendly. He takes the time to explain & answer questions. Staff was friendly and helpful. I arrived early and didn’t have to wait.

This place is a joke, the people working here are self serving, arrogant, belligerent and incompetent all rolled together.Do yourself and family a huge favor and go almost anywhere else to be treated with dignity and respect, none here.

Very thorough eye exam by Dr Moore. He and all the office staff were very professional and very friendly. There was not a wait in the office and the appointment ran smoothly. I have bad eyesight but after my appointment I was able to see clearly for the first time in a few years! Highly recommended

I’m not one to leave reviews but today Kim adjusted my classes and I just wanted to give her a shoutout! She was very professional and truly cared how my glasses fit! Thank you so much. Your kindness will not be forgotten and Regional Eye Center in Joplin has a true asset.

Great staff, very friendly. Very short wait times. Dr. Yuhas did both of my cataract surgeries and I highly recommend him and Joplin Regional Eye Center.

We are self employed. My husband had a job in SD where a dryer system leaked costic acid. Some got in his eye. My husband is not the type to go to the Dr for anything. So I decided to try to get him an appointment set up for when he was back in town. All the opthamologist in Joplin told me I had to get in to see Dr. Yuha because he was on the one on call I waited 2 hours for a call back just to be told that they were not going to schedule him an appointment next week. Brenda informed me that the Dr told her my husband had to see someone in SD. I tried to let them know that he was not going to do that which is why I was calling for him for when hes home. They said it made no sense for him to wait till next week. Brenda transferred me to Dr. Yuha and he said the same thing she did. He had his voice raised. I was super irritated by this point cause all I needed them to do was get an appointment set up. I did not think it would be mission impossible. He said if I was going to speak to him that way, he was not going to see us. I was only talking to him how I was talked to. And they were refusing him an appointment anyway. Very unprofessional! Both the secretary and the Dr. What sense does it make to refuse someone an appointment? They are both ridiculous. I will complain about them and their office anywhere I can. Ridiculous is the only word I can use to describe them. Get a new profession if you cant do your job.

I have tried to call at least 6 times since they have opened and no answer. This is very aggravating when I work and have to clock in & out to try each time!!!!!!!!Personally, if you open at 8:15, you should be ready to answer the phones.

Dr Moore was great with my kids, the reason I am only giving two stars is because this is not a kid friendly place, nothing in the waiting room for them and the assistant that took my girls back and did the initial eye check was not friendly with them and was quite rude

I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. I was treated badly and they have a very unprofessional staff. I wouldnt mark any stars if I could. Thumbs down.

The front desk lady acted like I was stupid because I asked if she could look up and see if they took my insurance. I dont care if they do or not at this point I shouldnt have been treated like that.

I had both eyes done and it was a great experience
