My husbands glasses, purchased several years ago, went through the laundry. They were clean! But the earpieces were severely bent and the plastic ear and nose pieces were broken or missing. LensCrafters in Joplin didnt bat an eye, just went to work on them, and when they finished, all was well. And what did I owe these good people for their time and the replacement pads? Nothing. Not one thin dime. That kind of service is rare and ever so much appreciated. Thank you!

My very first time coming here. Was back in June i think it was. Had a eye exam to get a prescription for new glasses. I really like the lady eye doctor she went into detail about my eyes and showed me on the computer. New glasses within an hour and the ladies took good care of me. Came back a week later because I thought one of my lenses scratched. They looked at them and said no not a scratch looks like a defect from when we made them. Thats on us we will replace them. Hour later had new lenses free of charge. These are the nicest most professional people I have encountered in my life and they will get all of my business from now on

The exam and choosing glasses were awesome😁. I appreciated the support and great service. 😀 When I went back to get my glasses the gal tried to just hand them to me I asked to have them fitted and she spent the time reading her watch. No customer service at all. When I asked for adjustments she was short and unhelpful. I regret using lenscrafters since the final product is most important. 🙁

I’m 49 years old and this was the first time that I recall ever having an eye exam. I came to LensCrafters not knowing anything. Of everyone that I came into contact with, the one that I was most impressed with was Yahaida. She explained things clearly and when I didn’t understand, she was extremely polite and professional and explained it again. I was very appreciative of how she treated me during this visit. She was very genuine and professional. Just wanted to say thank you.

There was only one person helping with picking out frames and ordering. She was amazing!! she noticed with my prescription the readers were wrong and called my eye doctor to get it fixed, she took her time and helped ne pick out the right frames for my face. Mislaid my glasses and needed a new pair fast. Went into the Joplin store at the Mall on Sunday and was very impressed with the customer service, choice, price options and speed. Store manager Erin was super efficient and super nice and I walked out an hour later with the best pair of specs I’d owned in a very long time and at a great price. They’ve captured our business for the future.

Aubrey is authentic in making sure I got glasses that look good on me and are good for my eyesight!

My husband broke his glasses and we are about to leave for vacation. We went into the location in Joplin mo and the assistant manger took really great care of us. She was very sweet and amazing. The company is lucky to have this person.

Here I had scheduled a sudden eye appointment the day before and was able to get checked on after a minuscule waiting time. After the brief session: I was able to review over my results with the doctor on hand, look for and pick out some prescription glasses at a fairly hefty price but they are REALLY good quality glasses. All of it was worth it and the people were excellent!

They are in no hurry to help you and the service was mediocre at best
