It was one of the best strawberry watermelon smoothies I have had in a long time. The staff greeted me right away and made me feel welcome while I waited for my treat which was ready fairly quick

So the staff is teenagers, its the mall really what are you expecting? But they make the best shakes

I tried the pineapple orange julius and it was sort of awful. However the people were nice.Also the entry is a lie: there are no funnel cakes.

Very good place to eat. The food is hot and fresh. They still have the best Blizzards/ice cream in town in my opinion.

I went there at about 6:45pm on December 17, 2019 and I wanted to order a BBQ sandwich and a milkshake. Well, they said that they had already turned off their ovens and ice cream machines...... THEY CLOSE AT 9PM!!! Not happy. Consider getting new people on the night shift, because that combo of two snotty girls is making yall lose business.

Friendly employees and fast service

This place would not serve my father. He waited in line for a long time and when it was his turn they served the people behind him instead. The girls were very rude. I did not like them. We will not eat here again.

Rude girl behind counter, went up to register next to where I was and stared straight ahead till I stepped over. Even then no acknowledgement. Decided I wasnt thirsty after all.

This DQ is located in the mall and is usually always busy. There was only one girl working in the front and chill area, but she is very quick at what she does and makes the perfect bumps on the ice cream. I enjoyed my blizzard and funnel cake. As always, DQ has high quality ice cream!

Great food and drinks and hot women

I went there on 2/9/18 around 8:30PM and I was not impressed. The worker who took my order had a HORRIBLE attitude and she didnt crack a smile once. She seemed to be too preoccupied with trying to close instead of giving my wife and I the best service possible. With that being said, we ordered a brownie blizzard and when she was giving us our order, she slid the blizzard on the counter and turned her back to us. The worker was very rude and didnt say thank you or give us any kind of acknowledgement after she took our order. We dont make it out to the Joplin mall very often but I wont be ordering here for some time.

They must have gotten rid of Jerry bc service is w as y better no rude employees anymore food is still mediocre to say the least but nice employees make up for that

The people who work here are terriblly incompetent. I ordered a chili dog and twix blizzard to go. The guy who made them only put half a scoop of candy in my blizzard and it was mostly dust. I think there were only three decent crunchy pieces in the whole thing. Then he dropped the boxed dog in front of me and ran off. I had to flag down the other worker to get a bag. No fork or napkins.

Ordered four blizzards. Two came out right, two of them they forgot to put strawberries in. When brought back to the counter, we were told that we didnt order them with strawberries, but in the specific blizzards that were ordered, there isnt an option to get it without. They refused to remake them and were just rude in general.
