All of the guys in there were very helpful and friendly. None of them were pushy! I felt very comfortable going in and looking at the motorcycles.

Many people know Scott and Nancy Huston from the old Harley Davidson Cycle Connection located in Joplin Missouri. They have now opened a New Shop and are now selling motorcycles, cars, motorcycle accessories and providing services to maintain your ride. They are on the south side of 7th street to the east of main. Staff is friendly and helpful with any questions you may have. If you have questions, need to have your ride serviced or looking for a new to you ride give them a call. Same great couple, always there to help.

My Husband bought a bike from Sheldon. He was very friendly and very patient waiting on the back to finish paperwork and waiting on us to bring him the right documents he needed. If you need a bike go see my guy Sheldon you wont regret it hes a great guy!!!!

Ive had two tires done here with no problems. Always put on new in less than 30 minutes. Asked them today how much to mount another tire and they were firm on a hour and half labor! 130plus tax! So called mid American cycle and got a new tire and mount for exactly 135$!!! Be a very cold day before i take my business back to cycle connection! This after i have spent close to a grand here on my two motorcycles!

Didnt check their trade in put me through almost two weeks of DMV trouble to get a title straightened out always needed was a notary stamp from the lien release company Scott was very unhelpful his help was very unhelpful Im out two days worth of work had to drive an hour and 40 minutes to go and get the lean release myself no phone call back no reply back I do not recommend this place for business I now obviously know why he is no longer with cycle connection and he can only sell used motorcycles not even mentioning the extra cost I have to pay now to take the bike because Ive had it since October of 2020 and here it is almost May at 20021due to issues with no bills sale giving ou21o notary stamp wrong dates put on the title and the bill of sale plus having to go and get a notary done from the previous motorcycle owners lien release because it was not checked out thoroughly not really happy

Outstanding, above and beyond customer service and support. I bought a used 2007 Goldwing from them about 2 weeks ago and I noticed something off with it. They said bring it in because they were going to get an inspection done for me. They noticed a bad spot on the tire and instead of making me pay for it they went ahead and replaced the front tire for me. I have never experienced this from any kind of automobile dealer in my 18 years of driving and owning vehicles. As long as I live in the Joplin area I will be doing all my motorcycle business through Cycle Connection.

People that work there shouldnt work around bikes the parts department didnt know the difference between a cruiser and a sports bike I would t get anything fixed or tires here thats for sure at least get some actually bike people in here 🤣🤣

My wife & I usually stop in, whenever were in Joplin, just to see what motorcycles are there. Last week, there were a couple of Harleys that I just had to check out - & everyone is always super nice about letting me just look, knowing that Im probably not getting one that day. This particular day, we went ahead & left, to finish errands, then came back to see what kind of down payments were generally required. (Just curiosity, you know.) Brandon gave his best estimate, & suggested going ahead & filling out an application. We did, surprisingly were approved sooner than I thought - & long story short, I now have a Harley, & we will most likely be shopping for another one for my wife. Highly recommend!

So, I have been looking at this real nice Softail Slim for the past 3 weeks. I had been talking with the counter guy who was pretty nice and not pushy at all. Seemed to be new to the motorcycle world but was willing to go above and beyond to find stuff out for me. When I stopped by this last Saturday, my normal guy wasn’t there. So I walked in and it was a good while before I had anyone try to help. The guy was rude, pushy, and just seemed to act like he knew things and go along with stuff I said even if I wasn’t sure. Look, I’ll give the place another chance and hopefully they are more friendly next weekend.
