I gotta say the staff is super helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and best of all NOT pushy!!! These guys and gals (in each department) really are truly down to earth and some of the nicest Ive met in a long time!!! My purchase wasnt a planned one. I honestly had only stopped in to sign the parental consent papers for my sons motorcycle safety course class coming up and after talking with Coach Dan and he suggested I talk with Alex (salesman) next thing I knew I was on my way to becoming a new owner. All the staff is amazing here, I cant emphasize just how real they are and easy laid-back personalities they all have! Ive been to other dealerships all over and meet the Extremely pushy, obnoxious types I can say that these guys at Harley Hideout are not that type!!!!

I recently purchased a used Harley-Davidson from Hideout. My story doesn’t begin there though, and it doesn’t end here.Our first visit to Hideout was during an event they hosted in early 2020. The dealer staff was welcoming and engaging without being pushy. We met Dan Haskins the riding academy manager and he made sure we had everything needed to enjoy an afternoon during their open house.A few months later, I joined them for a weekend-long riding class and the staff I met that weekend continued the tradition. Welcoming us and keeping everyone smiling but with a goal in mind. Patty and Wes did a great job leading our class. I was impressed... Especially since I didn’t own a Harley-Davidson yet.Fast forward a bit... I found a good used Harley-Davidson for sale but I didn’t purchase it from Hideout. After 6 months, I wanted to upgrade and I found the bike for me at Hideout. I thought I knew what the purchase experience from a Harley dealership was like but Laramie at Hideout demonstrated that not all dealerships provide the same experience. The purchase process was easy, fun and no pressure. He answered every question I could come up with and answered more questions even after I took the bike home.I’d buy another bike from this team in the future and will recommend them to others.

I honestly thought my first motorcycle couldnt be a Harley. I assumed it would be out of my price range but everything fell into place. We browsed the store for two days making sure we got what we wanted. We were never pushed into a purchase they let the products sell themselves.

Stoped in for a poker chip and a hat. The young lady that helped us out was great! She joked around with us and made sure all of our questions were answered and even a couple of good stories! The showroom was big and beautiful and there is a fountain outside! I mean a fountain cmon! Big thumbs up!!

The staff is amazing! Willing to help and answer any questions. Laramie knows his bikes and will tell you what you wanna know. If you have questions in merchandise, I only talked to Megan and Kathie, but they can answer those question. Ask Megan for a test ride of the assisted bikes! She knows EVERYTHING about them!

Was just dropping off family members bike to be serviced this morning. Normally we dont have any issues. But this morning, the person in service was borderline snarky about the whole deal. He wanted to give us grief about bringing in our own tire, well sell better quality tires and we would not bring in our own. And then tells us it has to have a new ring and tube. Okay well whatever the bike just needs the new tire put on and its service done, is it that difficult to do? Then we find out they seriously charged our family member almost $200.00 just to put the tire on, are you frickin serious. That is beyond rediculous, expecially since we brought the tire, and the tube was just fine so it did not have to be changed out. And a ring for the tire? You can not tell me that thing was that expensive, seriously... Glad it was not our bike that had this bill, this girl would have been asking all kinds of questions about it and not just paying it that is for dang sure.

The customer experience I received was by far the best In my entire life and I mean that. From the time I walked in the door I was greeted right away by Laramie. The first question he asked was if I had been in before and was working with anyone else. I of course assured him no. Laramie then went on to show me several different bikes and answered all of my questions. I grew up in the motorcycle scene however my knowledge is extremely limited. Every single person at hideout never made me feel “dumb” for my limited knowledge they explained everything beyond my expectations. Laramie was never “pushy” like most salesmen he listened to me and always delivered on my questions and offers. Once we met in the middle on my offer I was ready to sign the papers and be on my way but hideout wanted to make sure I got the full experience. Laramie moved my new bike to the front for a picture and I got to ring the bell and a loud roar arose from everyone with cheers and that was so wholesome. I then moved on to each department to meet, greet, and pull a card for a “mini poker run” that way I became familiar with each department. I got a free shirt, cleaning kit, license plate cover and my “hand” was 3 of a kind which I got rewarded with a $30 gift card. The hospitality was unlike anything I have ever seen. 10/10 is an understatement. I will return and spread the word of the best day of my life. I know I can pick up the phone and call just about anyone there and they will be there to answer my question and if they don’t know.. I know they will do everything in their power to figure it out. They really do make you feel like Family. Thank you Hideout for the PRISTINE experience, I am over the moon and I am forever thankful for each and every single one of you. Thanks for the BEST DAY EVER!

Very nice place. Service is great and they are very helpful. If you need Harleys and harley parts, this is the place to go. They even have clothes and boots for the whole family. Need a helmet? They have that too! For all things Harley Davidson you have to come here.

Ill try to make this as short as possible. I was riding my bike home to Neosho tonight from Joplin. It was dark, and as I left the city lights I was warned by another motorist that my headlight was out. After pulling over and messing with it another rider pulled over to help and a few minutes later a van pulled up and also stopped to help. Come to find out the gentleman in the van works for the dealership. Since we were unable to figure it out on the spot he offered to let me park it in the shop for the night where it would be safe. The rider led the way and he followed me back to the dealership. I didnt get his name but I owe them both for their help. Definitely above and beyond, especially for being a non Harley owner :-)

The hideout Harley-Davidson is the most awesome Harley shop. The ladies in there were so nice and so helpful, we got our riding jackets, boots and tennis shoes and our riding gloves and poker chips and dice and some free cups. Love love love

Had shifter shaft and lever splines strip out while on vacation. Stopped in at Hideout Harley Davidson They fixed me up and had me back on the road in about an hour. To the owner, you have a great team of people.

Shopped for Harley shirts as we passed through. Nice people greeted us promptly, asked if we needed assistance and pointed us in the right direction. I could only venture the buying experience would be the same. On a rainy Friday close to closing time they were still focused on their customers. Kudos!
