Stopped in to get a few parts for my 2020 Polaris 450 they didnt have the parts I needed but they got online looked up part numbers and made calls to see if ANYONE in the area had the parts I needed. They focused the energy on getting me what I needed and not just the sale for the store . This store truly cares about the customer. I would strongly 💪 recommend this store.

As a cash buyer I was hoping for a little better deal, $199 process fee to accept cash and sign a couple papers just seemed a bit steep to me is all, out in under 5min. Service manager needs an attitude adjustment since he believes that customers bringing work there and if he accepts it is a privilege to the customer and they should be thankful if they do anything. Definitely worth taking your business elsewhere!

My wife and I called and met with several powersports dealers, and finally made the decision to go with Jay Hatfield in Joplin Missouri. Best decision we couldve made. Our salesman Edgar Ramirez is very informed and proudly serves the military. He had to go serve the day after we ordered our RZR. I thought great we will be forgotten.... I was wrong, the store manager Randy took care of everything and had our RZR delivered a week ahead of the earliest scheduled delivery time. Everyone there including the other salesmen were very courteous and helpful.We would definitely buy there again and highly recommend them if youre thinking of buying a powersport toy. Also no regrets buying the xp 4 turbo it is a great machine 👍.

Purchased a Yamaha Viking. This was the 3rd dealership I visited. All others tried to talk me into other equipment because they couldnt get ahold of what I wanted. At Jay Hatfield I was treated fairly and shown the products I wanted. I didnt get the run around in financing and was paperwork took a little over 1 hour to complete.

I called to inquire about a Honda atv and spoke with Shelley she gave me a breakdown of the pricing on the machine I asked about and I asked about any comparable machines and she was able to find a polaris for me for less money so the deal was made . I paid my deposit and showed up a few days later they got the paper work done quickly for me and gave me a great deal on an extended warranty and Shelley herself loaded it into the back of my truck couldnt be happier with the service we recieved

Thankfully their District Manager Randy called me and was able to make things right, from picking up our Polaris to fixing it and having it back to us in THE SAME DAY to offering us a great deal on accessories! Took my 2007 Honda VTX 1800 in to have coolant flushed and break pads they had to order the parts when I drop off my bike theycall me to let me know the pads havent come in no big deal and that my rear brakes were good dont need to replace them and reimburse me for that plus coolant change for free and bled my breaks for me these are some real stand up guys super nice super fair they will have my business always

The customer service here is so great. How great you ask that’s a good question. They are so great I walk in through the door and there are five people around the third UTV right inside the main entrance and not one looking up to say “HI” or “How can I help you”. I walk over to the Sport bikes and there was one salesman over there possibly two and I walk around to take a look at the selection that they have with no price tags at all. So I took my money elsewhere and have a motorcycle. So that’s how great they are they won’t even take your money in exchange for a motorcycle.

Good people but my friend bought a bike put 1 thousand down and it wasn’t put together all the way so we had to wait for like 3 days to get a brake lever so 2 days go buy and they tell me I can’t buy it

Went in to pick up a new bike I had bought from out of state. The bike was prepped and ready and the paperwork was ready to go. The staff answered all my questions and went over all features of the bike. Jeremy was easy to work with over the phone and had us out the door in 30 minutes.

Just bought a fz-07 from Jay Hatfield and I have to say it was a great experience. I worked with Shawn Berryman who did not pressure me in anyway. It was like just having a conversation with a friend. I wasnt pushed into buying a more expensive bike and he was great to answer all my questions. After buying the bike I had a question about something on it and Shawn offered to have the service guys call me so I could bring it so they could take a look it. They seem to genuinely care and want to make sure Im happy with it. I will be buy my next bike from Hatfield.

Recently purchased a grom on the 9th from here. Staff was not friendly and tried to tack on $1000 worth of warranty and fees without permission after I was quoted an “out the door” price. I was told when they ran my credit it would not be ran more than once and what do you know, I now have 4 hard inquiries from this place. I would not purchase again from here. When confronted about the unauthorized add ons the female in the finance department tried to lie saying “It is mandatory”. It wasn’t until I threatened to leave that she agreed to take the warranty off after sighing and complaining. I am shocked that this place is still in business after treating customers like this.
