Never had any issues dropping packages off here. The 2 guys I have interacted with were both helpful and friendly. Stolen Phone. I ordered Samsungs newest phone, which costs $2000. It was shipped with a phone case I also got from Samsung. Everything was fine until the shipment landed in this location and went Missing for a few days. After that a separate shipment was created. All the arrived in the box was the phone case. The packaging around the phone case was clearly slashed with a knife and the phone was stolen before they retaped the package and sent it with only the phone case. Yall just employee trash thieves.

Great place. Excellent service. Everybody going needs to know they do not pack things like a UPS Store would. These things will save some people a trip. But if you are looking to ship an already packaged item or something relatively small like an envelope these folks will set you right up!
A delivery was marked (falsely) as delevered May 10 and Did not show up until June 8, all 104 dollers work of perishable plants were dead. Notifeird Vendor. Notified FedEx delivery sate falsified.
Theyre super friendly and helpful when you call the Joplin distribution center. Only a couple of issues in the past several years and they were handled professionally.
They were very accommodating and nice and they took my package but they sent it right back to me so now I dont know what to do, lol. I need it to go back to the vendor. Lol
Dont ship from here stole my money payed to get over night didnt get my package for a week later opens my package took money out from my card worst place ever!

What happened to Customer Service? Drivers are contract drivers and could care less if they make your delivery, its easier just to mark delivery attempted 3 days in a row so they can just collect payment. We have been waiting at home for them to show up. At some point after 4-5 calls to get to upper management, still waiting. Folks, use UPS it must be where all the old drivers went to Work. Terrible Service from bottom up. Automation will never replace good customer service but now you dont even have english speaking reps. No more shipping using Fed-x, i will change suppliers first. Whats the point of paying for 2 day service with Amazon if after 5 days you still cant get it delivered after 5 days just to learn there attempts were not you address all along. Just Call the number on the delivery instructions.
Driver claimed delivery was attempted (signature required), but I was home the whole time. The biggest problem is there is no local phone number to call. You cant get this help from the website and the 800 number is menu only, and this item was not allowed to pickup at their location. Finally got to customer service by pounding on the # key multiple times. Drove to location they were super helpful and friendly.

I’m disabled and they won’t deliver packages as requested so that I am able to reach them. I get weekly meals and they are being left at door on the driveway. I have called 7 weeks in a row and the driver puts that it’s being left at front door,which it is not. I have requested them to deliver it on the back patio so my oxygen tubing can reach it and I can put it in the refrigerator. I’m going to have my food delivery cancelled and find a service that doesn’t use Fed Ex.
The person behind the counter is extremely rude and refused to shop my package because I have a temporary ID. I tried to contact customer service and since FedEx outsources all their customer service to India I got absolutely nowhere with determining if it is a FedEx policy. Never again will I use FedEx.

I was on a long drive from Houston, TX to New York. I was moving to New York and was very anxious and feeling very down. I stopped here to get gas and a pack of smokes. The clerk asked how I was doing. She could see there was something distressing in my eyes. Grace listened to me and showed true compassion. She was also very helpful in point out where the snickers bar was located. H.G. was the highlight of that long drive. Highly recommending stopping to get gas or any refreshments.

Cant get a hold of an actual person when you call.... I missed my package but I was home and didnt get a notification that fedex was there. Super frustrating you cant get a hold of an actual person to help you!
It cant be done better! I often wonder how they do it, but they sure cou,d give the post office some lessons! Positively, absolutely, you can count on these guys.
I use FedEx consistently for my business, occasionally I have an express package come in at the drop off center. I called to put a hold so I could pick up the package. The lady that answered had a horrible attitude when I ssked about the package as if I was causing an inconvenience to her. She didnt answer my question yet told me she would have to check and then told me she would let me know but had no contact information to reach me and then hung up. Wow! If I had a choice to recieve my package at FedEx ground vs FedEx express I would definitely choose ground even if it added a couple day to my wait. I deal in customer service everyday and that is deffinently not how you treat a customer that gives you business consistently for over 4 yrs.
Ordered parts from Rock Auto. No problem until FedEx got the first order. It was a Radiator. Box was damaged, but luckily the Radiator was OK, just three days late. Second order it was five days late. Box was damaged and truck visors bent and broke. Call FedEx to get a replacement. Next day it was picked up. That was the end of that. Parts are gone, money gone. Cant get any HELP. Cost me $40,00. No more FedEx and No more Rock Auto.

Friendly service. I wish it was open later because if you miss a home delivery the package usually doesnt get back until 6pm then you only have until 7 to get there and pick it up before they ship it back out the next day.

Never arrive on time. Every time they have a package for my family, it is late. I do not mean hours late, Im talking days. Customer service never knows why either.I wish when you order stuff you had a choice of who the carrier is. UPS never misses, even USPS has arrived ahead of schedule.

I went in with a large odd shaped item I needed to ship (77lx13wx12h/33lbs.) that I had to make a box for. I was told a day earlier at Ups that the box may be rejected by the driver and if so they would have to make one for my item and it would cost extra. Ups also said it would cost $192 to $204 to ship if the driver would take it. The very helpful employee at Fed Ex said there was nothing at all wrong with my packaging, nothing that they could do any better. After taking the measurements it came out to $92 to ship. Thank you Fed Ex for being reasonable, honest and helpful, I will definitely be using your services in the future.
While a bit out of the way & a bit difficult to find (for my mom), weve always had good service here.
Terrible service! Package was to be delivered today and the driver said customer was not available or business closed. I was here at 7:30 am and the open sign was on at 7:59. Driver said they were here at 8:55. Your truck never stopped or even tried to deliver. Your customer service is a joke and give you nothing but lies. What a joke!

This fedex office delivers to wrong addresses all the time this is ow the second time they have fouled a shipment up i dont understand why they cant hire someone who knows what there doing i live localy and if i dont get my package today i will be making a trip to this office to complain in person because there is no sense in keeping an idot driver on staff if he cant do his job properly

This office lost my washer motor. They have my number. If the driver couldnt find my house, all he had to do was call. The Fedex rep I called tried to reach the Webb City office. He said they should be open. No answer. Looks like they decided to leave early on a Saturday afternoon. Fedex cant be bothered to make a phone call, return a phone call, or hang around til closing time.

Once again FedEx drops the ball, what a sorry excuse for a company.... Delivered to wrong location once again and will do nothing about it and they know they screwed up, shows delivered at 4:11 pm, shows up to deliver to us at 5:05 pm.... Guess what they cant find the package now... They do an investigation, or so they say, tell us it passed the deadline, so they close the case... What a joke they have became....
