We received extraordinary service from this UPS Store in Joplin. We needed to send priceless family heirlooms to Texas and Florida. Jason and his team packed the fine china and crystal with perfection. There were many other items that needed the same attention to detail and every single item arrived in perfect condition. I cannot say enough how much this very fine service was appreciated. Jason knew the importance of each item and all the items were wrapped and sent with an abundance of care. I would trust this store and management with any service needed. It is the best.

My experience with the people was great. He was very helpful, polite and was nice to work with. But when he told me the price I was shocked. I just cant afford the prices they charge. Im sad because I ķnew my packages would arrive safely.

Went to send my Direct TV materials back to AT & T per email sent and tried to follow the specified directions given. The young female associate would not let me finish a sentence and was very short with me. I asked for a manager because I did not feel she was going to send everything I had handed her to put in the box. She felt a cord I had included wasnt a direct tv cord. I told her I wanted it sent anyway to make sure they received all their stuff back so I wouldnt be charged on their end. I asked for a manager and would he please make sure all the items got sent, however, I didnt feel he was helpful either. Not feeling confident this transaction is going to end well for me.
Never had an issue shipping a package from The UPS store in Joplin! I typically print my own labels and drop them off here. Rarely have I experienced long wait times and the employees are always ready to help. I have never needed to purchase additional services, as I believe these services are expensive. For the the location is perfect, although the parking lot can get a bit crowded around lunch time.
Every time I go there the service is great. The associates are very helpful & freindly. If you need to ship anything. Im sure they can help. This time of the year youll probably have to wait in line a little while. That time of the year Ho Ho Ho.
They said if you dont use there boxes they will probably lose your package and had to pay 5 dollars to fill there bigger box.
I think the longest that Ive ever been on the store, unless there was actually a line, wasnt more than a few minutes. They know their jobs.
Never answer their phones, horrible customer service and everything involving UPS seems to be absolutely trash right now.
This store wanted $330 to ship a bike...plus $65 for insurance. Took it to the UPS customer center and paid $86 for the same service. That is a significant difference.
Love this store. Employees are so happy and friendly. They have no problem helping you with anything. They even go over and beyond expectations.

Dishonest. Tried to charge me $3 for a 15 cent black and white copy.EDIT: IN REPLY TO THE OWNERS RESPONSE. I ended up driving a couple minutes away to The Office Depot. They gave me a friendly smile and a black and white print out for 16 cents. I would highly recommend that anyone who has printing needs go there instead. The UPS store might be capable of taking a package from you and handing it to UPS. But if you have printing needs, go somewhere that will not try to rip you off.
Better hope mistakes are not made or you wont get your package. A sPackage with my address but someone elses name, from Germany, got delivered to my house and they wont take package back at the shipping location 2 blocks from my house. They want m to drive to the main hub to the farthest North West part of Joplin and I live on the farthest south east part of Joplin. They said they would not send a driver to pick up package because they did not make any mistake!! WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE/business model is this place practicing! Horrible way to treat the customer!

I called on behalf of my place of employment to try and get an invoice paid. Id sent emails with no response. I called today and spoke to the manager. She saw that the invoice was from May and immediately got combative. I told her I needed to know who sent it and she couldnt tell me. I asked how she knew they where an employee of ours. She said We wouldnt let just anyone come in off the street and charge to your account. But she couldnt tell me how they had verified that the person who charged it was an employee of ours. She was very hateful, rude and disrespectful. I used to go to the UPS store for personal printing and things but never again. The manager needs lessons in customer service.
Very bad expirence I was trying to return some products to The last coat for my car its just a top coat wax shine products, it is not an explosive all in pump bottles never open packaging was odd they ask to open my stuff to look at it and then refused to return it. It is all safe products its not flammable because it is for my car. The product was sent to me by U.P.S and wasnt open was simple return that all assuden I need a licance to return it. I feel better training on pictures and labeling and knowing what is safe and who needs licance to mail certain products has gotten carried away at this certain place.
I just got a package from you guys that was being expected for the past few days, your employee was the rudest person Ive ever met and Ive met plenty of them. Now mind you I got woken up by her honking her horn ten times I just got home not a couple hours ago from working a ten hour over night shift when I came out the door I was still half asleep she handed me the deal to sign and I accidentally thought it was upside down she ripped it out of my hands and turned it back I didnt know thats how we treat customers now, she spoke in the rudest manner Ive ever seen, then she proceeded to hand me my eservice.which she hardly put it in my hand and allowed it to drop on the ground before I could get a good grasp of it. For one you should speak to her about her additude,,and the way she presents herself to her customers I dont care if shes having the worst day in the world you always treat your customers with respect and kindness or fake it till you make it. I got that saying from a wise man who made sure his employees treated their customers like they were family. Besides today Ive always loved your service

I would like to leave no stars but since I cant Ill leave one. My husband just received his package Wednesday and not everything that was in there when I left the UPS store was still in there when he received his package. An irreplaceable item gone just like that. Never have I had this problem before when shipping anything from anywhere.
Extremely high priced will try to gouge you. Use the post office if you can. Zero stars for this place!
This place does it all. Great place to go for UPS shipping but they also do high quality printing for small print jobs. I have used them several times and have never been disappointed.
Not impressed. Went to mail a package. I had my package taped etc. I was asked what was in it. I told them - I dont know exactly wat they were called. So they told me the price and said we are going to have to open it. I said okay. They ripped it open and saw it was double packaged. So they didnt open it more, they taped it back up. When they added tape the price increased almost $2!! For tape?!?!Another time they opened my package and said the mugs I was shipping weren t wrapped good enough and said for 20+ they would do it correctly. I left and went to the post office. Guess what- USPS had no problem, even insured my box and it arrived without even a scratch!I wont try the UPS store again!
Ive used this place for my business for YEARS. The owners are super friendly. I get frustrated by the UPS costs and HATE to spend money on a box. Seriously, a box, but that has nothing to do with their service. It is so convenient for my small business and they bill me once a month always with great record keeping.
I took a friend of mine who was visiting from Texas to the UPS Store to fax a large packet of very important forms that were facing a deadline. The agency that was receiving the forms was experiencing problems with their fax machine, and our transmissions kept failing. Rebecca Forgey at the UPS Store was incredibly kind and resourceful. She kept faxing the forms over and over until they were transmitted properly, and she also sent them via email, just to make sure that they had been received. This type of commitment to customer service is extremely rare, and I salute her. I plan to keep coming back to complete all my future copying, faxing, and shipping projects.

I needed to ship a large odd shaped object (77lx13wx12h/33lbs.) which I had to make a box for, went in and was told the driver may not like the box I made and reject it, they would then have to make a box for me which would cost extra. If the driver did except it, because of its size, it would cost me $192. Went to Fed Ex, they said there was nothing wrong at all with my packaging, nothing that they could make that would be any better. They took the dimensions and weight and said cost would be $92. Same box, same destination, same shipping time $100 difference. I dont know if Ups miscalculated or they were just trying to rip me off but I know where I will be shipping from in the future.
They were all so helpful. Helped us figure out our project and went overboard to get it done in time.

They wont let you pick up a package. They want an appointment first made in advance! So I ended up not being able to pick up my stuff for a week.
