Purchased all my appliances. Patient reliable, waited for me to get ready for my appliances . They delivered them have not had better service anywhere else. This is the best place to purchase appliances. Will be buying a stand up freezer soon.

My wife and I have bought two beds from this Sears. Its locally owned which is nice to see. Great service every time and they deliver the bed to Chapman. I didnt have a Sears credit card for the 5% discount but she gave me the discount anyway. Sears corporate gets a bad rap but this is a nice little store.

Great products and service here. They delivered next day with ease. I recommend looking online if budget is your main concern. Sears is a big Corporation and the lowest they go for a brand new washer and dryer electric style is $385 each which is not that bad. They deliver on post Fort Riley as well and install . Great experience overall

They always have a great selection of Craftsman tools.

I have zero complaints. Staff is very helpful and knowledgable. Store may be limited in items because of its size, but ordering takes no time at all. I went to the Topeka store and its a night and day difference. Save yourself the time and stay away from the Topeka store.

Junction City Sears Hometown Store consistently displays customer service practices that are often sought after but rarely found. I shop at this location because each employee always extend various avenues to enable the customer to purchase Sears product.
