Its easier sometimes for us to make payments on some items so we thought we would give this place a try. 1st time around we got a king mattress paid it off early. Next a couch. It was delivered and it literally has screws falling out. & none of them match so putting them back hasnt worked. I have made 2 appointments now for them to come out to fix this $4000 couch and THEY NEVER SHOW UP, NO CALL! How can you run a business like this? But I believe Shane is his name he was the first person I talk to and he took the time to listen & was never rude. But I wont be be Referring anyone to them. Or returning since they cant fix a brand new falling Apart broken couch they sold my husband & i.

They have always been so good to us. All you have to do is communicate with them and they will help you in anyway they can. If I could give them more stars I would. But if you need home stuff and cant afford to pay all of it out of pocket go see them. You will not be sorry I promise you.

Store needs to be cleaned, most furniture is damaged, one of the mattresses smelled like smoke. Staff is helpful, but the store needs an overhaul.

Do not use the RAC at Junction City Kansas. I am typically set up on autopay and make my payments on time, ALWAYS! My card was stolen and it knocked my autopay off given the card was stopped. Instead of contacting me to say hey, they showed up at my house with just my kids home, demanding my washer/dryer. DURING A PANDEMIC! Are you flipping serious. I am 5 days past due and would have happily paid had they contacted me.

If I could leave more than five stars, I would definitely do that! It has been so long since I have experienced the exceptional customer service that I have experienced in the past two days. Im Im the process of moving which is already stressful in itself. I walked into Rent-A-Center to get a washer and dryer. Daysha greeted me as soon as I walked in. Her infectious spirit definitely lifted mine. She was thorough from beginning to end and took a huge weight off my shoulders! The gentlemen that completed my delivery/set up were just as exceptional, with a great attitude...even with the extremely cold weather.Thank you Rent-A-Center staff for being the least stressful part of my move! You will never know how much I appreciate you. I will be back in soon!!

Decent and clean place. Products offered and able to be rented/leased work as intended however interest on leasing to own is high. Customer service is hit or miss depending on who you talk to. If you miss a payment and are unable to be reached, they tend to pull from any and every source to make your payment. Including and not limiting to actually contacting your references (yes the ones you submitted for applying for whatever youre renting/leasing from them.) Instead of trying to get a hold of you yourself. Then pretend like nothing happened.

Recently moved to San Antonio, had issues with the Rent a Center in Texas about adding onto our account, This store called the one in Texas and solved the whole issue for us and insured we were satisfied with the process. Thanks guys.

Went in and made me feel welcomed .Was not pressured into buying anything, was looking for a full memory foam mattress and got a great deal on one brand new !!

Horrible customer service! I’ve physically been yelled at for trying to ask why my bill was so high and getting frustrated because the women wasn’t answering my questions. Also they do not work with you at all. My bill was $96 and some change and I brought in $80 and they wouldn’t take it!! I get paid in a week but they wouldn’t take it so I had to give them all the money I had because they threatened to take the stuff back. I absolutely hate this location and the workers.

Had a great experience, rented a washer and dryer and then moved into a place that had their own set. Returned and got credit for what we paid for.

Was not transparent with the contract, a generic bedroom set ended up costing $250/month for 14 months! Thats at least a 300% markup from any other place selling the same thing!
