Wow. This is by far the best place to go for great customer service!!! They make you want to come back because of the friendly, warm and super staff such as Von, Carrie and Sheena. They went above and beyond to make my service with them exceptional. They deserve a wonderful applause. Ask for them and you wont regret it. Thank you guys for being the best. Devonte is amazing! He changed my maiden name in the system for me. He also helps with payments since the Kiosk doesnt take cards. My husband and I live in Kansas City but when we are in town we prefer the JC sprint store because of Devonte. He is polite, patient, professional, and knowledgeable. I have never been in this store before and had great experience with a man named Tylor and their tech Kevin. They were the best and the most polite and helpful group. Scott was amazing at helping me get service on my phone which needed to be carbon copied. Technically he isnt even a sales consultant, but since all the other employees were helping one customer who was making quite a scene it was very nice. He was very personable, knowledgeable and helpful during this process. By far one of the friendliest sprint stores I have ever been in. After the customer that was making a scene left, all the other associates would come by and start conversations with me and other customers who walked in the door. Extremely friendly and down to earth.
I really appreciated the Loving kindness that Quentin your Sprint Representative showed towards me when I visited your store on today. He made me feel so appreciated and, so very special for being a Spirnt Customer. His patient, attitude and overwhelming performance, and professionalism is a great access to your Company. Our bill went up by almost $30 just because they joined T-Mobile??? This is so expensive and if I’m gonna pay these prices I may as well go back to Verizon and get better reception... In fact, I think our Verizon bill was cheaper... it just keeps going up on us... this is insane. We went to them to save money. 😡
Good location. Employees are always knowledgeable about products and phone plans. Yes, they generally try to upscale but its just a part of the job. Although with some business practices, some of their employees pray on customers who dont know any better and get them tangled up in payment plans they cannot afford. Thats how Sprint makes their money. That and selling accessories that you can find much cheaper at other retailers (on and offline.) They are my cell carrier and have not done me wrong thus far. Just wish they had better coverage on post or in rural areas.

Came in from out of town as this is the closest regional repair center. I was greeted at the door by a young woman. She was very professional, I explained my situation. She said she wasnt a sales representative and disappeared too the back. Made me wonder why an employee was sitting behind the sales counter, yet was neither a sales rep or service tech. After 10 minutes of waiting, I walked over to the repair window and once again explained my phone needed replaced under recall. The Tech. wrote up a ticket and said it would be about an hour. On my way out, I saw the young woman who greeted me playing on a display phone. It made me wonder what exactly is she does. Its a small store front with a few Point of Sale registers and a service department.

They sold me faulty equipment and when we tried to get it resolved they said that we had to keep it because it was a promo. The last promo they gave us was one where we got 2 gift cards for porting our lines and three months later we never received them. Had to go back to the store and they said they could only apply it to our bill because they werent the one that handled our porting of our lines. Then they go as far as to tell us they know who we went through and they talked to they guy we went through and said we did everything we were supposed to but since that promo was over and apparently the guy didnt do it right all they could do was apply $200 towards our bill . If u was not locked into a contract with them I would leave.Very frustrated with this company.
I no longer have sprint but back when i did these are the only people i would go to for assistance. They truly care about their customers.

Each time I go to this particular store I am met with rude individuals like Gabby Murdock who tells you-you have bad credit you can’t get what you want and continuously disrespect you in every way shape and form it’s appalling the way they treat their customers I would never ever go back to that store. I Purchased a new I watch 4 series and they sent it to the wrong address they told me it was to come to the store but they sent it to somewhere that I did not live and then refused to give me my money. I had to call sprints customer service to get my funds returned back to me and then Gabby Murdock had the audacity to call me again to try and get me to purchase another I watch 4 series. If you do decide to go to this horrible store I would suggest you not do any business with Gabby Murdoch she’s a disrespectful human being.
The woman who helped me was so knowledgeable and the other workers seemed nice as well. It was a very clean store.
Garbage. Phone was slightly cracked and splashed water on it and worked just fine, I get my screen repaired, and a day later it gets splashed but this time it gets water damaged. Useless technician ruined the water resistant feature, but its on me.
Great help service technician help out of large bind, phone giving trouble Robert Collins fixed issue gave me update information and also went through the process of explaining what to and not to do to make it easier on my phone in future . I have been with Sprint for some years (approximately 5) but with the store in JC KS on Washington street. I have never felt so hurried out of a place such as this one store!!! I fully understand that they have a lot of customers to get to but when I am asking questions about my plan and how to navigate around on my phone they just didnt care to help me and they just BS me around just so I knew the bare minimum of my phone not where even all my questions answered!!

Very slow service, the customer service representative are not as friendly and they just dont provide the best customer service at all. At least they offer snacks while you are waiting.

THEY ARE NOT EVEN GOOD LIARS! DO NOT USE THIS STORE!Story and sources below:My issue is with their repair center but I would imagine similar scummy stuff is going on in the sales department.Story: My brother is stationed at Ft. Riley and has the insurance on his iPhone 6. The phone is acting up and needs to be exchanged. The store looked in the headphone jack at a water damage indicator and came to the conclusion that the phone was liquid damaged and needed to be claimed through Assurion for a $200 deductible. There is just one problem, iPhone 6 DOES NOT have a liquid damage indicator in the headphone jack. (see source below) Also, you should know the store benefits when they do not have to order an exchange, they are tracked in this metric and knew exactly what they were doing. This was an attempt to save the stores numbers at the expense of a soldier. Please take your business elsewhere.Sources-Google will not let me post a link but you can find this information on Apples websiteI managed a Sprint repair center out of state until 3 weeks ago.

The person I talked to (on 8/26/2014) seemed almost as if I was bothering her by asking about Sprint services. She couldnt be bothered to answer questions to even to appear to want to make a sale and get a new customer. I will never bother to go into this store again nor is it likely that I will bother checking out Sprint again.
Staff had no problem, the service though. Oh my gosh... I’m sure if I sent a letter, the letter would arrive before I could watch a short little video clip on Facebook.

Very disappointed with their service (THEY DO NOT HONOR CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY) I recently got married and had to join accounts with Sprint. My husband had an Iphone 7 from Tmobil payed for and was unlocked by Tmobil and I ordered a Sprint SIM card everything was ready to go so they can turn his iphone 7 from Tmobil to Sprint. The Sprint Store in Junction City was not able to do that and they told my husband the only option he had was to get a SPRINT phone. ... COME TO FIND OUT THAT IS NOT TRUE! ANY IPHONE 7 CAN BE USED WITH ANY CARRIER REGARDLESS OF WHO YOUR CARRIER WAS. ALL THEY HAVE TO DO IS MAKE SURE THE PHONE IS UNLOCKED, ADD THE SERIAL NUMBER TO THEIR SYSTEM AND ACTIVATE THE SIM CARD!!!! THESE PEOPLE DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING OR MAYBE THEY JUST DONT WANT TO TAKE THE TIME TO HELP YOU OUT..EITHER WAY IM VERY DISAPPOINTED. THEY GIVE ME 14 DAYS TO RETURN A PHONE BUT THEY SHIPPED THE PHONE THEY BOUGHT FROM ME THE NEXT DAY??? WHAT KIND OF BS IS THAT.. IF I HAVE 14 DAYS TO CHANGE MY MIND THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO KEEP MY PHONE FOR 14 DAYS TOO. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. STAY AWAY!!!
