This place as well as Verizon is a JOKE! They will bend over backwards to sell you a plan with an over priced phone. But as soon as you have issues, they take the We Have Your Money, Not Our Problem! mind set. When a customer pays to have a replacement phone delivered the next day, but it ends up scheduled to arrive 7 days later, THATS A PROBLEM! Most people in todays world rely on our phone for many thing. Im no different. Im not as bad as some, but since I have been waiting on a replacement phone, I have missed several import phone calls! And no one at the JC Store can tell me why it is taking so long, when I was told it would be delivered the NEXT DAY!!!And guess what, you cant call this store. You only get a call center in the Philippines. I called and was told an email would be sent to USPS and it should be taken care of. Was told they would call me back. Well guess what! NOTHING HAS BEEN TAKEN CARE OF AND NO ONE CALLED ME BACK! I have been a very loyal customer for many years with Verizon. But I feel this situation is not what I deserve. This review was completed by a FUTURE T MOBILE COSTUMER.And do not believe their replys! All say the same thing: No one deserves this treatment in their store, they will work to improve... etc.. They havent improved, only gotten worse!
I really want to give this place a better rating because I think it helps support a lot of the community in junction City. The experience I had was extremely poor. This is difficult for me to say because I know there was no purposeful malicious intent by my representative but he really didnt give me any correct information. He didnt tell me the correct plan I would be on how much it cost I didnt understand how much the phone overall cost it was all this soft estimation. If I got a contract or some kind of print out that would have been nice to explain what I was signing up for or not signing up for. Its a very carefree transaction which I dont feel comfortable doing when theres money involved. Overall my experience wasnt easy fix which starts with the representative giving correct information about the plan, want the rebates entail, and how to return my trade in correctly. So basically I want him to do his job. Please retrain this person or ask him to be more focused / detailed on helping others. It may not be a lot of money to him, but explaining options can make the difference of somebody locking into a few extra dollars that they dont have.
Ive been a customer for ten years and was incredibly disappointed.I had to replace my phone. They stated that it was under warranty, therefore I could have a replacement. Well, whilst conducting the transaction, the tech found a crack and stated that the warranty was void. Okay, no problem. I cracked it, Ill pay for a new one. However, since they already began the transaction, they couldnt even sell me a new device and thatd it would be a few days. I am in a position, like many, where having a phone was not an option. Due to the employees mistake, the only option was to open a new line, get a new number, and I had to pay extra for the activation fee. I understand that mistakes happen. But a mistake made by an employee costing the customer money is absolutely unacceptable.
I have never been to this Verizon before but highly recommend it!! Very friendly staff! Grant was awesome! Will be back in to see him once my phone arrives in two days for him to put the screen protector on. Thanks again all!! :)
My problem is not with the store, know better not to go to the store if your not a post pay customer. Because in the past they feel if your a prepaid account customer you basically dont exist. I have had a pre paid account with Verizon going on ten years. And they have made alot of money off my husband and I at the beginning with their extra data cards @$20 that the data is used up so fast that sometimes would have to buy 3 of them and that was just for my husband because he needed for his business. Until finally decided to pay the $80 monthly payment for unlimited. Which is another question we have is that we have separate accounts but our monthly bill you think would be the same but its not. His was $80 and mine was $70.???? Please answer why . Now my other issue is the loyalty points. ( Pre pay accounts dont have this option) but we pay monthly just like post pay does. We but phones from Verizon, but no insurance are offered to us. We have spent 1000s of dollars in the last ten years on phones buying them through verizon.and you would think that when they came out with their 5G advertisement bring in old device and get free one on them we would be included in this deal . Nope !!! Ive tried to get someone to explain to what pre pay customers mean to the Verizon company but no one will answer me. I will tell you what I think . Nothing!!!! Absolutely nothing.
Such a hassle! Guy ahead of us had a question about his bill and they ignored him and moved on. I guess they think he will get tired of waiting and just leave.

My husband just got back from deployment and Bryan (I believe that’s how he spelt it) was so patient and kind towards us. He helped get my husband get a new SD card and set up his phone plan again. While doing so, he helped me upgrade my phone. He was very honest about everything and showed us the cheapest prices.
Least favorite place to be, most times the techs dont know how to fix stuff.
I am handicap and I waited over 20 minutes for the 2 clerks were assisting other customers but were in no hurry to try and help me so I left and was not happy with their service

Today is 27dec2020, the female sales rep that assisted my mother was absolutely the most rude person theyve ever had to deal with. Wasnt helpful and acted as if she had no time for them. They bought a new phone, added a line and bought accessories. And the sales rep acted as if they were pulling her teeth. This ISNT how you make sales.

Other then not being able to go in to store Very nice lady came out and helped me order my new Samsung S20+ and order was ready in about 15 mins.
I went to the Verizon in Manhattan out of convenience to get a screen protector put on my phone and the end result was horrific. The screen protector was crooked and about 1/16 of an inch low where the protector was underneath my Otter Box case. I came here to the Junction City store and Grant knew exactly what to do. He gave a warm welcome and carefully did the job with outstanding results. The protector is perfectly in place and when the job was done he shook my hand happily and wished me well. The best experiences Ive had with Verizon are from Grant at Junction City from my experience.
We were given specific information and that’s not what we got and now Verizon wants to charge 250$ a month on 2 phones!!! I’ve tried calling and asking for a manager but they never seem to be there and no one has called me back wish I could go back to my old provider if it wouldn’t cost me an arm and a leg... learn your process better employees so you didn’t give your customers the wrong information

I had a great experience at this particular location. The staff were wonderful, very helpful, and very knowledgeable. The staff were able to answer every question I gave them and were able to fix the problems I experienced with my phone. They seem to be a busy location, but waiting was not terrible, I was with someone within 15 minutes. They were with me for a long period of time do to all my questions, but they were patient. Hey, I went into Verizon in Junction City hoping to find a new phone. Came out with a Samsung 10+ with 512GB of memory. Totally blown away with the speed and functionality of the new Android phone. It is simple to use and easy to learn new features that my old S6 didnt have. Glad I took the plunge with the 10Plus!
Never been lied to so much on a sale. I use to work for Verizon and what the guy was feeding me seemed great and all. But not I have an obnoxious bill due to someone just trying to get a sale.

The crew was not very helpful . Just my experience and everything seemed to be in a rush with my clerk. I went to buy a phone and activate at home as to not lose my service and of course.. I had to do it in store. I went to ask about the loss of service and I felt as if I was a nuisance. If go just pay for phone bill or go to manhattan.

Well this will be our last time upgrading phones. I had her figure our bill and she told me that it was only going to raise my bill 40.00 which I agreed and paid all taxes and fees upfront as well...my next bill was 642.00 instead of 345.00....not one time has any Verizon rep was about to tell me our bill and nothing close...which makes us at the end of Verizon....it is getting higher and higher. We will not upgrade. we are going to pay our contract down and thinking strongly about after over 10 years of Verizon and thinking of moving to another company. I am just tired of being screwed and that is how we fill...
Great cell phone company whole lot better than any of the others I think abused them for about 2 years now and they seem to outdo everybody else the reception form is really good their tech support is really great reliability is excellent Im going to be with him for a long time because I dont see any other company that can give me what I need and do what they do for the price they give it to me for
Walked in asked the guy if he could fix the error message on my phone, he cut me off we dont fix phones here he was only interested in selling me another phone. Pretty sure he likes meat popsicles too.
Every time I have gone they have been very helpful. Ask a question and they will answer it. One day I was trying to add 2 basic lines in one of the stores in Topeka since I was over there. They lie to me saying that I could not do that in my plan because my plan was from TX. They tried to trick me into one of there newer plans came to the one in junction city and help me right away with activating 2 new lines.
Always takes forever to get on the phone with a real person who generally cannot help you. Costs too much for the terrible service.
The upsell though. I just want what I want no extras so dont be asking me 21 questions. The cases and battery packs they sell here go for way less on Amazon for the same thing. Buy locally for what.
I have been a verizon customer since 2006. When I have had a problem, they are quick to resolve it. I like the military discount. Even though they are more expensive than other carriers, I will stick with verizon because they have better cell/data service and customer service than the others. I know several people with other carriers and they are always complaining about no cell/data service.
Verizon as a whole is a joke in the last year I took my phone in for it to be looked at they stabbed a hole in my speaker as she pretty much told me that I was an idiot then I got a free replacement it had a manufacturer defect so they sent me another one and the microphone went out the third day then I got the Google pixel XL 2 it got so hot it shattered the screen they told me I had to pay for a replacement when it wasnt damaged at all by me. With the pixel I lose service sitting in a parking lot cant see my screen in a call. I was told to go to a store they said pretty much they cant do anything waisted my time then I was told by tech support that I needed to call Google. Waste of time
We have 2 phones and a tablet. The tablet we had to buy to get a manager special to get a new phone for my husband that his contract was up in 2 months bit the phone got broke. We pay almost 250 a month and run out of 24G of data every month. I feel verizon is way over priced. With other carriers offering unlimited data and a cheaper plan its a no brained that verizon is a waist. My sister uses sprint and has great service everywhere and pays half what I pay.

You can talk to anybody. Nobody will answer the phone its a terrible service. They need to have people in the store all they do is answer phones or take messages for there sales rep No same of a store for all the volume they have.
The wait time here is typical of all cell phone stores, LONG. Customer service is very good though.

I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS STORE AGAIN. The employees are rude and the customer service SUCKs. All they look for is sales then expect you to use the internet or 1 800 number to solve issues. I was scammed out of $35 for a restocking fee that I was NEVER told about. I went back to this store against my good judgement. NEVER again. THE WORST STORE EVER !!!

Verizon in all is a blood sucking leach. They will screw you over whenever they can. Buy a phone for full price and get prepaid Verizon unlimited everything for $50. Or get stuck with a contract for limited data and a bill over $100.
