My wife lived here 20 years ago. We had been looked for some beloved locals sandals and this is where we finally found them. Yay!

It was empty when I got there but really busy when I was on my way out. Their system was down so lines were extra long and so was the wait.

Nice staff and large selection of items. Convenient that you can use your CVS card (since it is a CVS) and that theyre open late for snack runs.

Bought a few things, not crowded short wait in line, but check out was quick.

Rosa at Longs Kailua is always helpful and efficient. Whenever I have a question or need help finding an item, Rosa can always be found. She also runs the register and even assisted me with processing photos when no one else came to help. She is a quiet but effective sales associate who goes the extra mile!

The pharmacy is just ridiculous. Even Safeway is better. Never again will I bother with this chain for anything.

Mistakenly told the doctor CVS for prescription. I didn’t realize how HUUGGEE!!!!!! Of a mistake I had made. Waited on the phone for over 45mins and no one picked up. Wasn’t sure if they received the prescription or not. I’ll never use this pharmacy again and would not recommend it to anyone else. Horrible customer service.

They do not carry nor fill certain prescriptions, common ones that Walgreens and Times carry and will fill. They are often rude. Went in for an over the counter, mild antihistamine for my dog, was told that they dont sell it over the counter, could not explain why. Researching medication online and no indication of it being one used for illegal drug manufacturing. Will always use Times across the street, much better service, always!

Lots of parking and close to transit line. Good for hygiene, health, and some food products. Prescription service is pretty fast and easy. Prices in store are good.

The cashier was rude and told us to hurry up and pack our items faster. A vender blocked us from leaving with his boxes on the front lobby and a customers cart on the front lobby too. No one moved till the transactions were finished. A bad situation. Your employees dont look happy and dont greet and make the customer feel good when we leave the store. We feel rushed and shoved out. Wheres the Aloha?

The store is decently clean and the staff so far have been friendly. I cant speak for the pharmacy because Ive never used. The bathroom is nice and hidden like most Longs Drugs but its located near the pharmacy behind another door. Usually plenty of a parking too so theres that.

Ordered pictures and when I went to pick them up, I waited for 15 minutes for a clerk to come to assist me. When they grabbed my order, it was incomplete and not ready, even though I had received a confirmation email that the order was ready 8 hours ago! Either the system or the employees are faulty. Would not recommend this service. I walk into Walgreens and walk out with order in hand in 2 minutes. Use them instead!

The modernized upgrade of Longs 2.0 aka CVS has PROS: Big, bright aisles, revamped for a more pleasant shopping experience. Variety of more reasonably priced generic goods, different products. CONS: WAY more ABC Storetype products, geared toward tourist/visitors. Which means LESS shelf space for affordable NEIGHBORHOODKAMAAINA needs. This is the ONLY 24hr General Store in the entire zipcode.

Kailua Longs Drugstore used to be go-to place. You can mostly still get drugstore items from here, but the store lost customer service morale when new mgmt and store was reorganized. It is no longer friendly and not logically designed. I usually go to other Longs even though I live close to this one.They have disappointed me through poor stocking practices too often.
