Great place to buy a quick bite. They also have a mini market area where one can buy non perishable items. I got a few bags to go, 2 of them were the caprese they were delicious if you like caprese salad. They just needed a pinch of salt, I pit pink Himalayan salt on mine delicious.

Im so torn. They have pretty good bagels, especially some of their sandwiches! And the coffee is decent. Though only a couple of the staff are friendly. Ive had poor experiences with a couple of their staff in particular. But theyre open great hours.

This place is great! The breakfast sandwiches are all really delicious and the coffee selection is very good. Plenty of parking and seating space too. I had the Arizona breakfast sandwich with chorizo and it was amazing! Its perfect for a morning bite and its not expensive at all. They also have rice bowls which would be great for lunch and dinner.

I went in asked for 12 bagels and 3 tunes of cream cheese. My bill was $30 and I paid $5 as tips. Then I was chastised by the owner for ordering 12 and wanting them to be heated. Days she couldnt do it because she was so busy. I said Im buying as many as your next 4 customers and I left a good tip why not do it for your loyal customer? And if it would help if I ordered in advance. The answer was still a very stern no.I said youd be losing a good customer here and get answer wasI dont really care, were too busy. Judge for your selves.

I am pretty respectful of not going to restaurants before they close because it’s rude. However, I was here 5 mins before 3 (which is when they close) and they had already closed up. I was not dining in, I was gonna order 1 bagel which would have taken a total of 3 minutes, I would’ve been gone before the time they close (3). This place closes 5 minutes early every day for a BAGEL place, not a restaurant where you can dine in, a BAGEL place. I usually have good expiernces here but this was just pretty ridiculous.

While the outside and toppings on a bagel are important, the true mark of bagel goodness, to me, is the inside. Bagel Beanery bagels are doughy and light inside - with a perfect mouth feel and delicious taste.The staff has always been friendly, while Im there. I love their salt bagels (my go-to). They have many cheese flavors, including a tomato pepper jack that tastes a little bit like spicy goldfish crackers. There are also sweet bagels, but that isnt my thing. You can get them to go (by the half dozen or dozen), or sliced, toasted, with toppings, etc.The decor has local landmarks in murals on the wall, and a cute black and white floor. Large windows let in the sun. On street parking, and a handicap spot right in the lot, so you dont have to deal with watching for traffic on Westnedge.

My stop by place when visiting my son at K College. Friendly atmosphere and lots of different coffees. Bagels are gd and when they didn’t have the flavor I wanted they offered up a free one. Nice morning stop

The bagels are very delicious, if a slightly different style than Im used to. Theres more cornmeal on the bottom and the top is more bubbly. They are still have the perfect crunch/softness ratio and make a great breakfast. Highly recommend!The staff are super friendly. I hope to come back and try their bubble tea and other food!

I used to love this place, but their quality has declined since the staff changed. The avocado veggie was laughable, with half a raw avocado stuffed inside. Whole thing fell apart when I picked it up. My bagel was also ordered with light cream cheese, and I was revolted when I took a bite. Cream cheese squirted out of the side. Great, quality, tasty ingredients. Preparation was laughable.

Fantastic bagels, great bagel chips, and excellent service. Ladies behind the counter were great! Definitely need to come back here to try some more things!Signage could be a little better, sign that says no public restrooms should say restrooms for customers only since there is a restroom. Also I got a provolone pepper bagel and thought it would be more black pepper and not red pepper flakes. Thats my bad but clarity wouldnt hurt dummys like me 😂Either way the breakfast sandwich I had on that bagel was top notch just spicier than expected!

One of my new favorites in Kalamazoo! Not that they are new, it just took me a long time to have a reason to try them. Located near the Vine neighborhood, this shopping strip has something for everyone: a great pizza place, a record store, taco stand - and a GREAT bagel and coffee joint. The bagels are top notch and the cream cheese flavors Ive tried have all been delicious and made with care. The java is terrific too. Great college campus feel - lots of students, but also lots of locals.

I love this place. Its one of those places I go every time Im in Kalamazoo. The cinnamon crunch bagel and the Havarti dill bagel are my two favourites right now. Good hot chocolate as well.

Great breakfast stop to carry out or eat in. Good amount of parking, clean restrooms. The Santa Fe bagel sandwich is a favorite. Has some heat but nothing extreme. Crumb cake doughnut holes are delicious as well as bagel chips they serve with sandwich. Buy a bag to take home. Coffee too light for my palate but may be just right for others. Excellent customer service& fast, even with a line.

Delicious breakfast spot!! Bagel sandwiches are very tasty and they have many different coffee options. You can dine in or get it to go. I took off one star due to the following: we dined in the first time and I got a bagel sandwich and it came with bagel chips which were very good. The next time I got a similar sandwich, but to go and it didnt include bagel chips and was the same price. A bit disappointing.Id still recommend this place as a solid breakfast option!

Asked for a caramel frappe, received and iced, non blended caramel coffee.

The bagels are amazing, and the everything else is also pretty good. (Try the mac and cheese!) However, it is a bit pricier, and some of their hot drinks need to be better monitored, I nearly burnt my tongue off after waiting 5 minutes with an open lid and got glossitis on the front half of my tongue.

Quick friendly service. Reasonably priced. Tables for staying. Enough parking around the building. Not too far from the heart of downtown.

Had lunch with a buddy, and the service was excellent, the prices are fair, and the place was clean. Service with a smile but no napkins. Over all, not a bad place to have lunch.

Came in for a quick bite and was not dissatisfied. Oredered food and by the time I paid it was ready. El paso bagel on cheddar jalapeno was extremely delicious. Big Apple bagel is a joke compared to this small business. Seating is nice and foot traffic is average. I recommend anyone to try em out!
