Incredibly rude personnel. This company had a very hard time getting orders straight. One salesman was able to keep everything on an even keel and he was what kept our business there. He is no longer there and neither is our organization.

Beyond slow and disorganized. Our team is one of the only teams left at the club without their uniforms and they are supposed to wear them at a tournament this weekend.

Reliable and great with turnaround for our company. Quality work at a fair price. TSPP is outstanding!

The nicest thing I can say about this business is that it is disorganized.I didnt receive the art for approval until the day after the sweatshirts were to be completed. When I did finally receive the sweatshirt they were different qualities. I paid for top quality sweatshirts of various colors. Each of the different colors are different thicknesses and materials.I will not be ordering from them again.

Have been getting the run around about how he will get my over $100.00 order for work shirts to me and still havent seen them. I have had to call and contact him 3 times to check in about it. I wont be ordering through my workplace for shirts and jackets anymore if they are through this place.

Prior to Covid I had ordered my son a catchers bag. They did not have one in stock, so I was told when it came in they would call me and let me know so we could see if it would meet our needs. I ended up having to call them to find that my bag I had ordered was there and waiting for me. My son put his catchers gear in the bag and used it for less than a game on Saturday and the zipper broke. The company was not open Saturday or Sunday, so I returned the bag yesterday (Monday). When I returned the bag a gentleman was working the desk who said he was covering for Kathy and he was not able to refund or do anything other than take the bag and my information and then Kathy would get ahold of me the following day. After my sons bag had broke after using it once, I knew I would not be ordering the same bag and ordered another bag online (more durable than the one we had originally purchased).Kathy called me today and told me she contacted the company and they were sending a new bag. I informed her I had already ordered him a new bag and we did not want to replace it with the same one. She informed me it was the best she could do. I asked for a refund or instore credit and she informed me she would not do that. They have a zero refund policy on bags and clothing. She then told me she was not arguing with me and hung up.I have experienced a lack of professionalism, customer service and quality in the products I have purchased from this company.

Have been working and going to them as long as I can remember. Always very professional and looking to accommodate requests as best they can within their business. Ive noticed some less than stellar reviews lately and personally believe they are unwarranted and not completely accurate. We as customers arent always right no matter what we as a society like to believe. I would completely recommend them and will continue to use them extensively. The owners are great people that are honest, hardworking, caring, and most importantly respectful.

Will leave you high and dry without the completing the order. Few or no options on how to find a solution. The sad part is I quit using them for years and switched back. Shame on me for doing so I will go back to using others who will value my business.

Zero stars! I would NEVER recommend going to T-Shirt Printing Plus in K-Zoo!! Gary, who is the owner, was the BIGGEST jerk to me & this is after our team spent $2000.00 there! I have never ever been treated & talked to so horrible in my life as I was with him. He told me that we arent the major leagues & that our stuff isnt that important. Also that he has bent over backwards for us cause he would meet us on his time! And hes the owner! I canceled the rest of our order. It was so horrible how he talked to me & he did it in front of other customers!

If i could give this place a zero I would. I ordered 2 sweatshirts along with a whole team order for a local wrestling team. Placed the order early November and was assured it would be ready by our kids first tournament (December 7th). Our items were not available by then or the tournament the following weekend (December 15). Our final tournament is December 22 and so I called and emailed Chris who works here and he assured me that he would have our items done by close of business Friday at the latest. I had to follow up with him several times all for him to tell me my order was cancelled at 4:45 on the Friday prior to my event. Worst customer service ever. DEFINATELY dont waste your time our money here.

If you want anything done right....dont go here.....they have no idea what they are doing......5 weeks they havent even got nothing done.....worthless company.......the owner him self has no clue who is running his business........

Been trying to get shirts printed for 8 weeks now. No call backs,no return emails. Finally got a call that order was ready,went to pick them up order only half done. Was told ot would take 10 more days to complete order. So now Im taking my business elsewhere. This place is horrible.

I am not a competitor. Their customer service has always been terrible. They have absolutely no bedside manner. I have had two bad experiences with them and after the most recent, I am happy to give them a negative review. They do not back up their products or their promises. I was told they would replace a garment because it fell apart before being worn. Now they claim they never said that, so I guess I am a liar. I would never ever recommend them. They are just rude.

They did exactly what I asked for and reasonably priced.

My guess is that the previous, negative reviews have been posted by competitors. Cathy is not the owner, I have been there several times and have never even been close to treated rudely and it is easy to review and hide behind A Google User. Stand up and give a name instead of hiding behind pseudo names.If you have had poor quality product, have you talked to them about it?They do run a fairly loose ship in regards to accounting and getting back to you via email.Not an exceptional company, but not nearly as bad as those reviews make them out to be.

I used them for the first time to do about 20 shirts. They looked great and the price was right. I went back to do a couple fill ins. Was told theyd be done Wednesday, I came in Saturday to pick them up. The PIC had not clue where to find the order IE, it hadnt been done. Youd think youd receive a call by someone to explain and apologzie for the situation. NOPE. In line with other reviews....to bad, its a nice spot and selection.

The owner is very unprofessional. After 3 years of business with this place and spending thousands of dollars with them Ive had it. I have had two run ins with the owner and the first time he tried to blame me for their screw up in printing when it was clearly their fault. And this second time I merely said that I was going to have to get my printing done somewhere else because they could not meet my deadline. He got very defensive about it and said its your fault that you waited so long. Yes, it was my fault for waiting so long, but I will not be talked to in this manner. This owner really needs to learn some customer service skills. Apparently his philosophy is that the customer is always wrong.

I ordered I custom jacket in the wrong size and they were gracious enough to exchange it for free...I appreciated the great customer service.

Have worked with them for 3-4 years now. Adam is great to work with and the designers are easy to work with as well. Have had issues with orders in the past however with items either missing or wrong. All in all a good place to work with.

My wife purchased over $700 of basketball uniforms and by the time she got home she was so upset with the service she called back to cancel the order. They would not refund the money unless the credit card was brought back in to the store (ridiculous). The owner (some guy) made a big deal about being the owner and was a complete jerk. When I went in to talk to them they acted like it was our fault or we were overly sensitive. They never offered an apology or felt like they did something wrong. They said I own my own business I can make whatever rules I want - I said we did own our own business and would never treat customers the way they did. There are so many other companies that will treat you nicely and want your business - this place does not! Im not a competitor – go anywhere else but this place.

Had shirts ordered and was told it would be 3 weeks till they were done. Its been a month now and they just now informed us that they lost the business card but never called to let us know.

Ordered a shirt for someone for Christmas. When I ordered the shirt they wouldn’t show me what it looked like for size. They said it would be ready by a certain time a few days later. I came in and they hadn’t started it yet. I come back the next day to pick it up, only to find out that the shirt was not a standard size small, and would not fit. They told me that there was nothing they could do about it. Very disappointed. Christmas present ruined because of bad customer service.

Employees are disrespectful, not helpful, and not kind. Although I havent had an issue with work theyve done for me, I will be taking my business elsewhere due to the disrespectful and non helpful employees. Theres other companies that provide the same services as this company that will strive to help and earn your business.

I see from previous reviews Im not the only one that has had issues with this place. Owner had no customer service skills not that we have ever talked to the same person twice. Logo was placed in the wrong place they didnt seem to care. Took over 6 weeks to get our order we called to check in at week 4 and they claimed their computers had crashed they would have to start the order over but did they call to tell us that happened no! We had to call. Very disappointed in general with this company.

Disappointed with last 2 orders because they embroidered the wrong logo on my shirts/hats and didnt even offer to remake them. These guys need to get it together!

The people who work there are unbelievably rude. Ive dealt with almost everyone who works there, including the owners and I just cannot believe how hostile and rude they all are. Im not just talking a little rude, I mean comments that left me without words for a few moments. The quality of the various products are average, although the color on my yardsigns were quite dull. After being treated poorly for the 5th time now, Im done with this place. New shops have opened up in the area.

Ive used this company about 20 times in the past 20 years, always prompt, friendly service at a fair price. They messed up an order once, a couple years ago, but corrected it immediately.

Horrible customer service! I tried to have school shirts added to an order and the person I spoke with wouldnt even check to see if it would be possible? All he said was it probably already went to print, sorry. I guess they dont care about an order well over $100. Most businesses would be happy to help a customer especially when it benefits them.
