The staff at Underground Printing are extremely helpful and prompt in their email replies. They answered all of my questions in a timely fashion and assisted with my custom screen print design and order. The shirts turned out fabulously and looked even better than I imagined. The fabric is soft and the exact color that they looked online. The image is clear and each shirt looks perfect. The entire order was done 3 days before my deadline which was very convenient!

Jasmine with Underground Printing was wonderful to work with. Underground Printing successfully accomplished what no other company was willing to do...Create a small order. Im a single owner of a small business. I didnt need 50 shirts made, or even ten. I only needed two. No other company in my area wanted to do small batch job, at least not without a huge charge. When UPS lost our t-shirt order, the say before a bar crawl, UP went above and beyond to help us out. They drove around trying to find the package, and when they couldnt they gave us free t-shirts and refunded our order. Even though we didnt get our shirts until a few days later, we were very impressed by the services they provided. I would order from them again.

If youre lucky enough to have Jasmine as your sales rep, youll feel confident that your order will turn out exactly as intended. They took my artwork (having used a text box in Publisher, saved as a PNG file) and recreated it so it would be clean. She kept me informed and updated and helped me make the best choices for my shirt project. The shirts were delivered on time and as ordered.

It has been a month since we were suppose to receive our order and we still dont have all of the apparel. We used their POGO ordering system. When we received the apparel the first time, the orders that were supposed to be customized were not so we sent them back. Last week, we received what was supposed to be the fixed customized orders and opened the box to realize less than half of the orders were there. Then they said they lost the rest of the orders and were going to have to reprint them and in order to reprint them they wanted us to recount and contact all of the people that ordered to figure what was missing. They finally ended up contacting everyone to find out what was missing and then found out our order was lost in another order and that it was at the store. We will not be ordering from Underground Printing ever again.

I cannot believe how awesome the people at Underground are!We pleaced an two orders, both for our sorority recruitment. Chris worked with me personally to make sure that the first of my orders was within budget, but still had the image that we had hoped for! With the second order, we were trying to match a set of shirts that had already been made by a different vendor. When the shirts came in, they were different than the originals and I was afraid that I would have to order a whole new set of shirts, but instead they provided us with enough to fulfill our needs at no cost! I cannot believe that they would do something like that for me just because they value my business. I eternally grateful for how understanding and helpful they were to me, and I will be going to them for all of my printing needs in the future. :)
