Tim and the crew consistently exceed expectations -- when my mower needed a spring tune-up, Tim was there to pick it up same day--dropped it off 2 days later--amazing considering other shops were scheduling out 6 weeks. Carries professional grade equipment that lasts providing excellent value, backs it up with attentive service. EPE is a well-managed shop. Its a pleasure doing business with EPE.

My parents brought a part of their lawnmower to this company. My parents are in their late 80s and early 90s. My mother told the clerk that she wanted it fixed. I understand wanting something fixed can be taken several ways and I feel the line of communication between this company and my parents was undefined. My parents never received an estimate of the work that needed to be done, never knew the hourly wage, never signed any paper work prior to the repair. When I went in with my parent to pay the bill of over $700.00 I asked for the estimate. I was told by the owner, your parents did not ask for one…if they dont ask we dont provide an estimate. I want the public to know they denied giving their business license to me as well. They took advantage of these elderly people and it should be noted. As in their introduction: Their number one goal is customer satisfaction…. trust me, those are just words.We had to ask for the old parts as well. Their work was acceptable, the owners attitude was substandard. Beware of how you might be treated if you are a senior citizen. Demand a written estimate prior to any work they perform.

Very knowledgeable and service oriented business. Everytime I call, they not only have the parts I need, but the knowledge to explain how to fix the broken equipment. Plus Tim has a great sense of humor :)

I discovered these guys in 2012. I own a landscape maintenance business and they have helped me endlessly. They are fair priced, professional, and always get the repairs done as quick as possible. I recommend them to all my friends and clients.

I would have to agree with the other two neg. reviews about this company. They have horrible attitudes towards there customers. The way I was treated today really relates to the two bad reviews as being accurate. Im gonna spare you the explanation as why I was treated the way I was today. This is the only recourse customers have anymore. And by writing this review I hope I save someone the headache of dealing with these people. Its really unbelievable how they treat there customers. I think the owners are just miserable horrible people. After today there is no doubt in my mind they would take advantage of elderly folks just for profit. There are better choices in town, that are locally owned and operated. Do yourself a favor and go to one of those businesses instead of this terrible excuse for a business..thats about all I have to say about that.

Extreme goes above and beyond with customer support. The owner Tim has always been there for me more than he should have in my opinion, for being a small company.If I need anything its taken care of immediately. He even came to an auto accident to make sure I was okay, then he returned with a trailer to help load up my torn off plows out of the road. That is not any kind of support or relationship that you will find elsewhere. The front desk help John is pretty awesome to he always makes me feel warm and welcome. I am really going to miss these guys being I physically cant mow grass anymore. I learned in my 10 years of lawn care price does not matter, its the customer support you receive after your purchase, when you shop at Extreme power.

I have been a customer for close to 10 years. I’ve purchased two lawnmowers a brand new weedeater and a backpack blower within the last two years. I entered the store 20 minutes prior to closing because my work commute from three Rivers is nearly 45 minutes and I have learned from past experiences that the door locks at 5 sharp. My intentions were to buy another mower for my daughter and her new home along with some trimmer line. At five minutes to closing I felt rushed out the front door by the two women behind the counter and the one gentleman locking up behind me. No one would answer any questions and had no intentions of making a sale. It’s Too bad your hours of operation don’t extend past 5 o’clock on the dot, for those of us that work until 5pm. Your rude individuals behind the counter cost you a $600 sale of a new mower which I Purchased from Kalamazoo Lawn and Garden. They will also get any future business and I plan to tell everyone that asks about extreme power equipment to take their money elsewhere.

This place has it all. Great customer service, and the owner Tim was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. When I buy a zero turn, this is where Im buying it from!

These people take advantage of disabled and elderly people, I asked for a used plow was guaranteed by the salesman everything worked, I paid have a receipt the wiring harness doesnt work I have no lights cant use the plow I am disabled and cancer survivor I told them before I bought it everything has to work I cannot work on it they will not fix the problem or return my money this company is a criminal operation
