When my riding mower broke down, I needed it repaired fast. They do pick up & delivery for a very reasonable fee....great work, done right & done fast...I had my yard tractor back in a week...A+++ customer service... recommended calling them if u need ur yard equipment repaired.

They did a great job with our zero turn mower. It mows great now.

The person I spoke with was extremely rude to me. All I was doing was asking for a part that I have replaced many times with other mower shops. He was chastising me for not telling him the exact number. I will never use this place nor refer them to anyone

The owner needs to get a new MANAGER the current one is rude to customers he yelled at me today my husband and to come inside to check on me. Hes not helpful at all I feel so bad for the people that work under him

They are quick in the repair department and the prices are very fair, the counter person his name is Brett is one of the nicest guys Ive ever had to deal with and his Shop crew is some of the best Ive ever had to deal with, it is conveniently located buy Sprinkle Road, and very easy to find. They are an authorized Stihl dealership and the prices on new equipment some of the best prices I found in Kalamazoo at other authorized dealers. They work on everything from garden tractors, pressure washers and lawn mowers, leaf blowers. So bring your equipment this spring and start your year out right

We took our riding lawn mower in on March 17th for repair to replace belts we bought in billed $300. Mowed our lawn once and belt came off we took it back $236.00 to fix same issue!!

Bought a Stihl 120 MSA C-BQ chainsaw from here and it performed better than I expected. If Google had a 10 star scale Id give this place a 14. The customer service was beyond top notch. Shawn was very helpful and knowledgeable. If you need lawn equipment, of any kind, this is the place to go.

Awful. The fat guy is the rudest person I have ever met. I purchased a mower from there and within three months had trouble with it starting. I brought it back to have them look at it. Of course, it started for him the first try. He looked at me and said, your machine called you a liar. If thats not bad enough, he then taunted me in the parking lot by pulling it like a 6 year old, in his words. Then he suggested that I let them do a tune up on it for $65. Reminder: its three months old. Never again will I step foot in that store, unless its to celebrate their going out of business sale. Even then, I wont buy anything. Save your dignity and go somewhere else.

Went in looking for an engine seal for my lawn tractor. Told the fat rude guy behind the counter the type of mower I had so we could look up the parts number. This guy didnt even attempt to help me... His reply was... Im not a cub cadet dealer and then he proceeded onto the next customer as if I wasnt even standing there.I went outside and found the parts number on my phone in 2 min and went to another shop to buy if. Id recommend going around the corner to Kalamazoo Lawn and Garden, they are much more professional and will actually assist people who enter the store. I wont be doing business with Sharps based on this guys approach. Poor work ethic to say the least.

Friendly staff, efficient, and reasonably priced. I am not sure what all the negative complaints are about? I took my MTD snowblower in for repair after the blower stop working. They got it to work but the belt needed changing, also they lubed it up and did all the stuff I didnt want to do. I would have given them 5 stars but they never called to tell me what was going on. They just did the work without reviewing it with me first. Also their prices are kind of the high side but they are some skilled mechanics there.

Wow! What AMAZING customer service!! This is the first time weve used Sharp Shop, and I am so glad I called them. I couldnt be more grateful for the service I received today on my Ariens zero turn mower. I purchased this unit used on Craigslist about a year ago, and it needed some maintenance. Sharp Shop picked it up and delivered it for a very low fee. Same day service, AND return. Working great now. The owner of the shop was honest, helpful, and very reasonable in price!! I will be telling everyone about this company. Thank you!

Very very very bad service. I was in town and purchased parts for me Delmar Sachs saw. I didnt have my saw but I was right there so I stopped in. The salesman said because I didnt have the saw with me, he couldnt say for sure they would work. I said if that is the case Ill bring in my saw. They werent right. The clutch had been changed. I took the saw in and the same salesman was there. He got a little snotty with me and said I told you so. I said I thought my bar was ok but wasnt sure. He slammed the parts on the desk and said to me WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO? Do you want the bar or not? I said no just the chains. He slammed down his stuff and said Ill have to make them! By this time I was angry with how he was acting. I said forget it just refund me the money I paid. I ended up going to Tractor Supply and a customer that was by the saws helped me find the parts I needed. The customer of Tractor Supply gave me 100 time better service than the Sharp Shop. I will Never go back!!

Maybe they just dont know how to fix the brand I had. Last season, first time around - $113 - to fix a 2 yr old mower that wouldnt start. Brought it home, and the all the gas leaked out. Another $46 included a new carburetor, and a broken air filter. When my neighbor tried to rectify the problem this season, he was told he needed another new carburetor and besides, there is only 3 months guarantee on a repair. The mower was never repaired properly - in fact, it was in worse shape both times I brought it home after repair.

I see the bad reviews about service. If u want to be treated like a princess go to a big box store. If u want to talk to experts, go here and enjoy.

I worked for them for 2 weeks. If you dont mind paying for a new spark plug, when having your mower serviced, and getting the old one back just wire brushed clean. Than go for it. Their prices are high especially if they salvage a motor from a riding mower that was traded for a newer one.

Had what I needed and was pleasantly surprised by the customer service

The fat guy at the service counter removed several parts from my MS250 saw and then the spark plug and told me I had run water in the saw because the spark plug was rusty. He then looked in the spark plug port and said the cylinder, piston and saw was toast. cost over 250 to rebuild it. Problem is you cannot see if the piston is scored thru the spark plug hold. You need to look thru the exhaust port. My saw was frozen and would not turn over. The piston was in the very bottom position and could not be seen any way. How could he tell it was bad? I disassembled the saw and found the right crank shaft bearing roller retainer had failed and jammed the crank shaft. The cylinder and piston look like new and have no wear on them. I am going to contact the manufacturer about the service and attitude of this place. Worse service I have ever had. Fat guy flat out lied to me after he found out I bought the saw in Fl and not from them.

These guys are great. I want my power equipment to be well maintained and work when I need it. I tried to start my snow blower as I do typically in late October (just to make sure it was good to go BEFORE the snow comes) and found it wouldnt start. Because my snow blower is a big one and a pain in the a** to bring it in I had them diagnose and fix why my machine wouldnt start and at the same time do a full tune up. They fixed the problem and completely rebuilt my carb (because it needed to be), changed the oil, replaced the spark plug, and discovered my auger belt was just about ready to take a crap (which is WAY batter than discovering this when we just had 12 of snow on my 300 foot driveway. Thank you Sharp Shop!). My snowblower skids which were worn(the part that hits the ground) were not replaced and just flipped over as designed. (Hi honest dealer) Plus they gave me great advice on how to Winterize all my warm weather lawn equipment (run them dry) . I like the peace of mind that my equipment will work and we (my wife and kids and myself) can get up our hilly driveway in the Winter. They are not the cheapest guys on the block (Because their techs actually do a full service tune up ) but in my opinion WELL worth it. The last time I brought my snowblower in for service at Sharp Shop was 4 years ago. Alot better than paying $750.00-$1000.00 for a new (*probably made in China) snow blower!P.S. the parrots squacking in the show room scared the S out of me :)Thanks,Rich

Wow. First thing out of the fat guys mouth was...got 75 bucks? All my weed trimmer needing was an adjustment. Rude and unprofessional. Dont know where they get their employees...but the might want train them in courtesy.
