I live in Libby Montana I have to travel 37 miles to get signal Im 70 years old have all kinds of problems with my heart in my legs cant call 911 unless I run across the and use the phone at the restaurant. Im about to switch services soon as I can find someone that covers this area thanks

Don’t get Metro by T Mobile if you live in Kalispell. I only have service about 50% of the time. I only have one bar of service where I live, one bar of service at work (which is in town),one bar of service at my favorite restaurant/bar, and my friends house where I always go. Half the time I can’t use my phone because I either don’t have service or I only have one bar of service and can barely hear anyone or text anyone. Even as I write this review I have one bar of service. I’m switching service ASAP.

This is just a different experience than I expected from prepaid, why postpay when you can metro,,I dont usually rate phone experiences, probably because I was seeing big RED for thirteen years and came to expect waiting and more waiting, this place is cool, Im so glad to have options, I love metro

This is the worst service I have ever had with a phone. I cant even make a call because it just cuts in and out. It is very hard when youre running a business where you talk to people on the phone and cannot even have conversation because the phone is cutting out. I am very disappointed I switched to this network
