Great place I needed one tire for my work van, and they had me in and out if 10 minutes. Great prices too. I recommend them. Going to places that are cheaper is not always the best move. I had 3 trips to Walmart to get tires right one time. 2 trips to discount tire company on brand new tires. Sometimes its better to buy from people that actually know the business instead of people that are hired at minimum wage and just want to go home. I will be going back in the future.

Took our truck there to be serviced, staff was very friendly and helpful. They did a great job at a great price. Went out of their way to make sure everything was done right.

Took my truck to best one tire in Kankakee Illinois to get my tires balanced and the took grinder to my rims on my truck to grind off powder coat to install sticky weights. When I went in to talk to manager/owner they told me that’s how they do it. Then told me to go home and paint the rims. My truck cost me $36,000 and I will not be painting my rims. When I say ground down they ground down all the way to bare metal on the inside of my rims.

I go here for most of automotive needs. Always get incredible service, and they answer all of my questions.

Came here for an oil change and tire rotation. Prices were decent. Person to talk to was nice and spoke clearly. There were 2 people ahead of me and I was told to come back on an hour and they would service my car right away. They were true to their word. They did a complimentary safety inspection. They also replaced my battery with an Interstate one they had on stock. Waiting room was clean with a good stock of childrens toys and car magazines. The only real negative was that the bathroom has seen better days.

Best One has amazing employees, they always accommodate any concerns or issues. I highly recommend Best One!
