Do not I repeat DO NOT GO TO THE KANKAKEE ONE! Theyre always short. Always a 2-3 hour wait. Nobody is ever at the desk. Misquote price and they put the wrong size wipers on my car. Three bad experiences in a row. The Bradley one is waaaaay better

The staff is always so nice and helpful I was made aware that my brake pads were very thin, I appreciated that great workers again always go get my oil changed here

0 stars. Called at 5:30. Took 27 rings to answer phone. Asked if cloud have work done today if got there in 20 minutes? Put me on hold, came back and said yes. I drove to the store and was there at 5:47. Told cashier I had called and was there so it could be done. She look at the clock, wich was set fast, and laughed as she said no, not tonight. At that time another person came from the back. I asked why someone would tell me to come in if they couldnt do the work? The first person asked the second, and he said I dont know why they would tell you that, we had 3 cars just come in. He turned around and walked away.

Fantastic. They had the tires I needed at an awesome price! Totally recommend them!

They do decent work, but they can be rediciously slow, stood there waiting for over 20 mins before somebody helped me. They do honor their tire warranty so any issues you have down the road they will address and fix. Its also inexpensive to get a tire repaired from them. But compared to any sole tire/oil change shop they are rather slow. Most likely by design to make you walk arround the store and spend more money.

Went in for a standard oil change. They call me back to tell me they don’t carry 30 oil in bulk and that they can either drop me down to their cheapest oil change where they don’t do the extra things like check your battery ect or else they have to charge me extra. When I said I’ll take it somewhere else, they informed me that they already dropped all my oil. So now I have to pay them for their services and take it somewhere else to get the right oil. First and last time I’ll ever bring my car here.

They are SLOW. I was the first customer of the day just needed new tires put on and they told me it would be one hour to one and a half hours to do it. So I went back to check on the progress after almost an hour and the guy said they only had 2 of the tires done. 🙄

When looking for tires come to find out they had some things and do some things that I would have never expected right now they get for five stars for me
