Had them Rebuild my F150 4.2 liter. Really good service, they took the time to talk with me about options. They did an excellent job completing the rebuild. Delivered engine when they said they would. Price was great. I am very happy with Concord Engines. I would use them again for sure.

I would recommend these guys to anyone i would ever meet. We will be taking all of our fleet vehicles to these guys for any type of engine needs from now on.

It is easy to have a good experience which we all hope for. Yet how many times have we called customer service for an issue and been led like a sheep ? We hired Tony and his son to rebuild our 5.7 Hemi engine which does have some issues. From the first phone call Tony took plenty of his time to explain what the issues are, why they are and how he makes them go away. He show us parts in comparison, explained how and why they fail and then the parts he will use and why they are superior. We sent the car off to Tony and waited for the car to return. Well, we got the car back but it had a sound at start up that no one knew what it was ! Tonys immediate response was Bring it right back. You are going to get the car with the engine that I promised you And so we returned the car. This is where customer service either shines or not. Tony did not blink an eye and had the engine torn apart again. Car was put back together again and still the odd sound. Tony inquired everywhere, determined to deliver on his promise as well as trying to solve the riddle of the sound. If I tell you, Tony is a man of honor and of his word. I know he went way beyond to figure this out. He spent a ton of time, man ours and money to Give us the car with the engine he had promised Tony is not in my opinion but is by way of FACT a man, a machinist and a stand up guy with honor. I would send over twenty engines to Tony if I had to. People, it is easy for things to go easy but when things are weird, will they not answer your call ??? Tony will. Do NOT hesitate to call and trust him with your engine. Thank you Tony and crew !

Fast turnaround on complete engine rebuild. Truck runs stronger than before. Cheaper to rebuild a 5.7 Hemi with Convord Engines than to buy one used elsewhere.

Rebuilt my engine and the mechanic that installed the engine questioned if new parts where used. After starting the engine the oil pressure is very low almost the same as before the rebuild which was the reason for the rebuild in the first place. Will not contact me back I guess the warranty is useless. Beware of this business.

Very satisfied with the quality of Tonys work. Great customer service and extremely fast turn around. He had my Dodge 4.7 engine ready within a week. Ive already installed it in my truck and Im just about at the 500 mile mark and Ive had absolutely zero problems so far. Ill definitely be bringing more engines here in the future and recommending him to everyone who needs his services.

He was extremely informative about what was going on With my trucks engine. Tony and his team are stand up people and they will work their hardest to accommodate the needs of the customer. Tony actually came out to the house and picked the truck up himself. If that’s not the best customer service then I don’t know what is because I live over an hour away from his shop. I had my engine rebuilt by them. It took thirty days and when i got it back it immediately started smoking and doing exactly as before. I have waited thirty days for a reply on the warranty, bur after several calls, no response. BEWARE of smooth talk.

Tony rebuilt my Dodge Ram in September 2018 When the Ram was finished I asked him about a 2014 I was thinking about purchasing He told me what the problems were with that engine an what he could do to remedy the problem. I bought the gmc with a blown engine and sent it to Tony an the gang. They had it fixed in no time. The Ram had a problem with the exhaust manifold gasket. Come to find out the supplier changed the gasket manufacturer to another company. Tony replaced it with no problems asked. A few months later the other side of the exhaust manifold went out. Again Tony warranteed his work and had the problem fixed in 2 days. I will be recommending these guys to everyone. Thanks Tony OJ Bobby and the rest of the group at Concord Motors

So far so good on my remanufactured and AFM deleted engine. I like how Tony, the proprietor personally handles each engine. The whole process took about 4 weeks which is what I expected but something to bear in mind.
