Towel City in Kannapolis is the only place i buy tires. They tell you all price points of the tires. Super nice whether on the phone or in person. This morning it started raining as i was leaving and the owner walked me to my car under an umbrella. You absolutely cannot go wrong with Towel City Tires.

BEST PLACE TO GET TIRES!!! Ive been coming to Towel City for years...I refuse to go anywhere else! They are ALWAYS polite, helpful, and you wont find a faster establishment! What a wonderful tire buying experience. Daniel and his staff were friendly and super quick. I had a set of 4 new tires installed in 15 minutes! There were 4-5 people working just on my SUV. And their prices were very competitive with other shops. I found my new tire place from here on out, and will be telling all my friends to head to Towel City Tire! Great job, guys.

Great place to get tires very reasonably priced and the personal service is amazing. Went in told them what i wanted and got what they recommended and was out in less than an hour.

The guys at Towel City Tire are fantastic! I was in need of a new set on a short notice, due to finding a lovely screw/bolt imbedded in one of my tires. I was able to bring my vehicle in same day and was done in about an hour. Professional service, friendly faces and an overall great experience. I will most definitely be returning when it comes time for the next set. Keep up the good work!

I am the 2020 winner of New Tires for a New Year giveaway. I have past experience ( in my younger days) in tires as I was certified in wheels & tires, brakes, alignment, suspension and diagnostics. Just the level of quality and workmanship in this shop is outstanding not to mention the professionalism !! NO I am not just saying this because I won a set of tires. I speak from experience as a former mechanic with over 19 years as an auto technician and an avid auto enthusiast. In the future when I think of spending my hard earned money I will for sure visit this shop for endless reasons. We have had both of our vehicles tires replaced here. Once scheduled, and the other an emergency tow. Both times the staff were friendly and professional, and took great care of us. I found these guys while hunting a gasser tire set up for my 63 f100 project and I couldnt be happier, the tires look and handle way better than I expected, custom made tires in 3 weeks is incredible and priced way better than coker tire, Id recommend these guys to anyone and Im extremely picky with my classics so if your looking for tires for your hot rod, rat rad, classic or antique give them a shout you wont regret it !

Double what I am normally charged at the tire shop on the corner of 22nd st and cannon for a tire plug.they were fast.they were nice but $20 for a plug? Thats dble what I am charged at the place I normally go to. My tire was going flat so I thought that place was closer. :/
