Bed Bath and Beyond because the employees go Beyond with their exceptional customer service. The store is always clean and the store is easy to navigate through. The products are always something I didnt know I needed. I find so many great deals here and unique convenient items.

This place is massive! This location is only open BBB location in the northland currently. I wish there was a map on an app handy because I often have troubles finding what I need. My advice is to purchase online and pickup in the store so you dont have to be the one wandering around looking for the merchandise. Take advantage of the free gift wrapping services if youre buying a wedding gift!

It is impossible to get any decent help in here or questions answered or even help finding products! I know this makes me sound older than I am, but there is something seriously wrong with this younger generation of workers! They are making more money than ever before and are less intrested in doing their jobs!

I felt that the manager was very unfairI bought a bathroom Runner and wanted to exchange it For a different color but it cost me 5.00 when it should have been straight up even exchange. I thought that he was very rude also.

Store carries an excellent collection of kitchen/cooking wares from economical to upper end. Staff were readily available and very helpful. Add the good discounts with coupons it made for a pleasant and productive time. Face masks are required. Most customers are respectful of space, mostly. A one younger couple didnt get it.

Went there today. 3/11/21 to look for a towel rap Round for men young very polite and looked for it .went to towels gentleman there I think his name was Steve. Full beard glasses she asked him they had one .replied no didnt even look . Ok then. So then the nice lady said do you want to order it on line. I said yes told me to wait over by bridal dept. There was a man there talking on the phone ..then a lady came up and asked was I the one that needed help .yes she like asked what I wanted didnt know what I was talking about had to show her a picture what it it was .she was like didnt know what she was looking for I told her never mind. I order it on line with Walmart. The 1st lady was great friendly. And very helpful. The other 2 didnt care. Very bad service. Made your store look bad.

The selection of food thermometers was a bit bare, more than a few items were out of stock. Felt a bit bare bone honestly, as if there is a shortage.

Horrible!!!! The lady manager was short, rude to use and the person behind the till. We bought a coffee maker that stop working after two months and we were not allowed to return it!

My wife and I went in looking for towels. After several disagreements on what we wanted we found the towels that we both agreeded we liked. The store was very clean and well stocked, and the staff were exceptionally friendly.

It was really nice to be able to pull up and they bring you the item out to your car. only problem was we called twice as the first person that didnt come out with our order and we waited 10 minutes before we called again

Unfortunately short on staff but still very friendly and helpful. I would actually rate the store as 5 stars. My complaint (subtraction of two stars) is with the corporate office and not this particular location. I was purchasing an expensive vacuum and the price online was not the price in-store. The reason being apparently there is a club you can join to get 20% off any purchase over a 12 month period. Of course this costs you $29 to join. The website doesnt mention this with its pricing, it just assumes youre a member. The process to join took 15 minutes of texts and scans and whatever. The thing is, if Im going to drop $600 just skip the hassle and make me want to shop at your store in the future. From now on I will get it from Amazon when the price is the same.

Im not fond of shopping but BB&B IS one place I do go. (and I keep those 20% coupons in my car. Theyre always accepted at this store.) the kitchen area is my fave for gadgets, small appliances and knives. (you should always buy good knives!) yes, a box store but attentive staff who are pretty knowledgeable as well.

It was my first time there. Ive avoided the place so far but now im glad I went. If you enjoy cooking this place has all of the cool kitchen gadgets

Everyone is extremely helpful and kind. We have been working on our wedding registry, and have received many good ideas from the staff including when we should look at linens and the best cookware for our needs. We’ve come back twice now and were greeted by the original staff who helped us- and he even asked us how the wedding planning was going and remembered details about our luggage questions! Definitely the best store we have been too, and the best customer service!!

Everyone is always helpful At This Bed Bath & Beyond. Maybe its busy on the weekends and evenings but its been very dead every time Ive been in there. I wish they still carried deep pocket sheets like they used to.

I was there to return a Iron and I didnt have my receipt. They tried to find my purchase using my credit card to search their system. After two employees and the manager exhausted all possible avenues, it was decided that I did not purchase it there. While there I checked my Amazon account and sure enough it was where I purchased the Iron. I ended up buying a new Iron from Bed Bath and Beyond excellent service. Thank you.

Did my wedding registry here and everyone was so helpful through the whole process. I had some items shipped to my house that were damaged, and they didnt waste a second getting the situation fixed. Even when I come in with odds and ends to purchase they are always so nice!

Lady who helped us was not friendly. Couldnt return broken pots and pans because they were a gift to us from my grandma and have no receipt. They were broken upon opening. I understand this may be policy, but its not okay that we are now stuck with broken pots and pans and there is nothing we can do about it.

Best thing about this store its always the same well stocked.

Went to 2 stores yesterday to find what I needed, which is on my regular shopping list (Zero Odor & Fresh Wave). Still did not get what I wanted. Not too impressed with their customer service. Called ahead to see if it was in stock & manager told cashier to tell me sold out last week. Went in store & asked Manager to order for me. He said he cant even get the product and never had the 2 pack I requested. Its Christmas time already folks. Dont even bother to call because no one is going to actually check!

Always a cool place to go to see the new kitchenware that comes out. Last visit got me some cast iron skillets and my fist cutlery set.

Very helpful staff and an inventory of popducts that everybody needs or uses daily whether they are apartment dwellers or home owners. Many items make life much simpler and less work.

Great staff that will actually walk you to where you need to find item/s. Big store that usually has what you are wanting but if not, online ordering is pretty easy. Only drawback is could always seem to have more cashiers ready.

My experiences here are typically acceptable. Staff is ok, not great. Ill always come back, because its so convenient. Heres the fun thing, though. For a bed and bath place, the restroom is an ironic masterpiece. Drab, old, holes, paper towel dispenser (yep, one of the old ones with brown towels) gaping open, no place to hang your bag, rust stains, and the perfect way to create the antithesis of everything they hope you come there trying to achieve in your own home at great expense....it stunk! Ill spare you the pic. Go before you go.

The costumer service experience was beyond stellar at this location. Each associate I interacted with was extremely knowledgeable and engaged in intelligent conversations. This location had a variety of options for my household shopping needs.

We purchased a pillow that my hard to please husband just loves. The staff was great.

I went a couple days after Christmas, and while the store was fairly clean, considering, the employees kind of had this lifeless look and/or attitude. Like the holidays had crushed their will to live, basically.They werent rude or anything....they were just kind of....there. Barely.

They usually have anything that I could get. They are all (the associates)really nice and helps me.

Terrific store. If youre like me, youll want to buy everything in there. Be careful going in before and after Christmas, it gets very busy and crowded. Otherwise i like this store a lot :)

A little crowded, but they have a lot to offer. Funny enough, I couldnt find what I was looking for. The staff also looked, but they really do have so much stuff, that they dont know their own inventory. I had to go online to find what I needed. Also, they sell a ton of unitaskers.

This is a normal BB&B. It is chock full of merchandise. You probably dont need it, but often it finds its way into your cart. I wonder if they have mind contr --They do not have mind control.

Talk about sticker shock! You can get the same thing for far less at your local Wal-Mart store. The aisles are cramped and difficult to navigate. The layout of the store didnt make much sense to me either. They dont have any handicap carts. Wont be going back to this store any time soon.

Store is not stocked with travel items. And staff is not friendly when you ring someone up and you are done you tell them the total you dont tell them to look at the screen .what the hell kind of service is that.

Joined Beyond+ and use the internet to guide buying choices. Staff are not the most helpful but if you know what you want when you go in it helps. Also item descriptions on their website may not be exactly the same as item packaging (Greenpan Chatham ceramic / Greenpan Thermalon for instance) but SKUs are same. Know and check the SKU. Otherwise they offer good items at good prices

Lots to see. Huge amount of anything you could possibly want. Even with their coupons they are higher than Target, Kohls etc.. their in-store prices are much higher than their on-line prices. Price compare before you buy.

Place is great... employees suck! They followed me and my girlfriend around the entire store to the point that we werent even sure if we stole anything..we felt uncomfortable didnt buy anything and left
