I had a fairly large chip (pinky fingernail sized) and went immediately to get it fixed. Eve was amazing from start to finish. He helped me contact the right department at my insurance company and coordinated my coverage. His repair job was amazing, it’s nearly undetectable. He was friendly, professional and courteous. I was in and out in 20 minutes. I will return every time I need a chip fix, and would highly recommend!

My experience was perfect; fast, easy & quality repair. It took Isaac like 10 minutes to fix a crack. I was there no more than 20 minutes, total. It is now barely visible. He was friendly & professional. I was sent here by a friend & would 100% refer a friend.

I had a rock hit my windshield on my way home from lunch today and I didnt want to wait for it to run so I took it to Texas Rock Chip (since it was the only place I knew of off the top of my head). James told me hes not supposed to work on this specific type of crack since it was a horseshoe shape and not your typical crack. He said theyre unable to run it through insurance and it wont be covered under any type of warranty but he would take a shot if I chose to do it. I figured it was worth a shot to avoid replacing the entire windshield in order to pass inspection since it was very close to the drivers field of view. James did an incredible job filling in the damage. The cost was $80 for that one repair plus $10 for another minor chip repair plus $5 for a credit card fee. Im satisfied leaving there for $95 to avoid replacing the entire windshield. I will include the closest photo I could find on Google as I did not take a before photo. I will also include an after photo.

The worker named Javier was super nice and helpful. He explained everything to me step by step . He is an incredible worker, he had patience and everything. I recommend everyone to come here to get your windshield or windows repaired !!!

Went today shortly after my windshield had been hit, the tech was super friendly, professionally, explained the process and got the repair done in less than 20 mins turned my Friday around, thank you!

Went there because they were on my insurance. The windshield rock chip was less than an hour old. Javier gave me some bogus excuse about their being water in the crack after he attempted to fix, still looked horrible. Said come back next day which I did and conveniently he wasn’t there. New guy said he couldn’t fix because it was already injected by Javier who mysteriously showed up and lied about trying to fix the previous day and then left new guy holding the bag. New guy said sorry I’ll have manager call you. You guessed it, been two weeks, still waiting. Poor customer service and now I’ll end up having to replace windshield because of the rookie repair job. Complete waste of time and now deductible money. The “no charge” consolation prize was not an acceptable outcome.

Being located at the Magnolia HEB is super convenient as I was able to shop while the repair was being done! Even though the chip was starting to spread, the repair was so good, I hardly see the spot at all, and its no longer noticeable while Im driving.

Guy took Literally 2 min & charge $80 n to be honest crack still there which bothers me the most 😡

My wife had a small Rick chip in the top corner of her windshield. She took it here to be repaired and left with a crack that was over a foot long and right in the drivers field of view. The worker insisted that she pay him for his “repair”. After much debate he said they were doing her a favor and not charging her. He actually told her that this happens a lot on high end cars. He also said it woulda broke anyway. The whole point of getting it repaired is so it wouldn’t crack. They should have agreed to replace the windshield. Instead she was lucky not to have to pay for their work aka breaking the windshield.

Have been in TX for 6 years and have visited them multiple times thanks to TX concrete roads. Very good and reliable guys. Good quality work all the time. James is awesome!

Fast, friendly and professional

Abby was fantastic. Service was quick and very convenient. I knew I had seen this establishment many times and was so worried about my windshield, as the first location I drove to was closed (it was a Sunday). Im so glad I Googled for another location and found the one near I-10 to be open. The repair is excellent. You can hardly see the 24 inch crack. I would recommend Texas Rock Chip to anyone!

I went for a chip repair yesterday and Abby fixed it up in less than an hour. She got my insurance provider on the phone and I didnt have to pay anything for it. Apparently in Texas it doesnt affect your rate.So glad that its easy enough to get this type of thing over with and checked off my to do list. For sure youll get good service with Abby.

I’ve been coming to this same place for over five years. They have changed their name a few times, but their customer service is always constantly awesome, and that’s why I always come back. Abby helped me out this time around, as she did about 4 years ago. She is very sweet and easygoing, and does everything fairly quickly and painless. Overall great customer service, we got our windshield repaired here about a month ago. Matthew was the guy who helped us and he was so kind and did a great job. Upon arrival he walked us through every step. Once we filed a claim through our insurance it took him maybe 10-15 minutes to repair. Definitely recommend!

Great and fast service

The owner of this business is very committed to keeping his customers happy and swift to respond to any issues. Had a rocky (no pun intended) issue that needed to be resolved and the owner and manager were both eager to make things right. Will come back if needed.

Can not get a response. Have been trying for weeks to reach. When I’ve Physically driven to the location there has been an attendant there but will not answer the phone. They have been sitting in the chair without a customer. Very difficult to set up an appointment.

I came in as Abby was closing the shop. I explained to her that this was the only time that I could come in because I have a very busy work schedule. Abby was amazing and took care of my windshield right away! The crack is now out of sight and I couldn’t be more pleased with her work.

Had to get a couple cracks taken care of, and I must say Abby did a hell of a job!! Highley recommended, approachable, honest, respect for your property, working with a smile. If you need you windshield fix, go see Abby on Mason rd - hands down the best, I was in and out in under 20mins (that includes calling insurance etc). Keep up the great work!!!

I brought my Jeep in right after a huge rock hit my glass & started a crack on the windshield. The guy said that it could easily be repaired in about 15 minutes and he told me he could do it for free on my insurance. I had not heard of this and thought I would need to buy a new windshield. But when we called my insurance they told me about the free repairs and that these guys are a preferred shop. The repair made the damage almost completely disappear and I received a lifetime warranty. I cant recommend these guys enough and now I know where to go if I get any more rock chips.
