We placed an order over three weeks ago. We received part of the order a week later. It’s been three weeks and we are still waiting for the rest to be delivered.my husband is been calling for the past two weeks and they keep saying the order will be delivered soon. Finally today, I spoke to the owner around 11 am and he assured us the delivery was going to be done today around 5:30, it’s 8:25 pm and he is not answering the calls nor we have our items.We spent over $5,000 dollars in this store, it’s just unacceptable to be calling so much to ask for our paid products to be delivered, this was not a gift nor it was given for free, it was included with our $5,000 dollars purchase. This is very unprofessional.I definitely do NOT recommend this store at all.

I visited Redefining Rest yesterday. It was a relaxing way to end my day from work. Upon entering I smelled the intriguing scents of essential oils from their diffusers. I could hear the calming sounds of two waterfalls displayed in their modern showroom. I was graciously given a tour by Terrance Randle and educated on all the products that they carry. My favorite was the opportunity to enjoy a session in the Osaki massage chair. Stop by on your way home from work or on the weekend to test one of these chairs out and see what Redefining Rest can do for you.

This store really deserves five star. I was shopping around for mattress in Katy and searched so many places and even bought a mattress from Costco that ended up returning it since didnt like it. I am very picky when it comes to mattress because have a chronic backpain. Terrance is a super nice and professional individual. I spent long time with him in two occasion until finally bought a Tampurpedic super firm mattress that I thought was best for my back. He recommended a soft one but I didnt listen. But after trying it for almost three months, I went back and luckily was still 100 days trial so Terrance replaced it for me with the one that recommended at the first place and guess what. Super happy!I definitely, recommend this store to anyone and please listen to what Terrance says. Hes a pro guy.

Great customer service experience! Terrance was very knowledgeable about mattresses and adjustable frames. Bought mattress, frame and zero gravity chair. Great delivery and setup. Called to let me know my sheets had arrived and offered delivery. I would recommend highly.

I bought an Oslo chair from Terrance and had such a great experience I wanted to give Redefining Rest an opportunity when I was looking for a new mattress. As with the chair there was no pressure and I spent all the time I needed to get the right mattress without any pressure. My wife wanted me to try another store just for comprarison. I felt pressured and they were closing me like a car dealership and I left as soon as I could. We got a Temper Pedic and two complimentary pillows from Redefining Rest and couldnt be happier with the mattress and the shopping experience.

Terrence and staff is awesome as soon as I entered the store it smell so fresh and clean. The customer service is awesome I purchased a set of mattress and a diffuser with different scents and Im very satisfied with what I purchased I went back to the store a few times and always a pleasant experience. Went in just to browse and left with a mattress same day!Ask for Terrance he was honest and knowledgeable when it came to the different mattress types. Wasnt overbearing as we looked around, and really made me feel valued.I got the brand wellsville in medium and its amazing, also got the essential infused pillow and wow!! Buy this ASAP! For the mattress topper I got the higher end one and it doesnt sleep hot at all.Delivery was a large time window of 4-7 which was a little inconvenient but nonetheless it t was delivered as promised!

There are things here that I wouldve never thought I needed in my everyday life. I purchased a very nice mattress with the lifestyle base and an unique massage chair. The price was what we were looking for. We purchased on Friday after Thanksgiving. We were given a delivery date of the following Tuesday. I rearranged my small business schedule to receive the mattress. 2 hours before I am suppose to be home I receive a call saying it won’t be delivered because it was out of stock and coming from another location. Holiday season being my busiest season, I was very upset. I had client I could have scheduled. I lost money and no idea when I would receive my purchase. I was told Wednesday or Thursday the latest. At 5 pm Thursday I call and still excuses of why I they didn’t have it. If he got it that night he would call me to deliver. Even gave me a tracking number. I checked it the next day and showed he signed for it at 6:30. No call ever. The deliver company called to schedule the time for me. Better customer service from the delivery guys than from saws men. If you sale something you need to know you product and where they come from. If they give you a Delivery date and time then that should be confirmed before the day of delivery.

Let me start off by saying, this is not your average mattress store. They have all kinds of things here like: massage chairs, scented oils, etc. That peppermint scent almost put me straight to sleep. They have what you need relax and wind down after a long day. The mattress selection is very impressive and needless to say, I left with more than what I actually came to buy. The ambiance is suitable and for the whole family. I wouldnt think twice about coming back. It was a great place to help me with my furniture needs.

Been shopping for a new mattress for awhile, when i happened to come across Redefining Rest on my way somewhere else. Let just say i now sleep like a baby!
