I had been searching for the perfect twin bed for my son. And with the help of Chris Rylander, we got the perfect bed. The mattress is ideal in comfort and the bed itself was the easiest peice of furniture I have ever set up. My biggest concern when shopping for a mattress for my sons bed was that it would be safe. And not full of fiberglass or other harmful products. I am beyond happy with the result of my purchase. It was worth every penny. And my son has a better and more comfortable bed than I do.I would highly recommend Amerisleep beds to everyone. It is somewhat soft on top but once you lay on it, it conforms and bounces back supporting all the areas of your body . I am very happy with my purchase. I am 5’8 & 190 lbs and my other half is 5’ 4 “ 115 lbs . We are both active with running and working out, so coming home to a good quality bed is a MUST .

My experience started out quite stressful due to the fact that I was attempting to place my order online and my payment info would just not go through. After several attempts, I called the 1800 number and requested a call from a sales associate. This is when my experience did a complete 180. I received a call back, in the same day I placed my request, from an Amerisleep employee named Christopher Rylander. Chris was not only knowledgeable, helpful, polite, and personable, he was also extremely patient. Our first phone call lasted at least an hour and unfortunately we were met with the same payment difficulties I was experiencing online. He tried at least 10 different ways to fix the issue but was unable to complete my order that day (which was a Friday). He gave me his contact information, informed me that we would be able to receive a report on Monday that should help us figure out what was causing the order issue. Come Monday afternoon, Chris and I touched base again. He was able to figure out the issue and process my order at that time. However, that was not the end of the ways in which he went above and beyond for me. We again spent another hour on the phone and he answered all of the questions I had regarding each item in my order, as well as every step in the upcoming delivery process now that my order has officially been confirmed. Lastly, Chris also spent at least 30 minutes putting together discount codes/offers, in order to provide me with the best package and prices possible. I am truly thankful to have had the pleasure to go through this process with Chris assisting me the whole way. I am extremely excited to receive my new king size A3 hybrid mattress, the king size mattress protector, and my new king size platform bed frame! I usually don’t have time to write reviews, but I will now simply because I had such a great experience ordering our king size Amerisleep Organica mattress through Chris Rylander over the phone. I spent so much time searching the internet for a chemical free mattress option. I read countless reviews about other mattresses and the terrible off gassing smells that accompany them. I want to sleep on my bed, not taste it or have it be the cause of a headache. ( I’ve got kids that hand those out for free.) Luckily, I found the Organica and felt super confident with all the certifications it has. Chris did a super through job asking questions to make sure it was a good match for my husband and I. I called this store approx. 2 weeks to set up time to visit the store since I would have been visiting for only a short time. I spoke with Chris and he told me to call the day of with an approx. time and they would have the store open to only us and sanitized. So I did just that! I spoke with Chris again and he informed me that he was sanitizing the store since a family had just left and he would be able to help us next! We got there and Chris was Patient, informative, Patient and very Kind! He answered all of my questions! (Ive been doing a lot of research and comparison shopping) I did not feel pressured at all! In fact if I would have then I probably wouldnt be purchasing from this company! I love that they dont do that here! I feel like if a company culture is to pressure and hound buyers I dont trust what you have to sell me! Myself and my husband fell asleep for at least 30 mins on the showroom mattress and Chris was not hounding us to get up and asking a lot of questions or interrupting our experience. He came up to us when we needed to ask questions and backed away for us to talk amongst ourselves. Also when we were almost done ( this was a long appointment) a customer came in and the other worker quickly stopped them informing them of the one family at a time policy! Jason was a huge help to my sister and I when we went to pick out an adjustable bed for ourselves. We both do not sleep well due to some injuries and these beds have great reviews. I can’t say enough about the help I received when purchasing the AS3 mattress.... after endless hours of research, I called the helpline which lead me to “Chris” at the Katy, Texas store. Chris was awesome-patient with my many questions, knowledgeable about the AS3 Hybrid mattress and truly concerned that I get the right mattress for my needs! Chris was thorough. Amerisleep was thorough. I received many emails/text re: the products I purchased- platform base, mattress protector, and AS3 Hybrid mattress. I had communication from my initial call on 3/31/2021 through delivery of all products (by 4/19/2021),and beyond. The base is sturdy, well-made, easy to assemble and aesthetically pleasing. The mattress pad is of good quality. Oh my goodness, the mattress itself— comfort, comfort, comfort! And, no smell!( a complaint often expressed in my research). Inflation of the mattress was complete almost immediately but definitely within the 4 hours stated in the instructions. My husband and I have slept on the mattress for 3 nights. We are not bothered by movement of the other. Being a hybrid, we are able to sit in the edge of the bed without sinking in(also a complaint in my research). We are side sleepers and this mattress is the best choice for us. As it’s only been 3 nights, I will update my review in about 4 weeks. I can say with certainty, we awake feeling more restful and less aches than our previous mattress. I don’t usually post reviews but thought it was important to speak of the great customer service and thus far a mattress worth purchasing. I live in PA but if you live in Katy, Texas don’t hesitate to see Chris for your mattress needs!6/7/2021 follow up review:It’s now been about 7 weeks since our purchase and we couldn’t be happier!! I love my new Amerisleep AS4 mattress and so does my husband. We had first purchased a mattress from another co. and it was far too firm for my husband and I. So, after scouring blogs, options and reviews, we decided to invest in an Amerisleep mattress. Funny thing is, is that after hours of research, I had a AS5 in my cart and was trying to enter my credit card info. I was having difficulty, so used the chat box to talk to customer service and Jason called me right away to walk me through my checkout process. BUT FIRST, he wanted to make sure the AS5 was right for my husband and I, so he asked if he could ask me a few questions about what we’re looking for in a mattress. In answering his questions he learned that we are side sleepers and often have discomfort in our shoulders and backs from other mattresses and that we want a softer mattress. With absolute certainty, he suggested that I not go with the AS5, but that I go with the AS4 instead because it would meet our specific needs better. It gets better.... the AS4 is a couple hundred dollars cheaper than the AS5. It’s great that we saved some money, but what I value far more than that, is that Jason wasn’t after our money or selling the more expensive mattress. He truly wanted us to have a better nights sleep, and be happy with our purchase. I couldn’t be more happy that I got help from Amerisleep’s customer service rep, and what a FANTASTIC customer service rep Jason is! You don’t know what you don’t know...! I havent received my bed yet, but Jason Grier answered every question I had thoroughly. He even laid on different mattresses at his showroom during our call to give me recommendations over the phone. Even if this bed doesnt work out for me, the customer service was awesome.

My fiancé and I stopped by twice before making our decision. The first time the manager and assistant manager were there. They both provided excellent answers and advice. After my fiancé and I closed on our house, a month after the initial visit, we decided to go back and make sure that we still wanted to order the AS5 mattress. Just like the first time Christopher R. provided excellent customer support. We ended up going with the AS2, after a lot of testing and conversations with him. I would recommend them and the amerisleep product to anyone looking for new bed.

I am 37 years and have been through many mattresses and mattress stores. This by far has been the best mattress I bought and the best service in a mattress store I have ever received. The young folks who work there are very easy going, helpful, and non stressing. You dont get the feel of the crook mattress salesman that you get at ordinary mattress shops. For such a fancy location, the price was competitive. Jason was the person helping me and he was so awesome. Would buy from there again

Walked into the store I believe it was an hour before closing, we were greeted by two gentlemen. The young man that attended us was definitely not a pushy sales person. Every detail about their beds was thoroughly explained. Very pleasant experience. I do highly recommend this store.

I had been shopping for mattresses for several weeks, finally narrowing the candidates to two. I called Amerisleep and spoke with their sleep advisor Jason Grier. Jason was very knowledgeable and helpful, which tipped my decision to Amerisleep. We have purchased new Hybrid mattress and are currently waiting delivery. If their mattresses are as good as their advisors, we will be very happy.

One fo the most expensive mistakes you can make is buying a cheap mattress. It’s ironic but I learned the lesson the hard way when I got a $300 innerspring from another Texas mattress store. After years of suffering with tossing and turning and lots of noise, I got the courage and budget to start shopping again. Ultimately, Amerisleep was only shortlist and after visiting their Katy mattress store, I just had to have one and have had no regrets since.

After shopping for a month, I found the Amerisleep site. Jason Grier answered all of my questions in the online chat. I had my reservations about buying before trying such an expensive item. With the combination of warrantee and the 30 night trial, what could go wrong? Well, a few things did but Jason reassured me through email about my concerns. We are now on our 4th night and so far I have not woken up with an arm asleep and hurting. Ive had back issues for about 6 years now...the last few mornings Ive been waking up with about 25% less pain, which is a big plus! Hopefully when the 30 day trial is up Ill be as happy then as I am now.Jason was a great in helping me solidify my choice of mattress... thanks!

I started living in a van and needed the best RV mattress money could buy. Something just the right size that can easily be stored away without being too bulky. Amerisleep didn’t offer exactly the right mattress but instead I found out about their lift mattress toppers which feature the same foam in all their mattresses and the ability to roll or fold the topper later for easy storage. At three inches, they assured me it’d be great on the hard surface of a van too without being too big and bothersome.

Showroom was very clean and Chris was awesome! Friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful! I asked a ton of questions and he was very patient. It also was not like a pushy, high pressured sales situation that you might get at other places. I purchased the AS5 hybrid and I am excited to hopefully have a good nights sleep for a change!

I recently purchased the AS2 Hybrid Mattress, along with some other products, for my husband and I. Even though Im in the beginning process of waiting for my items to be delivered, the customer service was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!! I had the pleasure of speaking with Brandon and Chris, who were an absolute tremendous help to me. Brandon was very knowledgeable in which product would best suit my husband and I. I explained exactly what I was looking for and he was able to help me choose the right product with no hassle, great, great attitude, very kind. I was also able to not only work with him in setting up my account but also with Chris. Both gentlemen made my experience simple, quick and easy. After being injured in 1999 in a car accident, getting a good nights sleep was impossible. I have had .my Amerisleep mattress 3 nights and no hip pain at night! Love, love, love it!

My husband and I stopped in at the LaCenterra location and we were kindly greeted by Chris. We told him what our concerns were and what we were in the market for and we really appreciated that he was extremely knowledgeable but at the same time was not pushy or overbearing- giving us space to talk amongst ourselves. We returned a few days later to purchase our mattress from him. The process was smooth and efficient. We haven’t received it yet however we are excited and hopeful to be able to purchase more mattresses from Chris in the future.
