My wife and I got immediate attention as we stepped into the store. The store is very organized and has plenty of mattresses for showcasing. Mr. Kyle greeted us and asked if there was anything in particular we were looking for. He gave us plenty of feedback and recommendations on how to pick and choose our mattress. We this said, we were content with our final choice and Mr. Kyle proceeded with finalizing our purchase order. He helped us setup a next day delivery and now we’re at home enjoying our mattress and finally getting some good sleep. Christian at Rest & Relaxation was awesome! Not knowing much about mattresses, I walked into the store half browsing & half interested in just getting something affordable. He worked with me to understand my needs and what type of mattress options would be suitable. He was knowledgeable and thorough without the gimmicky sales angle. The biggest advantage for us was the knowledge our sales person had about all products in the store, Victor at the Grand Parkway store. Additionally at Rest & Relax, they carry the highest grade products Mattress Firm sells. “You get what you pay for, right”. We went with a King Intellibed, expensive but with a 20 year warranty and the quality of the bed, we feel for us we made the right decision. What we found with this mattress, it accommodates all sleeping positions, back, side or stomach sleepers. And just as important by it’s very construction it sleeps temperature neutral, a big plus for my wife. I do recommend Rest & Relax for anyone that wants high quality and the most comfortable mattress.

Unfortunately I have to leave a 1 star. Bought our spa back 6 or 7 months ago. It is not completely useless and broken down. The store wont help. The manufacturer hasnt contacted us within the week and the extended warranty folks havent helped either. Looks like well be filing a charge back on our credit card to get our money back. Its a shame. Was a nice hot tub when it was working.

This chair is not your average massage chair. The experience is equal to a combination of getting a real massage at a spa and going to the chiropractor! Very bad experience. I paid to have my tub delivered & set up. Then I set up through the store to take my old one out which is in terrible condition. So the tub has been delivered but just sitting in the yard. Very unhappy

While shopping for a spa, I had trouble finding anything in stock. I contacted josh and they are almost 4 hours away. We went to this store expecting to ask for some changes on an order previously made through the great Mattress Firm store that was there, but instead we found Rest and Relax. Not a problem! Communication is as a issue especially with not telling me that no stairs were coming even tho I ordered stairs with the hot tub. The tub itself was missing half the screw and nothing was labeled properly as the instructions said.

On our way to some where else, we happened to see the store front and decided to look here. I am thrilled we did, William, and Aaron made our long time dream come true. It took 3 visits and sitting in several spas to settle on THE ONE but we picked the Beachcomber. Both William and Aaron were patient, professional helpful, friendly, and answered questions by text while we were deciding. I cant think of many other salespeople who would be willing to do that. Its beautiful in our backyard and we are in love with it and couldnt be more happy with our purchase.

This was my first experience really buying a mattress. I bought one years ago but it was a quick cheap purchase. I was a little stressed about it but my experience at Mattress Firm was easy and worry free. I hadnt intended to buy that day but the service was so good, I felt like I got a really good deal, and I got the mattress next day. Overall a truly wonderful experience, especially when my mattress went on sale the following week and true to their word, Mattress Firm refunded me the difference with no hassle. I would definitely buy from mattress firm again.

I had been evaluating different mattress options including the Purple. I learned that Rest and Relax had the Purple series on display and wanted to test it out before buying. Aaron and Will were exceptionally knowledgeable about the Purple series and I never felt pressured. I left and went home only to come back the very next day to purchase the mattress and adjustable base. The transaction portion was transparent as Aaron showed me everything so there was no confusion. 3 days later two of the most professional delivery men from Mattress Firm took great care in setting up the base and mattress. They showed me all the features (which exceeded my expectations) that the adjustable base offers. If you are in the market for a new mattress or relaxing chair, I would HIGHLY recommend going to Rest & Relax and spending some time with Aaron Strong and Will Phan.

I bought a Stressless chair there last week. The salesmen seemed nice enough. I got the chair because I had back surgery and experience pretty significant back pain from time to time. I was told that I wouldn’t be able to return or even exchange it before leaving the store with it. That should have been a major red flag. I was told they couldn’t sanitize them (yet they offered returns on beds). Anyway, this chair gives me very poor lumbar support and I now have major pain on my L5 which is where I had surgery two years ago. On top of that, it caused intense neck pain after 30 minutes to the point of producing tension headaches. I now have a $3,800 mistake sitting in my living room. Major lesson learned.

Chris is outstanding to work with and goes the extra mile. Unfortunately one of the people covering for Chris on his days off has issues when it comes to doing the right thing.We wanted a second mattress set order purchased about ten days before duplicated exactly. We told the stand in that we had been working with Chris and asked twice if the new order was identical to the first one. Yes was the answer. He said he had the first order right there on the screen.The order was not the same, it was written with the stand-ins name, and hard to believe it was a mistake. The bottom line price was the same but the order showed up without a frame or a mattress pad. Wasnt even on the paperwork.I now understand better why this person said that Chris had made us a very good deal. Delivery service is great. They came an extra time with the frame and mattress pad after talking with Chris again.It has been at least three weeks since we asked for a management person to call so I can assume that is not going to happen. After five Mattress Firm purchases in the last several years, we are probably going to look somewhere else the next time.

We purchased QI SE chair from this store. store manager - Aaron was very helpful in explaining difference between all options of chairs available in store. He even provided great service when we found chair air bags where not fully functioning due to installation issue. He himself came & fix the installation error next day... great guy, great service..& great massage chair..

My husband and I went in there just to ask questions and learn a bit more about the products they offer. Needless to say, we ended up with one of their best massage chairs. David took care of us and he was amazing and super knowledgeable. Not only did he know the product but he owns the products at his home and was able to give us his personal experience with them. We enjoy our massage chair everyday, especially if it’s a stressful day. Can’t wait to be able to go back and explore other products. Totally recommend it, the guys in there are mega friendly and helpful, which makes the whole process easy and enjoyable.
