I never in my life to a Walmart that puts the wrong oil in your car. I tell them you want the best oil change, they give me a basic. Never seen someone that turns down the best oil change to give the most simple. Your PIT CREW need an ear doctor, hearing aids and better listening tactics that will assure you that your associates are doing a great job from now on...
Ive been taking my cars for years there for oil changes and tire services. Always had great experience.
It shows that the closing time is 7pm, I don’t understand why they close early like 6:30 pm

These guys are the worst! They didnt put back my tires after rotation correctly which resulted in the rim of the tire got damaged and the tires could have fallen off while driving!!! I will never come back here again!!
Wow. What a hellish nightmare of a customer service experience. Saying that I received bad service would be like calling the Grand Canyon scenic- accurate, but doesnt begin to describe the situation.I ordered tires online. I was instructed that when they arrived, Id receive an email, and then I could go to the service center and have them installed. I saw that they open at 7am.I got there a few minutes before 7, to discover that there was NOBODY behind the counter at the auto center service desk. No. One. There. 715. 730....occasionally someone would come in from the back area, where there were 2 mechanics changing oil or batteries. One girl explained that the manager wasnt there. Other customers stood around waiting for service. I called the number listed for the auto care center to see if anyone would pick up. It rang 15 times, and I hung up.Around 750 an older lady-manager from another department, visibly annoyed and irritable came behind the counter and mumbled something to all of us about there being no cash drawer, so, no one can be helped in any way at all. She called over the intercom 3 times to have someone bring a cash drawer up there.Finally around 8 another guy came back there (who at least had an apologetic tone) and asked me what I needed. I showed him the bar code for the tires, which at that point I just wanted to grab and LEAVE. He went away after telling me they needed to be dispensed.After 5 minutes I asked Nurse Ratched what I needed to do to get my tires and get the hell out, and I asked her in a such a way (pointedly and somewhat aggressively) as to imply that I will see to it that MY problem WILL become HERS, and the smartest thing she could do is MAKE. THAT. HAPPEN. She gave me a downright filthy look, like she wished that she could stab me in the face.A few seconds later a guy showed up with a price gun and beeped my tires. The long burn was over.Total time elapsed to pick up 4 prepaid tires? One hour, twenty minutes.This is the kind of experience that makes you reassess the very foundational philosophy of being a consumer. It really shook me that much. To be that HATED for my presence, to be that RESENTED, to be treated like a convict on the way to the big house...just...like, the fires of Hell are too good for you people.
Best Price in town for a Full Syn oil change...make sure to go on a Weekday 1st thing and its totally smooth...if you cant they do have Weekend hours
First time buying tires here and the LAST time. The waiting area is straight out of the 1980s and is about 9 x 5 feet with a steel bench. What a rat hole. My experience with buying tires was a nightmare. It took THREE 1.5 hour trips on three different days to get this right and its still debatable whether they are gonna stick by the warrantee because of poor documentation. If I could do it over, I would NEVER go here again on 1313 N. Fry Rd Katy Texas. Their mechanics blamed ME for not doing the tire installation correctly, that is clearly written in large print on their wall. They even installed two tires that were manufactured in April of 2017 and this is 2019. Clearly the 2017s were not supposed to make the customer happy, and they thought nobody would notice? IF you decide you really want some of this abuse and torture, make sure you get them to verbally agree that they will do everything in the mounting package before they start and you better record them saying so or you are going to get screwed at this place.
Absolute BEST experience. I dont know much about cars and there was a young man named Jacinto who helped me understand what I needed. I always go to my dealership and theyve never even tried. So grateful.
Promptly and courteously greeted when arriving at shop. Listened attentively to problem and responded with recommendation. After testing vehicle the tech told me the battery was at nearly half its capacity. Replaced battery and had me on the road in minimal time. Cant ask for any better service.
Better to just buy the tires from there and have someone else put them on. From what happen to me and what an employee told me the new guy has been breaking tire sensors. He replaced the sensor he broke but it caused me more time and an extra visit. Good customer service just not so good work.
The guys there are very good. They did change my battery and a light. It was fast and cheap.
I had a very bad experience in Walmart tire center at the I-10/Katy Frwy.#1313 location. I went to b purchase tires and get pricing and the person name Deon was the worst service person I have ever seen. I asked about pricing and when I asked about brands he got loud and told me Whatever . Wow, what an experience. If this is the quality of people that Walmart hires, please find a better way to reinvent yourself with your sales staff. I took my business to Discount Tire. The service was impeccable.
It was OK. I just wish theyd let you know when youre car is done. I sat in the waiting area the whole time and when I finally saw someone and asked (there was no one in sight for a long time) they said it had been ready for a while. I was the for an hour and a half...

They are not very detail oriented. They didnt even let me know my care was ready. Then they used the wrong filter. I had to re wait for them to correct it.
What ever happened to customer service. While the employees in the tire department werefast, the Walmart policy of not removing or installing a tire on a trailer is pitiful. Sam must be turning over in his grave.
This is the first time I deal with them I did change the engine oil 10 minutes ago so far so good.I will update the review in future if there is any problem.

Went to have and oil change and ask for high mileage oil and when they completed the job they put a sticker in my car indicating that the next oil change would be in three thousand miles I inquired why they in formed me that they gave me the right oil but they could not put more than 3000 miles on the little window sticker by company rules I think thats wrong

1hour and 20 mins after asking for an oil change and rotation, the rude mechanic pops his head out of the door tries to worm his way out of doing the job by asking do you really want the rotation?. I just payed for the oil change, took my keys and left. I thought for some reason that people needed to work to earn money in these shops, guess all they have to do is show up. Never again.

The man who said he was manager Juver was super rude and so condescending . All we wanted to do was exchange a battery. He told us we couldnt even though we know we had a 90 day warranty. We had to go get another manager to have our issue resolved. We will never go back to that Walmart.
