We decided to purchase a vehicle and the journey couldnt have been smoother. Definitely recommend this Jaguar dealership to anyone but beyond that, ask for Patrick! You wont regret it. A very nice place to just visit and look around. You will find something you like,, like to the point you buy it. That is what I did. The people are great. It is nice to deal with people who know what they are doing. I love what I bought. Makes me wonder what will happen the next time I go there and look around.
I’m not sure if the guys on the floor hadn’t had their morning coffee yet but it took at least 5 minutes of standing there with 4 individuals at their desk not giving me and my significant other a glance for me to finally say something and ask for some help. After that it was a fairly simple transaction. The vehicle was clean when it was brought out for the test drive and numbers were presented without a “pack” which I greatly enjoyed so there was no need to negotiate but then later realized there was absolutely NO negotiation at all. All I wanted was a shirt. With the way the market is currently I wasn’t going to let the vehicle go over it but still as an individual that has worked in the car business my whole life I was a bit set back that I got a straight up NO on my simple request on an item to wear and advertise freely for the dealer.

I rated them a four star because their service was good from beginning until the end. Except I felt like my sale was not important since I was not financing through their lenders. It was an easy sale for them because I was a prepared buyer. I already had financing in place and I knew what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. A sale is a sale
I bought a used truck that the dealership had taken in on trade. The dealership agreed to fix a couple things as part of the deal. So, I completed the purchase and left the truck with them for 2 days. When I returned, I noticed that an tool box accessory for the truck bed was missing. The Salesman acknowledged that there was tool box when I bought it and assured me he would figure out what happened. It’s been nearly a month now and despite their acknowledgement that the tool box is missing, they have tried repeatedly to make excuses. At one point, they even tried to say that the previous owner returned and they let him take it. Hen I pointed out that I know car dealers don’t allow people to strip accessories off vehicles a week after they trade it in, they quickly dropped that story. It’s pretty clear that one of their employees helped themselves to my tool box but they refuse to make it right. Now, they won’t even respond to me. This is not an ethical dealer! Buyer beware!

Jose did a wonderful job with my annual maintenance. He kept me informed and resolved an issue that I had with the satellite radio. It was amazing because I had been trying to get this resolved for almost three years.
The poorest customer service ever. Tried to sell me a vehicle with broke parts (winch) they didn’t know about; when I pointed out the winch was broke; they said they NEVER test those things anyways. After agreeing to sell it to my wife; while she was getting insurance on it and the cashiers check to pay for it (cash no financing) they sold it to someone else and never decided to call us. We had to call and David the sales guy couldn’t even tell my wife he made her wait fir the financial agent Daniel tell her. If I could give them less than one star I would. Worst place ever to buy a car, they are shady and very unprofessional. The establishment did this because we wanted to negotiate price because a main selling point ( the winch) was broken and not working and because we wanted to pay cash for the vehicle and not finance. The place sells high end vehicle and screws over hard working customers. Nobody should buy cars from them for that reason or never do any business with David and Daniel the two lowest dirtiest snakes in Texas!!!! The two boys; ( because MEN would have called and told us that they were going to crawfish on their VERBAL AGREEMENT TO SELL US THE; which is a CONTRACT in TEXAS,) keep saying they wanted to give us excellent service, yet the service we got was a screw job!!! The management of this place should fire these two people so they can’t do this underhanded snake in the grass move to any of their other possible customers!!!!! Update; got a response from the owner (no just a pre set up response that said from owner) with a number to call and all it was just a number to dealership. What a joke they can’t even take care of a complaint properly. This place is a joke.

We just bought a Jaguar F Type R from out of town. When we got it it had a battery issue that was covered under warranty so we took it into Jag West Houston. The F Type R is one of many exotic cars Ive owned over the past 10 years and out of every dealership ive been to no one has ever been so quick to take care of me like Ernesto in the service department. He had our issue resolved quickly every time ive come into the shop. Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren, Porsche, Audi, Mercedes... none of them have treated me like a valued customer as I have here. Proper thanks to the guys here for giving a great experience.
This review is for Abraham. We scheduled an appointment to see one of the sales rep for a Cadillac Esc. 2015 but the sales rep we scheduled with was already with a customer so we got passed down to Abraham (A HUGE THANK YOU FOR THAT!!). Abraham was great to work with and helped us through out the entire process. It took us nearly all day but he was very patient and not pushy at all. His service was exceptional. He made us feel very comfortable and confident in our purchase and in the end, we got what we wanted. We are extra happy with our purchase. Jaguar has an amazing inventory and service goes above and beyond. They washed and filled up our gas tank before we drove it off the lot. Thinking about a second purchase in the near future - when that time comes, will definitely come back and ask for Abraham. Thanks for the experience. We greatly appreciate it!I will say though, there was a woman working in the finance part in the office who had way too many opinions which was a bit of an annoyance. Edwin is fantastic. Brought my F Pace-S in for low battery alert. Super clean service area. Was in and out very quickly with a new battery, at no charge, and freshly washed car. Great service every time. Also brought my car in last year for problem with phone connecting through Bluetooth. Fixed in one visit with no hassle. Will definitely be purchasing my next vehicle from this place.

I would pass up Land Rover Jaguar West Houston every time I would go into the city to take my car in for service...what a mistake that was! I FINALLY received exceptional service! When one purchases a premier vehicle, one would expect premier service. I will be taking my car to Land Rover Jaguar West Houston from now on. Ms. Christine Tennant was great to work with. Last Saturday I drove to Jaguar West Houston to test drive an advertise vehicle. I was greeted with the salesperson that I spoke to earlier on the phone. The car was reserved with my name on it, right in front of the entrance. We took our time, looked around and the salesperson answered all of my questions and he was very courteous and polite. Then we went for a test drive. After that, we discussed the price, trade-in, financing and warranty. Were able to strike a reasonable balance and I drove back with my new Used Car. :-)The showroom was clean, buzzing with activity and personnel was very nice. Overall a good experience.
Leasing a new Jaguar F Pace from West side Jag was a refreshing experience. Steven Hill was extremely helpful . No we hassle and he made suggestions to further the purchase along, that wasn’t necessary . Even the finance department went beyond expectations. All this after a very negative experience with Momentum/Sonic Jaguar whom I had previously leased 6 other Jags. Jim Simpson.

Brought my car (July 12, 2021) in which is still under warranty because my passenger door wouldnt close. My service advisor Jose B. said it would be $216 to diagnosis and it would like be $900 plus to fix but wouldnt know until it was diagnosed and further more didnt know if it was covered under warranty. This was our first time attempting to use this location, chose it because its closer to home and they had an appointment available for today. First and last time, my husband immediately took the car to the North location and they took it for a diagnosis not talk of diagnostic fees, shouldve couldve wouldves. Weirdest experience ever and some very lackluster customer service.

Purchased a Porsche. Where do I start.1. Took backup camera out of car after purchasing it.2. Lied to me and stated They purchased four new tires for the vehicle come to find out these tires have been on there since 2015!3. Rolled the windows down while driving NOT KNOWING that the liner was going to fall down from all four sides!4. Oil was not changed!5. Took the vehicle in to get it diagnosed to only find out they were repairs of $9000!6. Daniel sales rep NEVER RETURNS CALLS!TOTAL NIGHTMARE!Oh nothing is there fault, you buys as is so Even though they do not tell you all the things that are wrong with the vehicle buyer beware!

I did buy my 2020 Fpace SVR from here with a great experience, but when it came time to trade it in on another new car, they destroyed me on my trade and honestly, I expect that from Ford and Chevy, but not your higher end brands. They offered me $14k less than what Ford was offering on trade and Ford doesnt even specialize in reselling Jags. Its just a bad taste honestly. We were planning on being loyal clients, but looks like we have to shop somewhere else. Whatever I guess. You got us sold on the 1st car, but couldnt keep us for a 2nd and 3rd sale. Update as of 10/28. Called and emailed and text to set up a service on my Project 8 that I ended up buying from a Jag dealership in Washington DC and nothing. Complete ignore on their end. Its amazing how a dealership with overall after the sale service can stay in business. They pop you on that 1st sale, then ignore you. Keep in mind that the dealership in DC gave me $80k on my trade. Jaguar West where I bought my SVR Fpace from wanted to give me $64k. Think about that next time you buy from these guys.
Without a doubt the worst experience that I’ve had buying a car.Purchased the car in December and was promised delivery by Christmas.After consistently following up with the dealership the car finally arrived after New Years. I’ve now had the car for approximately three weeks and for the last five days the car has been in for repair due to the check engine light coming on. I’ve been told that the problem may be related to a dead secondary battery which of course isn’t covered by the warranty. They ‘hope’ that this will fix the problem.So now I’m out of pocket for the time to diagnose the issue, the cost of the new battery plus time for installation. Add to that the inconvenience of not having the car. When I asked that the dealership pick up the cost I was told that if it’s not covered by the Autonation certificate they would not be able to assist. They clearly DO NOT stand behind the vehicles that they sell. No one from management has even bothered to speak with me directly to resolve the issues. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy a car from this dealership

Were not happy we went there to buy a used Suburban for my wife to drive, they are connected or associated with AutoNation so we thought we were dealing with a reputable place. We drove 3hrs to view a vehicle that should never have been for sale... it needed serious repairs & didnt go through any type of checks especially a safety check. They said they would fix the issues that we found (rust on 3 panels) if we wanted the vehicle so we went ahead with the purchase. Then they kept us waiting for 5hrs to sign paperwork that took 10 mins because we had our own finance - very disappointing. We had to take the vehicle back twice to get the repairs fixed - which still wasnt done right. We are going to take it to our own repair person to get it done properly. The job that the service area did was beyond terrible really bad workmanship, they should be embarrassed. Heres the kicker, the first time we drove the vehicle home (3hrs on country roads late at night) we realized that the front breaks were totally gone, that was incredibly dangerous we were furious at the time, we fixed that ourselves immediately & all they said was it should have been checked by them after us having to prove it to them (gave them the old break pads)!... we wont be back again. But I will say that the sales rep Steven that we dealt with was pretty good, he was polite, accommodating & answered all of our questions quickly with no BS... we did like that!

Great selection! We went just to look, so my autistic son could browse some cars. The sales staff, particularly Abraham, was understanding and accommodating, and my boy has a blast.
Not a very pleasant experience. Bought a fairly used car online but, they Never indicated that there was no head rest or protection for the battery area and the car was dirty in certain areas.
Came in for oil change and check engine light on my 2015 F Type I bought used out of state. Turns out they extended the warranty and replaced the O2 sensor for free. Very clean facility and good communication with the staff. Will be going back.

I purchased a 2018 Ford Expedition from this dealership on Jan 28,2021 from out of state.Dealership is in Texas,and I live in Georgia..The vehicle was implied to have no mechanical issues when I purchesed it..Shortly after receiving this vehicle .I discovered it had alot of issues..The passenger side floor board became soaked with water from a clogged sunroof drain..The front camera sprayer leaks fluid,and the side view mirrors would move on their own intermittantly..After being told by the salesman (Aaron Gomez) this vehicle has a 90 day warranty before purchase..I took the vehicle to an Autonation near me,and was told by their service department the sunroof repair wouldnt be covered under warranty,and the repair would be $931.63.I contacted my salesman (Aaron Gomez) on 3 different occasions,and was told he would do a followup..I still havnt received a phonecall back from them.. In the buying process these people had no problems collecting financing from me in a timely manner during the sale,but when it was discovered the vehicle had multiple issues,that should have been sorted out before the sale.They decided to pass the buck..Anyone doing business with them be very leary,because once the sale is complete..Forget about customer service..This was not the first out of state vehicle purhase for me,but it has beeen the worst..Stay far far away from Jaguar West Houston!!!

Came in Friday the 4th to order a tire and was told I would receive a call when it arrives. No call Saturday or Monday so I decided to drive in after work to check the status of the delivery since I was getting no answer from when I was calling. When I arrived I was told that my tire was already there just to be informed that the wrong tire was ordered. This was an inconvenience but not a problem and they offered to wash my car which was great. Until Tuesday morning when I notice that my front license plate was missing. I called to ask about my license plate and was told they looked on the camera and it was lost somewhere in their facility but they couldnt find it. Finally got my tires on Wednesday which they didnt even bother to clean the excess grease off if the tires and rims. Then I was told I had to wait a week or so for my license plate to come in because they still didnt find it and had to order another one. Not one time during all this did I get a call saying that my tires have arrived nor did they call and update me on my license plate, I had to call them every time. Im currently waiting on my license plate and Im sure Ill be the one to call them when they arrive.

After several weeks of car shopping we found Jaguar West Houston. We walked in, met Steve Hill and drove out with our new F-Pace! Steve was terrific, very patient and listened to our needs. We did not need to drive a car, we simply wanted to check out availability and options. He lined cars up side by side so we could jump in and out comparing the features and functions. He answered all our questions and we worked with him and the team to finalize the purchase. On arriving home we realized we were locked out of our house, the only means of access being the electronic gate and door openers in the car we had traded Steve got in our old car and drove it to our house, gave us access then programmed my new car to the garage! He provided service above and beyond our expectations. A few days later i met with their tech guru and she walked me through every feature the car has to offer. She was patient, no dumb questions attitude. It was terrific. I highly recommend using this dealer.

The entire team from the technicians to the finance team were very courteous, kind, and professional. You can honestly tell that everyone there loves their job! As a XK8 driver for almost 20 years, making the decision to retire the vehicle as my daily driver came with some sadness and hesitation. With the huge number of car dealerships in the Greater Houston Area, car shopping and test driving can be overwhelming. From my first visit to the new Jaguar Land Rover West Houston location, I had an extremely positive experience working with sales associate, Marcel Primes. As a newer associate, Marcel was knowledgeable about the vehicles; however, I truly appreciated that he didnt hesitate to seek information from more seasoned staff if he couldnt provide an immediate answer to a question. I had previously taken a test drive at a different Jaguar dealership where only I drove the vehicle. In heavy Houston traffic youre so focused on the road that its hard to familiarize yourself with the features of a new car during an average test drive. Marcel began the test drive in the drivers seat which gave me time to look around the interior. When we stopped so that I could drive, Marcel walked me through all the features of the vehicle before proceeding. I found this very helpful. I also found the tour of the dealerships service department, where I was introduced to my service advisor informative. Both the dealership and Marcel far exceeded my expectations. I am thoroughly enjoying my new Jaguar and look forward to a continued relationship with Marcel and the staff at Jaguar Land Rover West Houston.

First and foremost I want to thank the staff for an exceptional experience throughout the entire process. Before I made it into the dealership I was immediately greeted by Matt who showed me the extensive selection both indoors and out. He was formal yet personable which alleviated any pressure. As soon as we entered the dealership he introduced me to the managers and service representatives that helped reassure my girlfriend and I any previous concerns we had about the brand and its vehicles. They had several complimentary amenities which matched its modern appeal. Melissa had us in and out within a couple of hours which is always a plus! This was my first buy from out of town and it was the best experience ever. Jaguar West Houston was the best. Daniel was great as well as Melissa the process was so strait forward and simple they even had my car transported to me and the price was great.
