Customer service is extremely important and this is a business, if you cant provide outstanding customer service why even have a business. 3 people were waiting on this place to open at 10am and one of the owners driving a new black Honda Civic looked at us and drove off like we didnt exist smdh pathetic and unprofessional and would have given no stars if it were possible, mind you Ive gotten work done here before but never again.

I bought a overpriced stereo from them for $200 came to return it the next day and only offered me $140 back straight up robbers! Next time do yalls research dont buy from them!

I had high hopes but unfortunately they changed the price when I spoke to the sales representative. I was told one price for ALL tint percentages than the day of they up-charged $20 more!

Went to this place to get some wheel lights installed on my truck. I spoke to the gentleman before even going the I got there I brought all the materials for them to say they’re not going to install it they only install the ones they sell. They wanted me to pay 600 for theirs which included installation if you have this service then you should be professional enough to install all wheel lights not just the ones you sell.

Pathetic customer service. We went there to get the player we bought from Amazon and he discredited the player without seeing it, it was obvious he was trying to sell player from his own shop. Within 2 minutes he started saying he doesnt have time and we should decide real quick. Horrible. Will not recommend anybody to go there. He is just looking to make maximum money without providing any value to customer. I checked his player Pioneer stereo AVH 220EX he was selling it in $350 and it was available in $200 on Amazon. Run away.

I had my sub, my amp, and also my own wires I do not know how to install the whole system so I came to this store and they gave me a fair price because if I tried to save money and install I could have caught my car on fire! They were very nice and also gave me water, 2x because it was so hot!!! Charged my phone and put an ac vent infront of me! They speak English and Spanish and they treated me with so much respect!
