This company is a joke. Horrible customer care. No support for warranty when the phone is just bought and came as a defective pc within 2 weeks.A frustrated customer with this company. Please refrain from BOOST

Use boost for home wireless, not many options where I live. Had the wifi router die after just 2 months. Brought it back and they told me they cant do anything, will have to send it to the manufacturer and should get another within a month. Who can live without internet for a month? Went to another location and they were much more helpful. Had a new router shipped to the store next day (most places were out), which I had to pay for, but this place said that couldnt be done. Much friendlier and knowledgeable at the other place.

Kenya was very friendly and helpful. This location is my favorite in the houston area! Thank you guys for the great customer service!

The rep was really nice and knowledgeable. I appreciate all of the help and tips I received when I purchased my iPhone. I certainly dont think I would have done all that she did to my phone after I brought it home.

Poor customer service

My experience here was horrible. The girl working here is very unprofessional. When I called her she was on the phone and eating. When I went into the store she was rude. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Find a different location even if you have to drive a few extra minutes.
