Went yesterday to add my line to my husbands phone plan at Verizon. John helped us the second we stepped in. He was new, and asking for reassurance from coworkers to make sure he was doing everything right. He was super sweet, nice and patient. We arrived there about 30 minutes before closing and he didn’t even seem to worry about the time and more worried to make sure we left satisfied. Oscar was helping him as well with everything we were getting, he was nice to John and to us. We went there only to add a line and left with 2 new phones and accessories. I hope those two men are recognized by their bosses. Great customer service!

Terrible customer service. The employees there are not professional at all! I switched from cricket to Verizon online and was told to pick up the SIM cards at store. However, when I got to the store, the employee there told me the SIM cards would be shipped in mail. What??? Who should I trust?

I needed to talk to tech support rep about an important issue but was told they cant speak with but can chat. At the end they couldnt help me both in the app chat or in store
2nd time they’ve been CLOSED when we’ve had an appointment. We had to go to the grand pkwy Verizon store. No signage Or reason & now we’re still stuck w 2 inoperable phones. Verizon get your business together!!! Worst customer service & not mindful of a users experience!!! I’m told this is a corporate office ... UNACCEPTABLE!
Worse experience!!! Google shows they close at 8pm showed up before 8 pm and just find out they were already close! Now I have to come back tomorrow when and its not like that store is near by for me! Its inconvenience for me to come back twice for the same reason! Verizon update your Google business hours! they are completely wrong!
Poor customer service training new employees with make up information. Like electronics get weeker over time and thats why you need a new SIM. Had 611 tech on speakerphone requesting the last digits of the SIM card. Sales person said he had to install the SIM and sell it before he could hand it to me. Odd that with covid he wanted me to end the tech call and touch the phone when I was told to wait outside in my car. I better solution would have been to send the sales person out with the card and just hand it to me not sure why it happened like it did.
Being a long time customer, we were very disappointed in the personal service showed to us when we went in to replace wifes broke phone. Sales rep was polite, but put phone, screen procter an new case in bag an sent us out the door. Setting up a new phone an putting it all together has always been done in the store. It took wife 2 hrs on phone to get phone working correctly, case didnt fit an procter didnt come out correctly. Went Back nex day to replace case an chat with mnger. No responsibility was taken,apparently with no apt they wont spend the time with u. No one was in line waiting for us to leave. Daughter did same thing day before at different store an had all issues taken care of at that store she visited. Wont revisit this store again..
Great people and I always get what I want and they dont try and pull your leg to get a sale. They are always there to help with a smile on their face. 10/10

Listen I love verizon, & today I went but i’m upset about the customer service, Oscar was not as the usual verizon employees .no smile, yes i understand we have mask but at least a joyful positive welcome in vibe . he did not even say thank you, come again, or anything .we said thank you & all he said was your welcome .we paid at least $80 worth of merchandise.i will probably not return to this verizon store again .but i will definitely continue to go to the one on fry rd . 👍🏻
Walked up to the store to do an line Upgrade because of medical reason i cannot wear a mask i was forced to wait outside even tho there are no mask mandates.

We had trouble activating my husbands new phone online because of some incorrect instructions given to us by a Verizon rep in online chat. Andres was very helpful to us in resolving the issue, he got a new SIM card for the phone and spent time himself talking to Verizon. He came through for us. Thank you, Andres!
This is the best store in the Katy area. Ruth is also the best customer service representative you can ever expect to have. She is very polite, helpful and always looking for the best deals for you.

Bought my pixel 2 XL (panda) last year, unfortunately the screen cracked and need repair/replacing.I paid a fee every month for a year for the insurance only to be told I had to pay a $200 deductable for a new phone. Against my better judgement I do so and they send me a Black REFURBISHED phone.Dont think Ill be a Verizon customer very much longer because of this.Insurance is a rip-off AVOID IT.
Very helpful with tech knowledge and they asked if I would prefer them to set up my new phone. I realize thats standard these days, but it made a difference as I do not have wifi currently in my neighborhood
Find yourself an independent store that is concerned with making you happy. This corporate store was the worst experience I have had with Verizon since the early 90s. Boo, corporate employees and their lack of professionalism, tact, and customer service.
Great customer service, every time I visit the staff does everything in their power to provide me the best answer/solution to my problem. If they arent sure they will find out for you fast! I had a question about phone insurance and Malory was very helpful in calling around to find an answer for me. If youre in the Katy area I highly suggest going here over the store in the mall.

Never felt more unwelcome in a store. The girl in there has very poor customer service skills, Tuesday August 21 4 o’clock . I closed my account because of this.

Was a customer for 10+ years. Went in to try and upgrade a phone and the rep was just straight rude. I asked two questions about my account and he just grunted each time. Guess they only want new customers and dont care about the ones who are loyal. Ended up switching phone companies.

Ruth is amazing, she put on this S9+ Zagg screen protector, said they have a problem with bubbles on the edges but she worked most out, I worked on the few that remained and Im bubble free. I could not have put this on by myself. Idk about the rest of you but Im a bubble hater😁

Terrible customer service. Not helpful at all in answering questions. The guy who was helping me talked to me like I was stupid and did not seem like he wanted to help at all. Kept saying that I needed to delete my pictures and messages instead of trying to transfer it all over to my new phone. I only went to this location because they had the color I wanted for the phone. If I knew I would have gotten such an attitude from the worker that helped me, I wouldnt have even bothered to drive 20 minutes to this location and would have ordered my phone online to save myself all the bs. Not happy at all.

You get what you pay for as Verizon clearly is the most expensive and has the best coverage. Trying to leave them costs more than trying to stay. Gouge, gouge, gouge. I left, Im paying a lot less, and my coverage is clearly not as good now. Blah.
People in store are nice but Verizon’s customer service overall has gone down the drain in the past year.

Pretty disappointing experience. No one greeted me on entry. There was no kiosk to sign in. All 4 reps were with customers and none of them even turned an eye. Good thing they have an officer on duty cause the employees arent very observant.There was a customer waiting. I waited 1 minute then asked an employee about signing in. Her response was to wait and they would sign me in...That was 5 minutes ago. The lady ahead of me has yet to be greeted, signed in or even acknowledged. Shes been here ~ 10 minutes.Since being asked to wait 5 minutes ago, no one has said anything to either me or the lady ahead of me. Were just waiting...And I waited another 5 minutes with NO ONE saying anything to me.I was hopeful when 2 reps finished with customers. One helped the lady in front of me and FINALLY greeted her with fake sincerity; the other one went to the back of the store. So, still hoping that hed be free soon, I started looking at the iPhones. While I was looking, a rep bumped me out of the way to show off the colors to people she was helping without even saying Excuse me, sir. She just got into my space and started pointing across me.At this point, I left. I went to the lady who told me to wait and said, I dont know how yall normally do business; but, this is pretty bad.. She somewhat looked up and replied, Im sorry, sir.. To which I responded, Well, thats about the most youve said to me. So, no worries and just walked out of the store.No store ever has devalued me as a customer or treated me with such obvious contempt as the Customer representatives at this this Verizon Store Front. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this branch. The other Katy locations are ok. We just picked this one cause it was near our other errands. Unfortunately for me, they didnt value me or my time and lost a customer. The only thing they earned is a bad review and hopefully an administrative review for horrible customer relations and business practices.

Very attentive and knowledgeable staff. Oscar helped my wife and I transfer multiple lines and phones from another provider to Verizon which was complicated and time consuming.

The man was nice and all but, I asked them to show me a iphone 6 but instead they showed me and iphone 4 instead acting like it was the real thing. My friends had iphones so I thought that that was just another version and I didnt want to be rude so I bought a Samsung Galaxy S6 edge. The phone was ok. They even gave me a car charger that was broken!! So now I would like to buy a iphone 6s.I have had my phone for about 8 months. It would cost me about 1,000 to get that phone!! Are you kidding me???!!!!!! They wont even let me switch without paying them 500. Plus the money I have to cough up for the actual phone. Once I found out all of this, I was just disappointed. Because I thought that I could trust these people. Now I cant even text my friends because all this. IT IS SAD.

Walked in with money ready to spend on an upgrade, and no Ill be right with you sir, or anything. One salesman walked right past us, another made eye contact then went into the back. Finally got our name on the waiting list and stood around for about 20 minutes and said screw this an left. Typical corporate experience.
