We ordered several items from Edible Arrangements for my Mother. They arrived on time and were still cold. The ordering process was very simple. The employee that helped me over the phone was very friendly. We did plan ahead and ordered two weeks before we needed the delivery but the helpful employee said that usually all they need is 24 hours to get an order out. I would definitely order a gift from Edible Arrangements again.
Does this location have a working telephone? Have tried calling multiple times during business hours over a failed delivery attempt and have been left on hold over 10 minutes each time. Ridiculous
Our business ordered the fall fruit flowers with the 12 count dip fruit box for a colleague’s birthday that works for academy corporate headquarters. The “manager” who said her name is Moraya called the day of the delivery to inform us that they ran out the flowers and wouldn’t get any until Thursday. She seemed pretty adamant to just not help us and refund us for the flowers. After questioning for possibilities on what we can replace the flowers with she began giving a very nasty and unprofessional attitude instead of helping us resolve the situation (mind you, she called us the day of the delivery). I was livid at the fact that someone who is a manager and is supposed to play the role of a leader could seem so immature and unprofessional. Never again will we be ordering from edible arrangements and will be making sure that the rest of the business we network with are aware of this horrid experience.
Ive always ordered from Edible Arrangements, but this is the second time ordering from this location. Last week I ordered a fruit bouquet for my wife, for our anniversary, and it was great. Fruit lasted a few days.Yesterday, I ordered a fruit bouquet for my daughters birthday. It was her first personal delivery. The Hello Kitty buckets handle was broken from one side. And the fruit seemed fresh visually. But once you bit into it, the fruit was soggy, soft and tasted old. My wife had to throw it out. It didnt even last an afternoon. My daughter was disappointed.Ive ordered from different Edible Arrangements locations over the years. Always a good experience. However, this last time has left a bitter taste.
Sending Edible Arrangements to anyone is always a hit. I sent one to a friend thats in another state. I called the nearest Edible Arrangement in her area and placed my order. It was delivered promptly with no problems. The staff was very nice and my friend very much enjoyed what I ordered for her. Great establishment.
I ordered a small Best Birthday Ever arrangement along with adding the 4 chocolate-dipped mustaches for an added cost for my brother-in-laws birthday. The arrangement arrived as expected on the selected day. As much as I have loved getting an edible arrangement, and was excited about sending one to my family as we are not able to be together at the moment, I got feedback that the fruit was bitter and not of high quality. I see a number of reviews stating similar feedback and wish I had read the reviews of this particular location before placing an order with them. I did not expect the quality to be this low and feel bad that this was what I sent as a gift. Unfortunately, something that was supposed to sweeten the day, ended up leaving a bad/sour taste in the mouth, literally.
This location is a joke!!! Management was NOT helpful at all. If I could give a zero star then I would!!!!!!! My sister and I ordered my mother an arrangement for her birthday. 1st they said we were told the arrangement was out for delivery at 9/10 am, we called twice throughout the day to see where the order was, the locations just said it was on the way. My mother didnt received the arrangement until 4pm after calling to let them be aware the office closes at 4pm. 2nd my mother went to eat some of the arrangement the following morning, the grapes in the arrangement had mold on it! MOLD!!!!!!!!!!!!! So she threw out the arrangement and didnt get to enjoy it at all. I dont understand how that could happen unless it was not fresh fruit. I called this morning to see if I could get a partial refund (not a full refund) and I was told sorry we cant do that without pictures to prove you to be right. I called cooperate and they said they would have to call the store and see what they said. Cooperate said it is up to the store if we get a refund or not. Cooperate just said sorry the only thing we can offer is a coupon AFTER 44 MINS of arguing on the phone with them they finally said they would re do the arrangement. Im just so annoyed because the customer service was ridiculous too! I do not recommend this place at all!!!!!
I am not sure why they have any bad reviews. I have used this company for years, specifically the location on Mason Road to provide edible gifts to my customers. Like every year before, they did a great job again this year. They were on time, everyone (my customers) loves their arrangements, and they are always on time as far as having them ready. I will continue to use and recommend this great company and they provide stellar service.
Not happy at all with Edible Arrangements. I would say with this location but after speaking to corporate, I am not satisfied with the customer service overall from this franchise. I would not recommend them to anyone. I ordered to have a small size arrangement sent to my mom for her birthday on Friday. I checked the status of my order at 9am that morning and it said it was out for delivery. I thought nice she should be receiving it soon and she can enjoy it all day while at work. Keep in mind, this location is only 15 minutes down the road from my mom. I called Edible Arrangements around lunch time to check the status because it still said out for delivery and they informed me it was on its way. They time went by and still NOTHING! I called another time and was told again it was on the way. I waited another 30 minutes and still no delivery. Now it is 3:30pm, my mom leaves at 4pm for the day (which I did let them know when I called before). I called them again and of course they tell me it is on the way. I asked them to call the driver to see exactly where they are because my mom would be leaving in 30 minutes. Finally after holding about 15 minutes they said the driver would be there by 4pm or right after. I had to reach out to my moms boss to stall her so she wouldnt leave yet and she could get her surprise birthday arrangement. Finally at 4:05pm her boss texted me to let me know they arrived. So at this point I am already not satisfied with this service. Now my mom opens it and informs me that there was white fuzzy mold on about half of the fruit. Grant it the other half did not have the mold, she did not feel safe eating it so I told her just to trash it and I would call about it and see what they say. Now when I call the manager is not there and was told they would call me on Monday. Monday is here and Im on the phone with the manager, the only thing they could do for me is store credit (a coupon for my next order). I told them that would not work because I am never using them again. Then they said we can remake the order but you would have to pick it up, again will not work, I live about an hour away from them. I informed her I would just call corporate. Calling corporate doesnt do anything. They inform me they can offer my a coupon as well but if there was any refund to be made then that would be up to the store manager. So basically in this case, the store manager has more authority than corporate???? Thats an odd way to run a business/franchise. So needless to say corporate was no help after being on the phone with them for 45 minutes. Then about 20 minutes later, an employee from Edible Arrangements calls me, not the manager, just an employee. She said, so we offered to remake the arrangement for you and you can pick it up, would you like for me to proceed with this. I told them no, I do not want yalls moldy fruit and I will never be using yall again. Ill write a review and let everyone else know my experience. Then she proceeds to tell me that she can refund me a partial refund of $20 (I paid $39.99 for a small arrangement plus $14 to add chocolate to half of the strawberries). With taxes I paid a total of $58.44 for molded fruit that my mom couldnt eat. I excepted the refund but I am still not satisfied with their customer service. I feel a full refund should have been given for this. Sending an arrangement late and with mold is unacceptable. NEVER will I use Edible Arrangements again!!!

If I could give 0 I would. I will start of by saying that my initial contact with Andy was good until....Let me explain I ordered a fruit basket for my moms birthday online. I then realized my mom would have to pick it up from the store instead of delivery. I spoke with Andy (woman) who helped me with the process of getting that switched.. She was very pleasant to talk to and everything went smooth until my mom tasted the fruit; which was very bitter and not fresh. So I called back and got Andy again explained what happened. I offered to bring the basket back in and I was told due to COVID regulations they could not accept the basket back. No one offered to remake the basket. I was told by Andy “Oh no we have never had an issue with our fruit. It is always fresh, and I cut it up myself.” I then asked if it could be remade and she informed me that she would have to place me on hold to ask her manager. Before placing me on hold I did ask if she could also ask if instead of the fruit basket, I could get a different basket because I did not want my mom to receive another bitter inedible fruit basket. I also stated that if I could not get a different basket remaking the first basket would be fine. She walked me through a few other choices they had like the cookie trays or candy boxes. Which were either a little cheaper or the same price as the basket I purchased. I also did say that if a different basket was a little over I did not mind paying the difference. After walking me through other choices she placed me on a 10 minute hold, and came back to say that they COULD NOT replace the basket I originally had because “They had never had a complaint about the fruit and that they knew for a fact that it was fresh”. Andy then said, “We can offer you 10% off a new order.” So now I’ve not only paid and lost $69.26 for a fruit basket for my mom’s birthday that she did not get to enjoy, but now you all want me to pay for a whole other basket; which was what I asked and was told that was all that they could do. So I called my bank to dispute the charge since they also did not offer to give my money back. My bank came back and informed me that the merchant (this Edible Arrangements) stated that I and my mom said that she did not like fruit. I never said my mom did not like fruit nor did my mom. My mom absolutely LOVES fruit. Why would I order a fruit basket if my mom did not like fruit? They also lied and said that they initially offered to remake the basket. This is not my first time ordering Edible Arrangements, I’ve ordered them to be sent in NY and LA, and I have never had this problem. My mother has ordered and received edible arrangements before especially at her law firm and this was the worst experience ever. This was my first time and last time ordering from this location, and for them to come back and dispute this with lies shows their lack of customer service. But Thank GOD for recorded calls because I have my phone set to record every incoming and outgoing call. So that entire conversation is recorded. So shame on you all I will be sending this to corporate.
Update: 01/28/21 - I sent an email to Edible Arrangements (per their request) on 01/24/21. So far, no response from Edible Arrangements.01/22/21 - I placed an order at 3:15pm and paid the same day delivery fee. At 4pm an employee called me and advised that they would not deliver my order on the same day, that they could only deliver tomorrow by noon. Ended up cancelling order because if I pay for same day delivery I need it delivered on that day and not tomorrow by noon. 🙄

After a botched web order and poor CORPORATE customer service, the Katy location saved the day and delivered a better product than originally ordered. THIS Edible Arrangements store restored my faith in the brand.

Arrangement was as advertised and met all my expectations. Fruit was ripe and sweet but not overly so. Arrangement held beautifully in refrigeration for several days. The recipient and I couldn’t have been happier with the selection and the overall service. I will repeat my business in the future.

I have been using this location for several years now for placing long-distance orders (online from Castle Rock, CO) to be delivered to my sales team members who are completing special training at our franchise home office in Houston. Sometimes I have to remember to place the orders last minute and doing so online when not open has never been an issue. My team members LOVE the special treats and Im thrilled to be able to say I trust the location to always deliver accurately and timely!
I am not one for chocolate covered fruit or fruit trays, but I was very impressed by their fruit. The chocolate wasnt too sweet or thick and was tempered well to give a good snap. The fruit itself was great as well. The customer service was above and beyond what I would hope.
I just picked up a gift for Valentines day. My only concern is that the lady in the back attempted to hand me my order without placing it in a bag. Meanwhile, I noticed that customers in front of me received their items with a bag. Please work on your customer service skills.Is there anyone available to train the short girl with olive skin and black hair? If so please send her all the way back to training and send her home with a few manuals so that she can brush up on it daily. Thanks again!

This place is the bomb! Ive ordered from this location numerous times and every experience has been great. They make the loveliest, tastiest arrangements with very little notice. Today I called in an order at 8:30 AM and it was ready for pickup by 10:00 AM. The customer service is awesome too -- employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. I dont know if all locations are this awesome but Im so happy I live close to this one. :)

This was my first time ordering from Edible Arrangements and unfortunately my last. I placed an order on February 4, 2020 for a Valentines gift to my mom. Even with 10 days in advance this store failed to deliver what I purchased. Very quick to charge my card $130 yet the order status still shows order received by store. My question is they must not have even prepared the order. I am very disappointed after hearing such great things about this company. The store is closed as it is 9 PM and I will be going first thing tomorrow morning to discuss what took place. This is a shame when I told my mom a surprise delivery would be made yet it didnt happen.

My dear friend lost her beloved cat. I wanted to do something special for her. I live in South Carolina and have ordered arrangements in the past. I called the store to check delivery status then went on-line to order the arrangement. It was delivered promptly and all the fruits were fresh. This is a great way to let someone know you are thinking about them from far away. At least for a brief moment, it took away some sorrow.
My daughter moved to Houston...for her birthday I wanted it to feel like back home on Long Island. She was so surprised at the size & quality of chocolate strawberries.. they were big juicy & delicious...I plan on sending her them again this year.

Exceptional service! Carla is the best! I purchased an edible arrangement and there was a miscommunication and so basically I upgraded my arrangement and they had it finished in 5 minutes. I didnt think it would be possible to get it done the same day. Everybody here is awesome!
The order was Confetti and Chocolate dipped Strawberries Bouquet. The choco was already wet like it was in the hot car instead of a freezer on the way to my Bday party. Okay, no big deal till I ate into the strawberries. It was old, dark, mushy, and bruised strawberries. The choco taste good and colorful, but the tast of the strawberries was bitter and not sweet. I cant enjoy my 4th berry out of the 19 strawberry because they are all NOT fresh strawberries.. Very disappointing. How could they send or do business this way? :(
Worst service! do not order from this location! If you are thinking of sending something to a special person dont count on this place to be on time or to make it. I Placed order today in the AM, was specific on instructions for my order to be deliver latest 5:30pm, that’s office hrs, called them at 4:00pm was told my order was out for deliver, had to called them again at 6pm was told order was out of deliver, then told me driver left out for delivery at 4:05, when they had told me when I called at 4 that it was already out. Told me they will check on driver to see if order was deliver and will call me back, never got the call back. I had to call them back again to ask, and My Order never made it. First time and last ordering from this location
Made deliveries through the S Mason location on Valentines Day 2020 with my own vehicle was promised to be paid on the following Monday and never was and when I reached out to the store was told to call an attorney . I was told from the beginning that we were getting paid on Monday here it is Thursday and no pay. I have copies of my delivery receipts and will be reaching out to the customers prior to filing in small claims court. You guys are trying to crawfish now, our phone conversation we had earlier today. Yall blew it off and never said you were paying me, yall told me I had to go to the people I had the agreement with. I will go out of my way to make sure the general public knows exactly how you do business.
When you care enough to send the very best card, go to Hallmark. When you care enough to send flowers go to your very best florist. When you care enough to send fresh fruit go to Edible Arrangements. In all three cases you are sending a thoughtful message rather than being there in person. So you may have to pay a little more and there is often a delivery fee ( even the stamp costs money), but the person or people receiving the gift will sense that you love them, care about them, and wish that you could be there in person. So if it is sent from the heart it is always worth it. The staff at the Edible Arrangements at 2240 S Mason is wonderful and very helpful . They helped me choose the exact gift I wanted to send. I will definitely go there again!!!!!

Valentines day was my first experience with edible arrangements. The customer service and the management at this location is amazing! The manager was super helpful and accommodating with my order and delivery time. I will definitely be ordering from here again! The basket was beautiful, fresh, and delicious!!!

So not happy with my order. I ordered at 5:30am and my delivery wasnt delievered until at 4pm after i called twice and told someone to not deliver it after 4pm because the person was not going to be there! In top of that paid over 70.00 for an order that looked nothing like the picture it was missing fruit only came with STRAWBERRIES AND IT DIDNT EVEN COME WITH THE BALLOON ALL THINGS that was suppose to come in the order. the person got the order the next day due to an another employee took it home and she had to get it from her. Never experienced this before and not happy. I wish i was able to post pictures of what was given

Ive never ordered from Edible Arrangements before this purchase. I am very pleased with the quality & service that was provided for my money. I know there is no guarantee on delivery time, but the girl gave me a general window of expectation anyway...and she was spot on. The recipient enjoyed the fruit. Everything I ordered was in place. When I received a text picture from my friend of his gift...it looked just like the one I ordered, down to the container & balloon. Thanks guys for a successful birthday gift and money well spent.

This place has piss poor service. I ordered an arrangement 8am to be delivered same day. Showed it would be delivered same day. They called mid afternoon but did not leave message then do not pick up the phone or if they do they keep you on hold until you hang up. I waited for over an hour. Same thing with the corporate office. When I called them they had no idea what was going on with the order. The internal update was added to the order. They filed a complaint which would/could take up to 48 hours. Thanks....not. The defeats the whole purpose of having it delivered the same day. They finally called me at 930am the next day, only to offer me a refund on the delivery charge...wow. Yes I would please like you to deliver the item a day late. For my inconvenience we will refund you $12....Yup that sound about right...In all I got a complete refund cause there wasnt a point to have it delivered a day late.This was 1st attempt with this company and it will be my last.Thanks for wasting my time.

Was looking for a cute idea to go with their birthday cards, was pleasantly surprised by the quality and selection of the arrangement . Way to go Katy !Thanks to you grandma was hero of the day.

I ordered an arrangement with a Its a Girl balloon for a family. And when delivered they get a Happy Birthday balloon. I called right away to see if they could get the right one delivered that same day. And they tell me that they have no more Its a Girl balloons so they put that one instead since she was just born. Well ok... but I would have preferred a call explaining the situation and just cancelled the balloon from the order, a Happy Birthday balloon just makes no sense to me. Poor lack of communication.

Every year I send flowers to my mom on her birthday. This year I decided to do something different so I relied on this company to deliver my Moms birthday gift. And guess what? no gift were deliver. They called me at 4pm same day of delivery to say that the number I provided for delivery was incorrect and that they couldnt deliver. When I ask her why the driver didnt leave it in the front door she said the driver couldnt find the address (address were correct). I also ask her why they couldnt do it at that moment; she said there were no drivers. She gave two options: pick up myself (I live in Florida) or deliver next day (pointless). The lady didnt really care much. I guess they dont like what they are doing. Bad choice ordering an $80 cup of fruits from this place!
This guy Jose who says he runs the store doesnt know how to run a business. Which is the reason why the reviews are mostly poor. Without customers, you dont have a business. He told me they had other orders to fill and couldnt waste the time or could afford to have someone take care of me. $250 and no one can or cares to take care of me?? He told me to call another location. Which was after 5pm by this time.. Birthdays are one day a year. No you cant deliver tomorrow. Defeats the purpose of a birthday arrangement Jose..

I ordered an arrangement online and paid extra for balloons and extra chocolate dipped fruit (costing $22 in addition to $70 arrangement). However, when my mother picked it up none of the extras were added. When we called the store to report the error the staff argued with me regarding how much the added items cost me. The edible arrangement staff also stated they could only credit one of the items not both. When I order online I am trusting the company to provide the services I pay for, and edible arrangements failed to do that. I will never trust them again!!

Extremely disappointed with the customer service. Sent my gf an arrangement with clear instructions on delivery time, and clear instructions on keeping the message card private, as it contained a personal, private message, for only my gf to see. They delivered the package an hour before she showed up to work, and made no attempt to keep the message card discreet. I even spoke with the staff(I wont speak her name) at the store, and she assured me that the card would be kept discreet. Needless to say, that my gf was extremely embarrassed and ridiculed by her co-workers upon her arrival and duration of work. I would suggest in the future that management hire personnel that know and understand the value of customer service, and to hire personnel that know how to read and comprehend simple request/directions. This location and the idiotic employee whom I spoke to on the phone, and the delivery driver absolutely ruined what would have been a great night. Thanks for nothing!!

Great fruit HORRIBLE SERVICE! This is the second time Ive visited this establishment and left disappointed! Last time I got there to pick up my order Id already called in just for it to have been sold while I was there waiting to ANOTHER customer. I was told Im sorry thats the last one we made today...EVEN THOUGH I HAD ALREADY CALLED MY ORDER IN! Now this time, like a fool I returned to this same location. When I asked for a fork for my fruit salad the girl behind the counter looks at me as if Im speaking a foreign language. After checking in the back she tells me they have no forks. Really!! Thats funny seeing as The fountains location off of 59 always has forks. Which they already have in my bag along with my fruit salad. I dont have to ask for it. Again I did not order a fruit bouquet I ordered fruit salad..All in all I guess this falls on me, you know the saying fool me once....
I wish I hard read the reviews before I placed the order, delivery is horrible. I purchased $150 arranged to be delivered to a school for the teacher to share with the class, it was delivered after 4 oclock. the order was placed well in advance I realize delivery time is not guaranteed but expected it to be delivered at least before 3 oclock
Easy, simple, delious.These guys are experts at customer service and delivering on their word of fresh, good quality fruit. I got an edible arrangement from a distant relative for my 18th birthday and it meant the world to me. Since then, when I dont exactly know what to get someone, they live far away, or even if they just like fruit I use edible arrangements. Because they are visually appealing, delious and simple to order, I think its the perfect way to tell someone how much they mean to you.

I sent my friend just a box of chocolate covered fruit and they said it was unsuccessful for 3 days now! They wrote down it was because no one was home. Well it was for school which when I talked to the guy who reprinted the delivery for the 3rd time he put it on there. For how expensive these things are and the delivery charge it is not worth it. I will be getting a full reimbursement along with the box I ordered! I am not satisfied with the delivery people of this company.

I love edible arrangements but the Katy location has now made me NEVER to use them again. There fruit is old and disgusting and the price you pay for them is ridiculous for what you are actually getting. What set me off was that i went there for mothers day and i had placed an online order coming to about $100 and so as i walk in to pick it up, there were FLIES EVERYWHERE!!!!! I was so grossed out i just walked out. When i called to talk to the manager who was clearly there because i was just there talking with him- i was told he left for the day. The manager didnt even want to explain to me anything. Later on an employee tried saying how its just fruit flies! PATHETIC!!! I warn anyone who uses them!!

I order something for my wife for Valentine day they told me it had been delivered but my wife did not receive anything because it was still on the transit.I call the store and spoke with the lady she said the manager was busy with other orders. It was a inconvenience and there mistakes they did answer the phone after she put me on hold.I will be stop by the storeNever again
