This place is dope! I like the idea of a family-friendly Hot Topic and they certainly live up to it. Needless to say, the amount of awesome nerd stuff they have is crazy. From Disney to anime and everything in between, if youre into pop culture, youll find something you like here.

I was browsing the store and this asian girl (probably store manager) was being obnoxiously loud and quite rude to the employees. To me, it sounded like she was talking down to them. Saying things like can you perform your job description or not waving papers in front of them. I decided to get 2 shirts and she was at the register. She told me (not asked) for my personal information to be signed up for something dumb. I refused. She then proceeded to tell me i wont get the store discount anymore because it is for those who sign up only. So i walked out and didnt buy a thing.

Many nice items. Game related merchandise such as t-shirts, bags and collectibles.

Having to sit on hold with customer service for over 40 min because of a return made at this store that went at a gift card not as store credit. The customer service department is beyond terrible all for a simple return.

Neat stuff for gifts but over priced in my opinion.

Anyone know if this store is open yet? Will change my rating to higher if it is and once I visit the store.Update: Just called the store and yes they’ve been open for business since November 2019. Look forward to going to the store sometime soon.
