This was a fantastic Game Stop. I wish I remembered the names of the associates that helped me. Wed Sep 22 around 4pm. But they were super helpful in getting me a list of upcoming games as well as a list of used games not on display. Then helped me keep in touch with next gen consoles and when they would be in stock. Keep up the great work.

The store wasnt well stocked. We tried to buy 2 items that had boxes on the shelves, but the games werent actually there. However, the employees were really helpful and offered to order for shipping and also found the closest store with the games in stock.

There was not that much to look at or to browse in this gamestop. Its not bad, but its definitely missing some elements like the console demos.

I found two uncommon Funko pops for half the price they go for on Amazon.

This is a review solely on an employee, Jason Campbell. I will stop buying at GameStop because of him. This guy evidently hates his job and started taking things personal with me at the store. Bad attitude, arrogant and rude, didnt even welcome customers in. I was the second customer that left his store today. He wouldnt help me because you didnt deal with me in the first place, Im not talking to you thats fine I dont care. He was unprofessional, started yelling and wasnt even wearing a mask. This thug should not be in sales or customer service, he should be mopping floors or flipping burgers somewhere.

Stopped in to look at an xbox one x and Harvey was fantastic. He set me up with an elite membership, the console and a warranty (all of which I would probably not have purchased if he hadnt told me about them). Store seems to be in transition while the original location is being remodeled (I think) but everything was easy to find and you couldnt tell it was a temporary setup (Im assuming again). Even though it was incredibly busy with dozens of customers the service was prompt and courteous. Thank you guys, I will definitely be using the Katy mills location from here out.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Employees here will do anything to make sure that you make an informed purchase. Especially Jason, Rashad, and Kevin!!The easiest entrance near the GameStop is at Books-a-Million.

This location is a joke! Don’t waste your time of money. I brought in my PlayStation 3, 250 gig and they quoted me 3$..... ummmmmm NO! Never, ever again I will I sell or bring my perfect merchandise to this location. Get off your phones, Do your job and stop trying to rob people of their good gaming consoles. I took my console to another location.. and with all my games and remotes, 122$ BOOM enough said! Horrible employees and lazy people

This is, bar none, by grandsons favorite place in the world. I get him gift cards and accompany him to make purchases. The staf are delightfully geeky and helpful.

Great deals on used games. The salesman even helped me to get a good deal on 3 used games on sale which saved me some money!

I mean, its a GameStop. In a mall. Its basically everything thats dying in retail. The kiddo was entertained, though.

Can find some great deals on games, consoles, and add ons like equipment new and used . The membership helps alot of you or your kids buy alot of different games all month . Doesnt help much if they are stuck on one game all the time . I told a kid today about 12 years old that get use to it if he loves gaming now he will be like me old and still at the store shopping lol but now I take my small son and he loves it too

Enough room to browse and not having a bunch of toys shoved in your face. Game system games separated from each other so you can go straight to the right or the left.

Went on a Monday morning 4/23/18 there was only one employee there that really had an attitude did not once try to help or even greet me when I walked in, he also seemed annoyed when I asked about a price. When I payed he just handed me my bags without saying anything

Rude employee, telling me they’re not being paid for getting the game. They asked me to pick up the stuff that felll. So, I end putting all games that is worth $250. Very rude employess. Don’t know any questions I asked.

Decent setup and the prices arent outrageous. Having this as another go to location in the Mall makes the trip worth it.

Fairly standard game stop, a lot of merchandise and a good game selection.

I have always loved GameStop, but this really annoyed me, i got home from a long days and tiring day of work and went on the website and reserved a game for them to hold on to for me when i got there. And I dont drive so i ran 5 MILES to gamestop in the hot Texas weather, and i get there and just because i didnt have my ID they didnt let me buy it, it was $5 and i was exhausted only to be turned around and run back. I might sound over exaggerating but put yourself in my position, Im pretty sure youd be mad too. I just hope i dont get my back turned next time...
