This place has a sign on nearly every shelf or case that instructs you not to bend the books. The even post at the entrance that children are not to be unaccompanied. They even have an adult section which is nothing but new realease comics and I was told to remove my 8 year child when she was standing next to me and instructed previously not touch anything. There is also a sign in this section that say if you dont know what mint condition is, this is not the store for you. I do know, but this not the store for me. The store appears to be ran by guys that used to get their lunch money stolen everyday at school.
The selection is very limited. That I can let go, but I was seriously hounded by the staff one day as if I was going to steal something. I have tattoos, i had a hat on, and oh my...Im Hispanic. They didnt ask if I needed help, they just kept eye balling me and making me feel very uncomfortable. I wear slacks and a tie almost every day of my life, I work hard and I myself work in customer service. I almost wanted to complain to management but then I realized the workers themselves already looked miserable enough and I decided to pass. I bought stuff I didnt even want just so they would chill out. Thanks but no thanks. Sincerely, another comic book stores customer.
Terrible shop. Everything is overpriced. You are watched the entire time you are in the store. You cant touch anything, there are warning signs. The only time I was approached by a salesperson was when I was told that my stroller was not allowed in the comics section. Dont buy anything from this store, dont even bother going in.
Loved it
