Their creme brûlée macarons are amazing!! I could come here everyday for one if I could

Ive been 3 times & this is one of my favorite dessert places in Houston and the surrounding areas. Cotton candy, fig & goat cheese, crème brulee, theres so many delicious choices! She also carries affogato & some hot teas. Cant wait to try more macaron flavors & the hot chocolate!

Delicious macaroons. Wide variety of flavors. I bought a dozen, mostly different flavors. All of them were great. My favorite was the cream brulee and fruity pebbles.Convenient location and clean facilities.

These are hands down the best macarons I’ve had. Creme Brûlée, Goat Cheese, and Red Velvet were my favorites (it’s impossible to choose one favorite). I’ve tried many other macaron places and none compare. Even the prices are better here!The owner is very friendly and hard working. I was glad to support such an amazing local business!

This place is great and had very good treats and coffee. I am not a real big fan of macaroons but these here were very good. They also have a banana puddibg that is to die for. A very sweet taste made with quality in mind. We also had a caramel latte that was good and rivales any coffee shop around. Thus quaint place was more than what I expected. A definite must goto dessert spot in Katy. They deserved my money and will definitely come back.

My kids and I have been here a couple of times so far and are never disappointed! Everything we try is delicious and unique. Very cozy and clean, my kids love the couches lol. Wei is so sweet and talented. We love this place!

Best macarons I have had. Been their twice and have gotten at least a dozen each trip. The crème brûlée is probably my all time favorite.

Amazing customer service! I cant say it enough. I placed an order about a week prior to pick up and she had all the colors I was looking for, except orange. I asked does she make that color. She said she only makes that color for fall which is pumpkin spice flavor. And makes them in 100 count. I then asked is there anyway she could make me just 4. She said yes! Thats the kind of service that keeps customers coming back. Im so happy that she made the exception for me! She helped me make my puppies birthday party a success! And the macarons were so rich in flavor! My favorite was the lemon so good. Thanks again!

Such a sweet little sweet shop! This is a great place to stop by and grab the perfect jewel of a dessert. They have a LOT of different macaron flavors and flavor combinations- as well as huge brownies, decadent milk shakes, and coffees- so theres something for everyone. The owner is extremely nice, helpful, hardworking--and has a sure talent for macarons! Once we stopped by on a Monday, not knowing it is the one day of the week they are closed. She was there baking, noticed us outside and opened her shop just for us. Definitely above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I highly, highly recommend Sweet Intensity. You will not be disappointed!!

This is my favorite macaroon place. Her flavors at on point and absolutely delicious. I always get some for special occasions and everyone always ask where they are from.

Very lovely place and very sweet lady! First time in my 38 years that I had a Macaroon. I got the Salted Caramel one and Fruity Pebbles one. Tried the Salted Caramel first, very delicious, saving the Fruity Pebbles for later.

Perfected coffee, macaroons and what I think is the best dessert in town: Dulce Belgian waffle! A Katy hidden gem, not to be missed.

For those of you who don’t know how a macaron should taste or the correct texture take notes, this place hits the nail on the head! Every flavor is absolutely delightful and cooked to perfection. I LOVE macarons and have been to just about every shop in Houston looking for a place that can do them justice and I’ve finally found it here at Sweet Intensity, I will definitely be a repeat customer. There are so many different flavors it’s hard to pick which one you will try but trust me they are all just so perfect you’ll never make a wrong choice.

3 out of my 6 macarons: lemon, raspberry, blueberry and rose. (Also got pistachio and the goat cheese and fig). Not only are these BEAUTIFUL, they are SO good!! The consistency is PERFECT and the flavors are incredible! I am so impressed, hands down the best macarons I’ve ever had 😍🤤

Honestly the best macaroons I have ever tried. Such great flavors that it would be a crime to only mention a few, but you cant leave without trying the creme brule and red velvet.

Loved this. The ice cream auger was really cool too watch and they had some cool flavors because of it. The macaroons were amazing. Passion fruit and churros are so good.

Ive been coming to this place once every week or two since it opened. All of the deserts are clearly made (or chosen) with tlc and passion. The level of sweetness is much lower than at other desert places and one is not left with a sticky feeling in ones mouth afterward. One can actually taste the flavours.The owner comes up with interest new flavours for her macarons every few weeks to keep things interesting. The owner gives specific instructions on when to eat the macarons depending on whether one prefers them soft or crunchy.My favourite is the Hummingbird Cake, a lighter, less sweet alternative to the more common carrot cake. A recent addition to the menu is your choice of (very good quality) ice cream smooshed with you choice of breakfast cereal. It sounds a bit weird but is a great treat to cool off from our summer heat. The kids would certainly enjoy watching it being made.The service is always warm and friendly. Its a great addition to the Katy dining scene.Edited to add:Some recently introduced macaron flavours that are not to be missed are churro, creme brule (with crunchy bits of caramelized sugar!) and black sesame (trust me).

My family loves this place and we usually stop by once weekly. Favorite macarons are fig & goat cheese, fruity pebbles, and cinnamon/churro. The owner is always coming up with new seasonal flavors!I also like the banana Nutella waffle and the hummingbird cake. You can customize your waffle with many different toppings or they have some to choose from.My favorite drink is the blueberry matcha latte (highly recommend). It’s great iced!

If you’ve never been to Sweet Intensity, GO!!! I genuinely did not know that macarons could be this delicious. Goat cheese and fig, creme brulee, and churro were our faves, and I loved the strawberry matcha latte. The dining area is also super cute and has board games to play. Mai is so sweet and helpful, and very passionate about what she does. Our experience was totally perfect. Will definitely be back next time we’re in the area!

This shop has the most Amazing Macaroons I have ever eaten. I was hesitant at first in even getting them due to a bad taste experience in the past but I am super glad I did try them! I ended up getting flavors in Raspberry, Nutella, Coffee and Pistachio. I tried every single one and all of them were my favorite. I couldn’t pick just 1 best flavor. The only reason why I am giving this place 4 stars is due to the fact that they didn’t have many options for other desserts like they advertised on their website.

Fun tasty dessert spot recently opened, used to be a crepe place. The new owner said shes more of a Baker and her flare for dessert waffles shows. Try the intensity waffle. Loaded with bananas and caramel on one side and strawberries and chocolate on the other. Delicious!

I love this place. The coffee beans they use are noticeably high quality and delicious. The owner and staff are super nice, and theres a really great choice on the menu. Highly recommend.
