Loved my experience here! Awesome place to make happy moments with memorable teddies! The staff here are very kid friendly and they offer a bunch of selections for adults AND children when it comes to bears. Today they were hosting a birthday party group, which made stuffing the bear take time, but the experience overall was worth it. For a store like this, so there isnt a large wait, because its super popular, I recommend on the weekend and Summer months having more than staff available. Good store, great idea, awesome memories worth making!

Always fun to visit. Staff is always great with kids. Daughter loves the place, the bear she build is her favorite since years. Likes to return for the accessories...which are quite pricey.

Go when they first open. Need more variety as far as clothes for the bears. Prices need to be more affordable.

So disorganized. Waited and waited by the voice kiosk looking for direction from the 1 girl they had working station. There were 3 just waiting at the front of store. There was one worker also at register. We didnt need a 3 ppl welcome committeeWe needed one at front greeting, one manning the voice station, and one stuffing. It was so disorganized that we left the voice box and bears at the store before they got a chance to get stuffed. I will not be back here. I had 2 disappointed kids and they lost out on coins.

I went in there to get my bear I ordered online stuffed with my dads urn inside and they refused to stuff it with my urn in there and they wouldnt let me even put it in there after it was stuffed. I had done it before but for some reason they REFUSED this time. I was very irritated and felt like I wasted my gas to drive there just to get stuffing. Was a waste of time.

Horrible experience due to the unfriendliness of the staff, you can be nice and warm and follow covid restrictions no need to be rude, I had cash and they refused to take it saying the didnt have change I stood in line for 20 minutes with three other staff members just cleaning the store I think il head to the much friendlier location at memorial next time. The bunny we got was super cute my son made it for his baby sister

Fun place to spend a day with the kid. They get to chose their virtual pet, the birth certificate, the hearbeat, a photo, adoption. Its virtual fun. Recommended.

This was our first time in buying at Build A bear. The staff are friendly and both my boys were happy with their choices. My oldest got a Pikachu and my other son got a roaring Dinosaur. They both thought the experience was fun.

Walked in to see what animals were available and was suddenly told by an employee we couldnt be in there. But then immediately after another couple left and she said it was now fine. The employee herself was nice enough, but if theres a limit to the amount of people that can be in the store then have an employee at the door to greet people and let them know when its okay to enter instead of panicking at them once theyre already inside.The experience left a bad taste in our mouth so we just left. Doesnt seem like an enjoyable experience anymore.

Fantastic party time for our 5 year old grandson and his little friends, the employees were amazing in giving the kids a great time with games and building their bears!

An interesting spot to pick out some stuffed animals and Pokémon as well!Star Wars, transformers or any other intellectual property that is popular these days, youll probably find them here.On this occasion, we were shopping for my little cousins birthday and had a straight forward process.Pick a bear or animal, get it stuffed, add voices and sound effects.We had decent service and got in and out fast.Solid.

A big variety of bears to choose from. I think they should hire more help though. Long wait to stuff a bear with only one person working the machines. Also they have a good 2/$35 bin.

Delightful place. My grandson is in the Army. They bought a teddy bear with camofloge clothes & had his voice say I love you Karis.For if he is deployed again. Greatgrandaugher was delighted.

I love my children and want to generously provide their every want. That is why I will never willingly visit one of these stores again. We were given $25 gift cards for each kid for Christmas. We thought that would satisfy them and buy some nice bears. I encouraged my son to pick out the least expensive bear, $12. When he then added an outfit ($18) and an accessory ($12), the store employees suggested he pick out a heart ($6). When he asked me if he could get the heart, I asked him to think about whether that bear was worth $48 to him. I felt terrible to tell him he could not get the bear of his dreams. I will never be put in this situation again.If you wish to spend $70 on a bear that I would expect would cost $20, you will love this place. The kids love having that amount spent on them.

Great store and experience for kids!! We went for my daughters 2nd birthday and did the pay your age day. It was adorable. She was able to pick out the birthday bear and fill the bear. The worker had the cutest little saying as they put the heart inside the bear. And the fact that it was only $2 was insane! We will definitely be back because there were so many cute options!

This place is awesome!! Im going to be a senior in high school this upcoming fall and I was really uncomfortable walking in there the first time due to my age but it wasnt as bad because I had my 7 year old cousin with me because I was shopping for her but after seeing all the cool furry friends I really felt like being a little kid again and I decided to get a bulbasaur. The people were very friendly and made me and my cousins first experience with build a bear the best.

First time at this location. A store associate explained their sale and offered her assistance. They offered a military discount which I appreciated being a veteran. My son was really excited the whole time.

We are two grandmothers who had a blast at this store! Sweet girl helped us! We are very happy with our purchases! We recommend this store.... Very Highly 💕💕💕

My complaint is the opposite of most of the others here. They made this build-a-bear process too long and annoying. I just want THAT bear, that sound, make it soft, ring me up and let me go.Instead they had to make every little detail and process into a big, special event for my son. A birth certificate for a toy? SMH. Baby talking a 6 year old? Please dont.The music was also awful and loud.I hated it. He just wanted the Pikachu and to leave.

I went with my husband and 2 sons Thursday January 31st for my sons 2nd birthday. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed in our experience there. The girl that was working at the time was very unenthusiastic, made me feel guilty for not spending more money to upgrade the bear and “not making it extra special”, and she rushed us out of the store in 10-15 minutes. We were the only ones there so it wasn’t busy. She seemed very bothered by us being there and her having to work. This was our first time at build a bear and I definitely don’t think we will be going back after this.

So they were so hysterical about maximum capacity and they wear the face mask under the nose 👃🤦🏻‍♀️😆🔥

Clerks were VERY nice and they have just what I want every time I go.

I purchased a gift card for my niece for Christmas and was excited to take her to spend some time with her. This was a $50 gift card which in my opinion is a sufficient amount of money for her to have a nice stuffed animal with an outfit. When we got there she picked a fairly expensive skin and an outfit which was fine but during the rest of the process they kept trying to up-sell other products to us. What was the worst part was they were doing it directly to a 7 year old instead of the adult present. I found it cheapened the experience. I dont blame the employees for that Im sure they are trained to do it in that way because it was painful to have to say no to her. What I do fault the employees for was there attitude when I declined some of their products it shifted and became less friendly because I wasnt willing to spend up to $70 on a stuffed animal there. It was a nice store with a great selection but I wont choose to go there again because of this.

My little sister have never been more thrilled we got to get them thier build a best on pay your age for thier birthday they loved it and had a blast and wow this staff was INCREDIBLE.

Ridiculous my boyfriend sat in line with my 1 year old was 5th in line and was told they weren’t taking anymore people!!!!! I’m extremely upset was looking forward to giving my 9 month old her first build a bear teddy bear! After being turned away I get a email with a coupon of $15 off this is bad business and very upset with this.

This place is nice and clean, but I wasnt impressed with their service. They were nice, but they didnt make this an enjoyable experience. The girl didnt talk us through the process or make it memorable. This was my babys first teddy bear and I wanted it to be special, but it really wasnt.

Lily liked it and liked shoes and clothes for the bears. Staff was friendly.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The manager came up to us while we were in line and tells us she had pulled this family out to help them so she was putting them in front of us. We said okay and continued to wait. She then helped the family in line behind us. When I complained she continued to agrue with me saying she didn’t do anything wrong and was only helping them insert a sound (which is what we were waiting to do). She never tried to reconcile the problem just continued insisting she was right and said I didn’t understand. She even said well you didn’t ask me for help I told her well what’s the purpose of waiting in line. This was going to be my baby’s first build a bear but instead we left empty handed.

This place is good for children and Adult. The people where very helpful
