The owner and workers are some of the nicest people ever. They were amazing during our fundraiser for Down Syndrome Association of Houston. I have so much love and respect for them and I’m so happy we fundraised here!!

The gelatos are ok, very sweet when compared to a traditional Italian style ice cream.The coffee is good. Order the afogato coffee with the over cream of your preference. It is well made.Very fast service and friendly crew there.

Ice cream is really good, customer service, not that much. Buying a pound of icecream and you get 0 cones and you can only pick 2 flavors which literally doesn’t make any sense, I’m not getting 1 cone but a pound. What is the issue of putting more than 2 flavors.

I ordered a medium cup with 3 flavors: Roche, Passion fruit, and Mango. All three were excellent. The Roche was creamy, chocolatey, and was loaded with hazelnut flavor. The passion fruit and Mango tasted very accurate. However, the portion sizes are way too small for the price. The medium sized cup was pretty small and costs $7.10. I felt ripped off upon finding that the bottom of the cup is raised. If the portion sizes were better it would be an easy 5/5 because the product is excellent.

The worst costumer service I ever seen.No appreciation or thanks to the costumer at all.You feel like u are getting things free.All what they want tip and move out of there face period.

I was waiting in line with another man and his son. These two people cut in front of both of us and the man in front let the cashier know, but they didn’t do anything. Then when it was finally my turn I asked for a sample and they said they weren’t doing samples but I clearly saw them give the people who cut the line samples 🥲

This is my favorite gelato store and we have been going regularly since it opened.The last two visits however the portion sizes have been really small.About a third of what we originally got.The double scoop was more like a kids cone.Is this a new policy? Same price smaller portions?

Went here with my lady a couple days ago and got their 3 scoop cone with ferero rocher, dulce de leche, and lemon. It was delicious, and the experience after of walking around La Centerra at night while eating ice cream was awesome. :) Thank yall

Gelatos at this place are delicious. A favorite stop for our family on weekends. Pick up a gelato and take a seat outside while your kids play. I love pistachio and mango gelatos. Coffee is great too! I highly recommend it! We also have ordered for delivery, great service, delivered on time!

Gelato is far superior to just Ice Cream. It’s good to have a proper Italian Gelateria in town.Pistachio and Rocher are perfect!I also grabbed a tub of Lemon Mint, Guava and Passion fruit dairy-free sorbet.Just perfect. Bravissimo!

The gelato here is great! The customer service on the other hand definitely requires improvement. I’ve been purchasing gelato here every 2 weeks for the past 4 months. Each purchase is at least $45. Last month I was presented with a 15% off coupon. When I tried to use this coupon on my last visit, the cashier did not know how to use it and therefore did not give me the discount. I am not happy!Recommendations:1. If you know you are not going to redeem coupons the don’t give them to people.2. Please have your staff tie their hair up so that hair doesn’t touch of sway over the ice cream when they bend forward to scoop it.3. Teach your staff to use your register system - clearly they need some training.I won’t be purchasing from you in the near future. Hopefully you don’t lose other frequent customers too.

I went with my friends for the first time and we all got gelato & my friend didn’t like hers, so she asked if she can switch it out. We weren’t able to do samples due to covid, but they told us there was nothing they could do about it. That’s ridiculous 😂 she’s a paying customer I’ve never heard that. Anywhere I’ve went and didn’t like something they always took it back. I asked if I could speak the the supervisor and Zoey, is what she said her name was, told me she won’t be back until after spring break and I couldn’t have her phone number or contact information. Which I’ve also never heard us. I definitely won’t be coming back here, the customer service is horrrible. And it’s sad because it’s in a good area, maybe change your employers / policies.

Real Italian gelato, consistency, flavor and quality of the real Gelato. Only few places have gelato in Texas and this is one of them.

Really refreshing addition to La Centerra. The best gelato in Houston area in our family opinion. It is a true gelato and not an ice cream imitation that many shoppes practice. If you have tried it in Italy, I am sure you wold agree. Staff is friendly and luckily the one that was viciously insisting on masks is gone!

Gelato was great, but they need a better cups and trays for transportation.

I have come here since they originally opened. I love the gelato and all the flavors. Unfortunately over time I noticed that the portions are getting smaller and smaller...We used to get a 3 scope waffle cone and was plenty...but over time the amount of the 3 scope became the size of a 2 scope. We got a cup today for a first time in a long time....what is with the large bump in the bottom of the cup....once again our 3 scope was about the size of a 2 scope or smaller with this large bump in the cup...I love the gelato but for the price...just not sure if it is worth it anymore. Wished I would have taken a picture...I can tell you it was way less gelato that the picture Tony has in his review.

Used to be a good place before Covid. Experienced bad and rushed customer service during my last visit.

Only giving two stars for rude and insensitive staff. I asked today for restrooms key and literally they wanted to purchase an ice cream before using the restrooms. Same associates Asian girl, other taller girl and Hispanic boy all of them provide horrible customer service . Weekends staff is much better. Gelato is the best, awesome texture and flavor but lack of good manners and courtesy makes me to think in coming back

This business is great for families or large groups. The staff is helpful and patient. I was there with my family close to closing time and the staff was great. There was a mix of reviews from my family regarding the ice cream, some were better than others and one was generally not so great. As a hang out spot this was a nice find but I think I may have to explore the menu more to see whether its consider it as tasty as some of the other reviews suggest. Overall, great locale and service but ok gelato.

Delicious! Went on a mother daughter date with my six year old and we loved it! Tried cheesecake and strawberry and the flavors were amazing, so creamy and the customer service was great! Will definitely be back with the whole family!
