This review is dedicated to the young woman who helped me - Heaven. Shes so great! We came in late one night looking for a birthday cake. The ready made one was made with an ingredient our daughter is allergic to, so Heaven offered to make a fresh cake in a different flavor for us to pick up the next day. The ice cream and service here are both excellent. Cant wait for the lobby to open for dine in service.

The kids love the ice cream. There were two ppl behind the counter but only one serving a line that went all the way to the door. One girl stayed on task serving every customer while the other girl washed utensils, talked on the phone and generally did not care about her Co worker or the line of costumers. If the kids had not been set on ice cream, we would have left. Several customers were complaining.

6/19/21: Ryan, remember his name! I walked in to see 4 staff members. Ryan was handing a customer their order then cashed out another customer. The two males were busy on their phone with the one girl just kinda there. I stood there watching the two males on their phone and caught eyes with the girl twice but she didn’t ask to help. Ryan finished with his customer, took my order and halfway through his efforts the girl asked me if I’d been cashed out yet. She asked what I had, took care of the transaction and walked away. One of the other males was so kind to put away his phone and place one of my pints in a bag and pointed out to Ryan there was run over on the pint he was wiping down! I really wanted to tip Ryan but it looks like a tip share program so didn’t. I asked Ryan his name so I could commend him!

Ice cream is from corporate so its always good but the downfall part of the experience for me was the fact the locations computer was down for credit cards which is fine it happens but the fact the restrooms are locked and not available for customers. Out of order sure thing more like we dont want to clean them, if they are truly not working then how do the employees go to the restroom during there shift ? I know they dont close shop and drive down the street to go to the restroom. Sorry but I dont think any business that is open to the public should have there restrooms closed for any reason. Maybe the heath department should make a stop here I think they would agree..

I have been a regular visitor for several years, it has been a good place but I noticed today some of the staff is not following safety standards. I purchased around 9:40pm today and i realized after paying that the guy was not wearing mask and gloves and may be he forgot. I am not someone who makes much noise but wanted to remind Management that they should be mindful of covid pandemic and ensure precautions are taken mainly when customers are supporting their business. Our ice cream ultimately made into trash rather than taking a chance

Would NOT recommend ordering a custom cake at this store. Staff is friendly but Very disappointing experience with the owner/manager of the store. The baker committed they would customize the cake based on my request and so I ordered it with them. But when I went to pickup none of it was done! Manager simply tries to give excuses for not doing it. It was for my daughters birthday, they did not have the basic courtesy of informing me in advance so that I could have made other arrangements. My daughter was very sad. When I went to pick it up, they say take it or leave it for a full refund. Too late for that, I have folks waiting for the cake so had to take what they made. Very disappointed!

I had pistachio almond. There are very few ice creams I like. I have eaten ice creams around the world and I know the difference between them. BR produces one of the best ice creams. I also love their icecream cake.

We stopped by at 830pm on 8/4/2015 for an after dinner treat. The ice cream was great of course, but the young man that was working there was extremely polite, professional and helpful. It was so nice to see someone of his age really shine. I was paying attention as he treated every customer that walked through those doors with the same courteous and friendly service.

Chocolate Fudge. This is the 2nd location that Ive come to in as many days where chocolate fudge has not been available. Last night, the one on Fryy Road did not have it and the folks behind the counter could care less at my request and pretty much shrugged me off. Before I left, there was much laughter from those behind the counter as yet another customer, this time through the drive-through and asked for the exact same flavor. This is one of your most popular flavors. It should be available every single day. I cant tell you how many tubs of ice cream are sitting there full and untouched at both locations where had chocolate fudge been available people would have bought it consistently. I will revisit my rating the next time I come in and chocolate fudge is available.

I go here often with my kids. It’s clean, well lit and the staff have always been top notch. They are patient with the obligatory indecisiveness of kids and always willing to bust out another sample spoon!

This place is very fast and sufficient. Even when they are crowed, which is rare, I never have to wait long. The employees are pretty friendly as well. I asked for a float last summer and they didnt have it on the menu, and an employee said shed ask if it could be added and it was. Im not sure if it was a BIG coincident or not, but that was awesome!!!

Great customer service and clean store! The workers were very nice and courteous! Lots of good flavors to taste and the workers gave good suggestions.

Great place, my family and I often stop in for a little treat... gotta say, today was overcharged and call store back, unfortunately we couldnt resolve the issue (i.e refunding my card). Hopefully they can figure this out for future customers...

Going to get an ice cream cone get makes a great day even better. I’m also going to add that when your two toddlers want clown cones made with a very specific flavor ice cream and with a very specific color frosting and the lovely employee cheerfully makes them for you from scratch...well you can’t get better than that...especially for a few dollars!!

Me and my family went here to get ice cream and it was busy but we still got to order very quickly and the ice cream was quite good. Its also easy to access off of 1463 which is convenient if you live in a neighborhood on that road.

Brooklyn was super sweet and welcoming from the moment we walked in! Best costumer service I’ve gotten from there!!:)

I called to order an Ice Cream cake for my wifes B-Day and spoke to what had to have been the rudest Ice Cream woman ever.I wasn’t really sure what to order so I had a few questions for the “experts” (size, flavors, etc.)I called around 10am which are not peak operating hrs, so I am pretty sure she was not Up to her elbows in ice cream to where she didn’t have time to answer a couple questions before I ordered a $60 cake.After about the 3rd question the person that I was speaking with pretty much told me to figure out exactly what I wanted then call back to place the order.This Seinfeld Soup Nazi has nothing on this woman.

Flavors are ok and it would be nice if the toppings could be mixed in.

If I could give no stars I would. This location. And from what I hear from the manager of this location. It is the same owner in all of KATY, TXThey do not honor what their signs say, even the fine print. I ask to speak to owner and he told the 18 yr old boy if he gave me the advertised special he would lose his job. I used to go there at least 3 times a week in summer and now my kids will not enjoy baskin robins ice cream anymore.

Open sign is turned off at 7:59PM on a Wednesday when their hours say open till 11:00PM. Never even been inside, but that alone is enough to piss off a pregnant person craving ice cream.

Its an ok place for ice cream. Not very exciting..

This is the only place that we were told to leave 10 minutes BEFORE the store closed and we were still eating. Brian said they were going to close about 20 minutes before closing time when my mom asked him if he was going to throw us out. He laughed and said no he would never do that. Then 10 minutes later he was asking us to leave.
