I had a Gift Reward on my app and they refused to scan that as they have an outdated systems. The app shows you can redeem the purchase and a poor hygiene system. The manager was rude. extremely disappointed they were even out of stock for most of there products and with old jars of toppings. the funny part was the employees werent trained enough and called people to help them form Wetzels next to it. They try to humiliate you so beware.

Ice creams and shakes are good, but employees are rude.

Just left the creamery I was told the could not mix any toppings because they had already clean the station! Not to mention their faces when I walked in. It’s 9:45pm and they close at 10:00pm

Attempted to get ice cream from this location.....as I was helping my 3 year old decide on toppings. I see a gnat flying over the gummy bears. I was so grossed out....as I was attempting to get over what I saw and walk away. The teenager who was serving the ice cream says, do you still want it or no? NOOOOOOOOOOOO, I do NOT want your gnat infested ice cream. I think I would have not been as annoyed if she would have been nicer. Rude employees, horrible customer service. Do better! Clean up!

Employee told me the ice cream was soft because the machines next to it were hot. My ice cream was more like a milk shake. Cone w added Heath bar had no taste. Must have been sitting there for months.Nasty.People making money off of the name.Dont go! Dont go!! Lol

Ice cream is delicious. Unfortunately service is horrible. Employees are rude specially the manager. They should kick his a&$ out of that store. I dont understand why he still there???

Well I saw the place and I thought it would be a great idea to try the ice cream . I consumed it, some minutes later my stomach was so upset . Right now 04.20.2019, 11:02pm, am having a disasterous stomach pain 😡😡. The ice cream was good but it caused a disaster in my stomach😡😡😡😡.

Was attempting to get a shake when I saw a baby roach! The guy just played crazy with me! Needless to say I did not get shake!
