Their staff were very helpful and their showroom was filled with many options. We placed our order and it was delivered on time and in excellent condition. The delivery people were clean and respectful and very efficient at doing their job. Im very pleased with the executive desk we ordered for the office. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs office furniture.

Tom helped me throughout my shopping experience. He was low key but knowledgeable which was great. I discussed my budget before hand and we stuck right to it. The guys that delivered the furniture were very professional. The only drawback is that the delivery was scheduled in the afternoon but delivered in the morning without calling me beforehand-but it all worked out! I would highly recommend shopping here.

We bought new furniture when we first moved into our new offices and again last month when our expansion was finished. Family owned business. My dealings were mainly with the grandfather and the grandson Thomas Akerman. Great people and their word is as good as gold. I wished other companies had this level of customer service.

My office moved from 1600 sf space to almost 5000 sf space and I was at lost how to furnish the new office. Several design companies I contacted never bother to return my calls, and a few that did asked me to send over CAD files of the space so they can design it for me. However, it was really difficult for me to pick up anything not to mention, the prices were exorbitant [$800 per waiting room chair]. When I visited OfficeMakers showroom, Cayla was the only person who offered to come out to my office and suggest what would work and what wouldnt. Shes a bit quirky but you just get a feeling that she will take care of you, and she sure did. I love everything she arranged, and they were all very reasonably priced. On some items, she even offered chinese or copy models that were better priced. She understands customer service and I am very happy that I chose the OfficeMakers. Ask for Cayla. She will take care of you!

Not a big selection at all. The few pieces that were in there were petty pricy. They did have a lot of used stuff in the back for reasonably prices. I couldnt find an affordable desk that worked for my needs.

Terrible service. I bought a furniture at this place for my office that cost totally of $1300 plus, the table was too big for my office and i had to returned it back for a small size. I called there sale reps Amanda and Shannon, and i explained to them about the situation that i would like to return it back for smaller desk. The cost of the furniture was $700. I was not explained to about restocking fees or anything else. I went there back, i was charged 20% restocking fee, which is $140, I was charged addictional $190 for taking thr furniture upstairs without been be told prior. I had paid $125 for delivery fee. I told the guy wasnt informed about the charges, he told me it was fair for me to be charged. Please be careful of buying furniture from here.

If there was an option for no star thats what i would give. I bought office furniture at this place because they could guaranteed the furniture by a certain day, a week later still no furniture. Absolutely terrible!! There was no resolution to my problen, owner gets on the phone and starts talking about how much money he spends annually with his suppliers but doesnt give a suggestion to my problem. I can care less what he spends or how much money that store makes. Stay away!!
