These people were exceptional about detail! What 4 shops have not been able to achieve, they did!! Stephanie was awesome taking care of me on the phone and I cant say enough about Dave the mechanic! I would recommend them all day long and for sure will NEVER take my truck to anyone but them! They are very down to earth and actually show you the parts of the car that need repair and why they think those repairs are necessary. We shpeed around for prices to repair our head gasket and they were lower mid-range on price.

I appreciated their assessment of our cars problem. We needed the car to have the correct diagnosis because my son was taking it to college. Two other auto shops said there was a different problem. When I heard Egans assessment it sounded accurate. It was a good decision because we needed a reliable and safe car for our college student. Thanks a ton!I was also grateful that there was a small issue with the hood not opening. I called Egan Automotive with only half an hour before closing. My son was leaving early the next morning. They said come on in. He helped me quickly and with great kindness. I recommend your work to friends and family.

Accurate quick service and at a decent price. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would and will recommend them to other people.

Took Jeep to have oil changed and just asked them to fill the coolant and look at back door to see why it wouldn’t latch. Charged $200 and all they did was change the oil and diagnose that they didn’t know what else was wrong and that they couldn’t fix it. WAY overcharged. I wouldn’t go there again. Will definitely take it somewhere that charges realistic prices for their services.

Egan Automotive is great! We broke down while moving and lucked out they were the closest repair shop. Great service and very trustworthy. I highly recommend.

Last minute repairs mid road trip near the time of closing but they got me in and got my car on the road! My blown out pulley is still on their shelf in their office as a souvenir... great shop!

I had ongoing misfire issues with my Mercedes and couldnt seem to find a solution. I took it to the dealership and did not get a good answer. Egan did a thorough diagnostic evaluation and reset the computer adaptives and it started running well again. They even had an expensive Mercedes scan tool to do this work.

Best mechanics have followed them for over 35 years. Thank you Fred and Dave.

I really like coming to Egan. They treat you like a person, they discuss the issue clearly, and it feels like they arent trying to gouge you from your money. Ive come to them for help several times and I always leave happy.

I have taken my cars here for about 8 years. They have always been fair and have taken care of me. I recently had an experience with some miscommunication on a repair and my vehicle had to go back in for additional work. Long story short, I spoke with the owner Shane and they went out of their way to make things right by coming to a fair compromise. All companies make mistakes at times, but the good ones make things right. We we continue to use Eagan.

I have known Fred and Dave for years. I used to only go to Haugens Auto Body and repair and felt lost when it closed. I was at a loss wondering where I would take my vehicles for repair. As soon as I found out that Fred and Dave were at Eagan Automotive then I went there with my family and friends. They are people whom I trust. I feel very comfortable taking my vehicle to them and know that I will be treated fairly.

Dropped vehicle off for cold start issues and gave them 2 days to fix it. Wasn’t ready until the end of day three. Next morning I realized I paid 300 $ for my truck to sit in their parking lot for three days, problem was not resolved and somehow it’s running significantly worse than when I dropped it off. feeling scammed by a shady mechanic.

Wonderful, quick service, and always a job well done. Glad I can count on Egan Automotive for any Vehicle Maintenance needs I may have in the future, I absolutely recommend them.

Every time I went to them for one thing they would find other things that were wrong. Finally I figured out but they were just scamming me when they told me I needed my water pump repaired and I went to another garage and they told me I didnt. 6 years later and no water pump problems. Do not trust them.
