I showed up angry because I busted my brand new phone. And the guy was just so pleasant, kind, and jolly. He made me feel much better. Helped me out with a screen protector and some more memory. Great service even though he was busy. He did a good job making everyone feel included.

Wife went in to upgrade phone early even. And some issues came up person working called manager or owner not exactly for sure. Well the manager/owner not knowing we could over hear him talking said some rude things about us to the person working. Needless to say Ill take my business else where.

Wow, what amazing customer support! In a time when you can’t even call a corporate store, not only can you call but you walk in without an appointment (which has to be made weeks in advance at non Vitra Verizon’s). Highly recommend! In fact, won’t be visiting any coporate Verizon store again.

First, they offered masks and hand sanitizer. They took people in order of arrival. Austin said to stay putside until it was my turn. Then as soon as he could he came and got me. And gave me his full attention. Explained the difference of screen covers since mine had fell off. Very professional and helpful.

Made new phone purchases here, added a line as well. When it came to accessories we agreed to a case and screen protector. Was never told the price of the screen protector until after they were put on. $65 x2. After placement they are non refundable. Went back to the store and argued about this and blame was put on us for not having asked the price beforehand. We brought everything to return as we no longer wanted to deal with this company. A charging pad was taken out of the bag and discussed. After arguing and not getting anywhere, we left and accidentally left the already paid for charging pad. The store did not call us and inform us of this so I assume we will be out another $45 for the charging pad. A lot of things that we thought were part of the protection plan ended up being separate charges, for example: Redux. It’s yet another charge per line. They talk smoothly to where you feel you understand what you are getting, but all they do is deceive you and you are stuck with the bill because they will in no way refund anything. We did go in there with a budget and we were trying be financially aware and we made this point time and time again but clearly the salespeople here are not trained to respect a customers wish or concern. This same issue has been stated in other reviews of this place so I know we aren’t alone in this matter. Now we get to try to get back our charging pad, something I’m sure they will say was never left behind. I don’t care how upset you are at a customer, never let them leave stuff right in front of you and not be respectful enough to call them. If you choose to do business with them after reading this review and many other reviews, then you can’t say you weren’t warned.

I went into the store on New Years day to have my info transferred from one phone to the other. I got a new iPhone for my mother and Im an android user so I wasnt quite sure how to transfer. I walked into the store and the guy working asked what I needed. After explaining what I wanted he said he only had an hour and a half left of work and he was not going to be able to help me, then dismissed me.

Were led to believe our products were being offered as promotional gifts. Then billed for each device. We made it EXTREMELY clear we didnt need, nor want the added data, and protection plan. Yet, were billed for them anyways! We asked NUMEROUS times if what we were upgrading to would effect our current bill. We were assured our purchase WOULD NOT effect our current plan! Our monthly bill increased 3 times the amount we had been paying! We left the store, being told our receipt and paperwork were in our bag. After further review of the contents of our bag, the only paperwork that was given to us, was .A generic bussines card. We were taken advantage of, and are extremely angry, and disappointed by the way we have been lied to and mislead into purchases we made very clear we did not want, nor could afford at this time!!!

The guy that helped me set up my replacement phone was new. He had to look up everything on the iPad as to how to it. And, then when I went to leave, I was told it would be $22 four set up and go. I was not told about any charges for this, beforehand.
