I ordered 4 tires through the Goodyear website and set up the installation here. I dropped off my car and was told it would take them one and a half hours. It took them one hour to complete the job. The tires look and feel awesome. Great fast and courteous service.

I want to give Global the highest recommendation. I had a flat tire on the NJ Turnpike and was towed there. They immediately stopped what they were doing and removed and examined my tire. They were friendly, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. Most, importantly, they treated us like they cared. I would recommend them to anyone.

Took my work van for ac repair and oil change..ac still didnt work, brought it back and they promptly fixed it and respectfully apologized for any inconvenience..the owner and mechanic are good dudes.

Ive been to this place multiple times to perform oil change and fix mechanical issues. They are unable to diagnose any issue. You need to instruct them specifically what is required, otherwise it will be a waste of time and money. Dont essily trust their pricing recommendations, some works are totally unnecessary. They can perform simple jobs such as oil change, change battery or tires. Wait time is long.

I think these guys are good honest mechanics. The owner is a good communicator, but the native language is Spanish for most of the staff which could lead to communication problems. When I talk to the owner and the son, I feel pretty confident about the work done, but they arent always available, so it has led to communication problems in the past.

This place is a joke! I came to have one tire changed, the man tells me 30 min. Its now been an hour, and another customer here with me has been waiting 2 hours for a tire change. The manager or owner has been telling both of us just 10 more min for the past hour! He says his employee left for lunch without telling him! Great management skills here... freakin joke! Dont come here if youre in any type of schedule, youre at their slow mercy.

This place is a good example of why it’s hard to trust car mechanics. You could go in for an oil change and the owner will try to replace your transmission

Ive been to Global several times as i work very Close to the shop. Galo(owner) is very knowledgeable and fair. This shop is often very busy. Many times there are 7 or 8 cars in the shop at once. People may mistake this as the workers there are not attentive to customers, however thats no true. This place is always busy because theyre good at fixing cars and they get a lot of business because also they are reasonbly priced.. period

Prices are a ripp off, alot of people told me not to go there but i needed something fixed asap and it was close to me. Everything everyone said about the place were right. Found out the person my father got ripped off by before was this same guy

Absolutely awful. Disrespect. Couldnt reach anyone. Rude. HiThree times same issue and Allk they wanted to do was Keep charging me diagnostic fees. Another Chevy dealer found the problem and fixed in one day.

This mechanic doesnt know about any german car they have to be original parts especially on sensors. Very bad place to fix a car . It came worse than I took it .

I dont remember how much i paid for my breaks and oil change, but he overpriced it. The same day after that, the anti freezer tube broke, so i took it somewhere else and they told me some1 cut the tube or something so i didnt go back there again, Im not saying is bad, but is at the end of my choices.
